Ozone Billiards got its start back in 2001 as a family-owned business. Created in conjunction with the family's pool hall in Coral Springs, FL, this pool table store has a strong focus on its customers, aiming to provide world-class service one person at a time. Although the ownership of the company passed to The Rack Group in 2024, you can still expect top-notch selection and service here.

For all of the pool table stores in our evaluation, we looked for the models on both ends of the price spectrum as a comparison. Here, you'll only have two manufacturers to choose from: Brunswick and Ozone's in-house brand. At Ozone Billiards, the least-expensive pool table was the Brunswick Allenton model, with a starting price of $2,900. It was offered in both 7- and 8-foot sizes, 4 different stain options, and 5 colors of cloth for the table surface.

The most-expensive pool table was the Brunswick Birmingham, at a starting price of $16,250. This table was available in 8- and 9-foot sizes, just one stain color (charcoal), and 5 colors of cloth. We do wish that Ozone Billiards provided more information on their pool tables' product pages; rival stores do a much better job of going into details about the construction, specifications, and even the amount of space you'll need for full game play.
Ozone tables come with free delivery and installation
When it comes to delivery, you'll see those costs once you add a pool table to your cart. On that high-end Brunswick table we described, the delivery costs added an extra $800 to the price, but that also included white glove installation. However, if you choose one of Ozone's branded tables (not Brunswick), your delivery and installation are already included in the price; considering that most of the Ozone tables are in the $3,000 to $5,000 range, it's a big plus to not have to tack on $800 for the shipping and setup.

We have no idea why the Better Business Bureau shows that Ozone Billiards is out of business (unless it's related to the change in ownership). We had no problem reaching their customer service team, reading current posts on the store's social media channels, or spotting 5-star reviews left within a week of our evaluation. Sounds like a BBB problem, not Ozone's fault! On Google alone, this pool table store has earned an impressive 4.7-star average across more than 2,200 ratings, with customers praising both product quality and customer service.
