As a part of The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, PajamaGram wants to make it fun and easy to send something cute and cozy to your favorite person or pet.
Hundreds of styles and patterns
You'll find a ton of pajama styles here, but let's take a look at what's on offer for women and as sets for families (but hey, friends could get in on that too). In the women's category alone, you'll find over 200 options, ranging from Happy Birthday jammies on sale for $18 to a Cozy Escape pajama set for $114.99 (marked down from its regular retail price of $164.99)
Makes matching easy
And, when it comes to the matchy-matchy, PajamaGram has a whole category just for that, including a cute section for #PajamagramFamilyPhotos. They take matching to a whole new level with categories for Family, Couples, Dog/Owner, and Cat/Owner. And, instead of having to click through options that might not work for the configuration of people you're trying to jammie-up, PajamaGram has a Perfect Pajama Planner: click on the filters to include your demographic (women/men/pets or women/toddlers) and see only what's in stock in the approximate sizes and styles you'll need. There were over 80 designs to choose from, understandably weighted towards Christmas/winter/holiday patterns but also with some more neutral options (like green and blue plaid, dog and cat themes, and even Grateful Dead).

Not sure where to start? The Best Sellers category is a great place to begin browsing. We love that so many of the pajama options at PajamaGram have hundreds of unfiltered reviews from buyers, letting you know which PJs live up to the hype and which might be best left unbought. The most popular ones we spotted were the Naturally Nude Pajamas with over 2000 reviews (averaging about 4.3 stars out of 5). These women's pajamas range in size from XS to 3X, come in 4 colors, and can be purchased in regular, petite, or tall (depending on in-stock availability at the time of your shopping trip, of course).
Upgrade your gift-giving
And, because this pajama store is all about gifting, you'll see lots of options during checkout. Want to personalize the PJs with the recipient's name or monogram for $12.99? How about upgraded packaging for $5.99 to $12.99? You can also choose from some fun add-ons, like a heart box of chocolates, body lotion, or sugar scrub (prices vary). Frequent promos and discounts
While nothing here is overly expensive, PajamaGram is the king of deals and promotions. At the time of our most recent visit, they were offering a 30% off sitewide discount, free shipping on all orders, and a free pair of pet PJs with any full-priced adult jammies. We also got a spin-to-win with prizes ranging from $5 to $10 off.
Complaints aren't hard to find...
PajamaGram's parent brand, The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, gets a solid "B+” rating from the Better Business Bureau. However, that better-than-average grade doesn't seem to hold for PajamaGram itself. Yelp, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, you name it: everyone who goes there has something negative to say about their experience with PajamaGram. Comments left within just a few days of our visit to the store referenced poor quality sleepwear that fell apart in the dryer, difficulties with returns and exchanges, seemingly sneaky tactics with discounts and refund amounts, the list goes on and on.
...but compliments abound too
On the other hand, reviews verified by Yotpo (and visible on PajamaGram's Google listing) seem to average much better, in the neighborhood of 4.5 stars out of 5. We still saw many of the same complaints (shipping took a long time, pajamas fell apart not long after washing, not great customer service), but on the whole, the customers dropping reviews there were happy with the overall PajamaGram experience. There were even quite a few compliments from return customers who said that this is their significant others' favorite brand of PJs.
Exceptional, generous return policy
Another thing the company has going for it is their 60-day "Love-It Guarantee”. Most of their competitors only give you a month to decide if your jammies should be sent back, and they have to be in unused, unwashed condition. PajamaGram makes no such exceptions, but be aware that "normal wear & tear” won't be covered.
Huge improvements = second-place pajama store
All of this is enough to bump PajamaGram up quite a bit in our ratings. The "Love-It Guarantee” is a huge win over rival pajama stores, and goes a long way to balance out some of the complaints we saw about shrinking. You've got plenty of customer reviews on most of the jammies you might be wanting to send (and, by the way, no one said you couldn't treat yourself with some comfy, cute sleepwear too). Lots of gifting options, huge selection for every age range, no-guesswork matching sets, and PJs for pets are all reasons why we recommend taking a look at PajamaGram.
