The catch is that even though the dress itself may have that option, not every size does. For many, the larger sizes often do not have that option. Additional costs
While there are many customizable options (including inclusive sizing and rush shipping as mentioned before) they are only available at an additional cost. Sizes US18-US30 is an additional $6, and a fully size-customizeable dress sits at a cost of $19. Some dress options have no additional cost for a 15-day rush production, while others have 10-day or even 7-day rush production options at a $9 and $15 upcharge respectively. The standard 30-day production is minus $5. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as these prices are transparent and may not be necessary depending on how soon you need your dress.
Issues with return policy
The return requirements for STACEES dresses are reportedly very difficult to meet. If the dress you ordered was customized at all, that will automatically rule you out for a return, refund or exchange.
