This app is strictly audio, with coached workouts ranging from race training to basic yoga and much more, with thousands to choose from and dozens of new workouts added weekly. Although you won't get video demos or nutritional guidance with Aaptiv, this affordable app is a great answer to the question "What should I do?" when you hit the gym, go for a run, or just want to get stronger at home.
