30 days to return
Customers have 30 days to return dresses they change their mind about for any reason. You'll be responsible for the return shipping and your items have to be in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Restocking fees aren't applicable unless you're returning five or more dresses at a time, in which case your fees range between 10-20%.
Mixed reviews, bad BBB rating
Interestingly, customer reviews of Ever Pretty are 50/50, meaning about half are great and the other half are terrible. It's confusing to decide whether or not this is a reliable retailer, but their "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) convinced us this isn't the best place to shop online for prom dresses. Although some people praise Ever Pretty's customer service and are happy with their dresses, others say they never got a refund after returning items that didn't fit, some were charged major restocking fees, and some couldn't reach customer service to initiate a return at all.
