However, you can browse nannies and view all necessary information for free without a membership. We are impressed with the number of available nannies as well as families looking to hire them. We highly recommend using Nanny Lane to search for childcare.

The Nanny League provides college-educated nannies to high-profile families looking for long-term or part-time nannies, infant care, personal assistants, tutors, or temporary nannies. There is a one-time fee for using the Nanny League's services once a caregiver has been selected. Pricing varies based on the type of care requested, but it is one of the most expensive routes for families looking for childcare. However, if you are willing to spend the money, The Nanny League has a thorough screening process to provide safe, high-quality nannies. This is one of the most professional companies we have found and recommend them to parents wanting long-term care for their children.

GreatAuPair

GreatAuPair matches nannies, au pairs, babysitters, tutors, personal assistants, and pet sitters with families in need of extra assistance. They serve families and candidates both nationally and internationally. There are quite a few matches available in suburban and rural areas in the US as well as in big cities, so families are likely to find at least a few good caregivers to choose from on their platform. They have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and many parent reports of great experiences with nannies, so we recommend looking into GreatAuPair.

eNannySource

eNannySource tries to offer flexible nannying options to cater to all sorts of family situations. Their database of candidates is much smaller than some of their competitors and they mostly focus on providing nannies in areas that are highly populated. eNannySource is fairly expensive since a membership only comes with one background check and all the rest need to be paid for separately ranging from $24 - $94. They only have a B- rating from the Better Business Bureau, so you will likely get more value by finding a caregiver through a higher-rated site.

Care helps families find child care, special needs care, senior care, pet care, tutoring, and housekeeping. They have over 30 million members in over 20 countries. The platform allows families to post jobs to their site that nannies can apply for if they fit the criteria. A membership through Care ranges from $12.99/month to $38.99/month depending on the length of access. Unfortunately, thousands of customers claim that Care is a scam due to difficulties cancelling memberships and poor customer service. They have earned a low rating from us based on overwhelming amounts of customer complaints.

Nanny Authority

Nanny Authority has a vague website with an incredibly low selection of nannies. Their website is outdated and gives search options for families looking for caregivers in the United States, but they don't provide results. There are no reliable recommendations for this company, so we suggest looking elsewhere for nanny services.

Nanny Poppinz

Nanny Poppinz has multiple agencies throughout the US, but only in 18 states. Their website is outdated and not straightforward as to how to find a nanny through their website, what the price is, or how many caregivers are available. From what we can see, the list of nannies through Nanny Poppinz might even be fewer than ten, making this the least helpful nanny agency we have found as far as available candidates and transparent information. We have given them a low rating because they pale in comparison to some other nanny agencies.
