What we are concerned about are the customer reviews we've read from people who report that they seemed to have received counterfeit perfumes. Even though Beauty Encounter says they have an authentic product guarantee, they don't seem to be 100% reliable and customer service is hard to deal with.
Don't take a chance
If you're unsatisfied with your perfume from Beauty Encounter or are one of the unlucky people who receives a fake product, you have 30 days to send it back as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. The downside of this is that all returns for a refund come with a 15% restocking fee. If you want to opt for a store credit instead, the 15% restocking fee is waived. This isn't a great return policy, so on top of people not being thrilled with their items, it doesn't seem like a great idea to take a chance on buying perfume from Beauty Encounter.
