The ringworm cream formulated by iShanCare is said to relieve pain, itchiness, and swelling. It comes in a 3.53 oz (100 gram) container and is effective for ringworm, athlete's foot, tinea versicolor, and other various skin fungal infections. The ringworm cream is supposed to be non-greasy and easily absorbed into the skin for mess-free application and maximum results.

Luckily a customer posted it in their review (which doesn't guarantee accuracy since sometimes formulas change over time), but from what we saw, the only active ingredient is colloidal oatmeal 1%. The inactive ingredients listed include Purify Water, Sophora Flavescens Root, Cnidium Monnieri Fruit, Phellodendron Chinese Whole, Dictamnus Dasycarpus Root, Stellera Chamaejasme Whole, and Bassia Scoparia Fruit . These natural ingredients should be gentle on skin and we don't see anything that would alert us to be concerned over harsh chemicals of any kind.
Consult a doctor for young ones
The photo of iShanCare's ringworm cream box also says that you should consult a doctor before using the product on children under the age of 2. This tells us that, for most people, this is a suitable ringworm option.
Incentivized reviews
There were only 9 customer reviews of this ringworm cream when we were shopping. All of them were from people who received free product from iShanCare in return for their review, so this makes us slightly less trusting of their authenticity. Some reviews simply described the product rather than how well it worked, so those weren't helpful. Others said that it is a safe, herbal remedy for ringworm that may take longer than conventional medicine, but is still effective. No one gave any sort of timeline about how quickly this product resolved their ringworm from the time they started it to the time they discontinued use.
