Daily Burn focuses on 30-minute workouts, with thousands of on-demand sessions ranging from Cardio to Stretching and a daily live class at 9am est (which you can always watch on replay too). This online fitness platform offers a 30-day free trial, but you'll have to enter your credit card info before you can see much of anything about how Daily Burn works. Feedback for this service is mixed: some members have used it regularly and loved it for years, while others don't think the workouts are suitable for more advanced fitness levels. All Out Studio comes with workouts featured in Men's Fitness, Women's Fitness, Runner's World and several other top publications.
