Even the most expensive rug pales in price compared to rugs from some other retailers we've evaluated. Rugs USA is meant to be affordable for everyone and doesn't try to push boujee rugs or anything handmade from a foreign country that will cost an arm and a leg. Here you're just getting something beautiful and simple that will accent the rooms in your home without you having to try too hard.
Fantastic online experience
We got hooked on a few rugs at Rugs USA since they were simple, classy, and beautiful, but came at totally reasonable prices. We found that most of them come in about 7 different sizes you can pick from. There are up to 8 product photos on many of the rugs so we were able to see it up close, from the back, in a room, and with different decor. The rugs also are listed with a great description and details about everything related to where it was made, what materials it's made out of, how to care for it, how it feels, what the pile is like, and more. They even have unfiltered customer reviews on each rug, which is one of our favorite things to see.
Free shipping and 30-day returns
Ground shipping is complimentary on all items sold at Rugs USA. There are expedited shipping options for customers if you want your rug to come a little faster, but even standard shipping sends items out of the warehouse within 1-2 days usually. Once your rug arrives, you have 30 days to decide if it's everything you hoped for or not. If you choose to return your rug, you can get a full refund, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
