Life Alert is one of the first companies to introduce medical alert systems to the general public through their memorable commercials. However, they seem to have fallen behind their competition in recent years with an outdated website, basic technology, lack of transparent pricing, and strict contract requirements. Customers haven't been pleased with their service in recent months and years. There are companies that offer a lot more clarity and options for seniors than Life Alert, so we recommend using one of those instead.

Their in-home alert, mobile medical system, and fall detection can be purchased through a 10-month payment plan or be paid for month-to-month. They come with basic features that aren't exceptionally unique, but they get the job done. A lot of information will need to be gathered from ResponseLINK's customer service team over the phone before you decide to make a purchase here since they don't spell out their guarantee, refund policy, or add-on prices. There's nothing from ResponseLINK that you can't find elsewhere, so we aren't overly excited about this company.
