Amazing Clubs

5 Star Rating Top Consumer Reviews Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award

Amazing Clubs has 44 different subscriptions of different foods and products you can choose from. Their salsa club is popular and hosts a delicious variety of flavors. Customers will receive 2 bottles between 12 and 16 ounces with each delivery, both surprise flavors that are revealed just before they ship out. Deliveries are as low as $27.95/month with free shipping and can be set up according to your preferred schedule. Customers can cancel at any time if needed, but based on the high satisfaction from subscribers, it's not unusual for people to continue subscriptions for years. This is a really popular and well-liked company, so Amazing Clubs has earned the top rating among salsa clubs.

Hank's Salsa Co. Review 4.5 Star Rating

Hank's Salsa Co.

4.5 Star Rating

Hank's Salsa Co. has 7 flavorful, spicy salsa flavors that are meant for those who like the heat and even those who don't. You're in for a palate trip with the ingredients that you'll get in the 16 oz bottles of salsa here. You can get 2, 3, or 4 bottles in each subscription and choose your flavors each month. Subscription pricing, especially for packs of 4 bottles, is pretty affordable, though the shipping prices are on the steep side. Overall we're sure that this company offers products unlike anywhere else, so we highly recommend trying out this fun salsa subscription for yourself or a loved one.

Fredericksburg Farms Review 4.5 Star Rating

Fredericksburg Farms

4.5 Star Rating

Fredericksburg Farms has a small but mighty variety of salsa flavors that customers can subscribe to for $51 per order. Each box comes with six 12 oz. jars, so you always have plenty of flavors to use. The company offers unique recipes for every blend, so you never get bored of how to use your jars of salsa. The flavors you receive in each order will always be the same and you can get deliveries every month to every six months, depending on your preference. Shipping is $9.95 for each order and there is a 30-day return policy on unopened orders you change your mind about. If you want a staple blend of salsas on hand for an affordable price, Fredericksburg Farms is a great way to go.

Tienda Salsita Review 4 Star Rating

Tienda Salsita

4 Star Rating

Tienda Salsita is a gourmet salsa brand with ingredients sourced from local growers in Sonoma County, California. The company offers an authentic Mexican flavor in beautiful packaging that screams "class and quality”. Subscriptions start at $61.75 and come quarterly with either 3 or 6 jars of salsa. Shipping is always free here and customers truly enjoy the flavors and different uses of the Tienda Salsita blends. If you're looking for a top-of-the-line Mexican salsa subscription, this is it.

Made in New Mexico Review 4 Star Rating

Made in New Mexico

4 Star Rating

Short: Made in New Mexico offers a long list of products local to their hometown of Taos, New Mexico. They have many different brands of salsa sold in their stores and online that range from medium to hot in terms of heat. With a subscription, you'll get 2 new flavors of salsa delivered to your door each month for $15.95 + shipping. The company has high ratings from customers, a 30-day return policy, and great customer service, so it's one of the most affordable ways to try new salsas every few weeks. This is a great option for your salsa subscription.

Angry Tomato Salsa Review 3.5 Star Rating

Angry Tomato Salsa

3.5 Star Rating

Angry Tomato Salsa is a small business that has 5 different flavors of salsa that come in 16 oz jars. You can buy them individually for $11 a jar or buy them in a 3-pack for $29.99. You can do a one-time purchase or sign up for a monthly subscription. The flavors you choose will be the same month after month, so there isn't a lot of variation in flavors or delivery schedule available from this company. If you really love a flavor here and eat a lot of salsa, then Angry Tomato Salsa might be a good fit for you; otherwise there are other companies that offer a wider variety in their salsa club subscriptions.

Casa de Jorge Review 3 Star Rating

Casa de Jorge

3 Star Rating

Casa de Jorge Salsa Company has 20 flavors of salsa you can try. Some are available year-round while others are seasonal and the availability comes and goes. You can buy individual flavors for $7/jar with $7 shipping on orders under $21 or subscribe to shipments of 2 salsas per month for $25.99. The subscription cost isn't necessarily cheaper than selecting your own flavors and ordering them on your own, so the only benefit of a subscription is not having to select your own flavors and having deliveries come automatically for 12 months. The flavors here are exotic and exciting, so we highly recommend shopping from Casa de Jorge, but it isn't one of our favorite choices for a salsa subscription itself.

Jalapa Jar Review 2.5 Star Rating

Jalapa Jar

2.5 Star Rating

Jalapa Jar has 8 blends of salsa flavors, some of which are seasonal and unique, others seem less original. You can sign up for a subscription of 6 salsas every 3 months (and pick your flavors) for $36 + shipping. This seems like a great deal until you calculate the shipping costs. For those who live in the eastern United States, shipping is just $9.99, but if you live further west, you might pay around $30 for shipping. Salsas arrive fresh and cold, so they are non-returnable. Jalapa Jar is well-liked by customers, but as far as subscriptions go, it isn't our favorite choice due to shipping costs and lack of delivery flexibility.

Salsa Express Review 2 Star Rating

Salsa Express

2 Star Rating

Salsa Express is a company that offers one-time orders and subscriptions of salsas, hot sauce, condiments, and other food items. They take hundreds of brands and flavors of all types of these food items and let customers subscribe to receive random flavors to try. Our hesitation with Salsa Express is that some of the salsas you might receive in your subscription are ones you can easily get at your local grocery store and may not necessarily add up in value to the cost of the subscription. You can choose to get 1 or 2 jars in each box and specify your preference of heat level, but otherwise you never know what will come each month. Final take? Salsa Express is a good place to order individual salsas you love, but not ideal as a subscription service.

Month Club Store Review 1.5 Star Rating

Month Club Store

1.5 Star Rating

Month Club Store has a variety of products you can subscribe to for automatic deliveries to your house. Their salsa subscription appears to be nearly identical to that of their sister company, Salsa Express. Subscriptions start at $49.99 and include either 1 or 2 jars (depending on your preference) of flavors that are unique and new to customers as well as those that you might already have in your pantry. We aren't able to view all the brands or flavors that Month Club Store might send, so we aren't convinced of the value of this service. There are also no returns and hardly any customer reviews of the Month Club Store, so it's one of our least favorite choices among salsa subscription clubs.

Continued from above...

If you have a birthday for a loved one coming up or you're getting started on a Christmas list, consider gifting a salsa club subscription. You don't have to keep something this fun all to yourself. We all know people who are really hard to buy gifts for, so this is a unique option that is sure to be a hit. You can simply order the subscription and change the delivery address to wherever you want and they'll start getting tasty surprises at the door based on the time interval you set.

Many salsa companies offering subscription services are small, sometimes family-owned businesses, and it feels good to be able to support these people. They will let you know what ingredients they use and how they package their salsas so that they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Sometimes you can pick the salsa flavors in your box and other times it might be a total surprise. Every subscription company is a little bit different in this way.

The fun (and hard) part of all this is picking the salsa subscription club that will satisfy your taste buds, fit in your budget, and work for your schedule. There are a lot of fun and unique choices out there, so to make sure you have the best experience, it's best to keep the following things in mind:

  • Variety. The best part of a salsa club is that every delivery is completely different and you never know exactly what you're in for. Find a company that has a range of spice levels, ingredients, and flavors from all over so you never get bored with the orders you receive.
  • Cost. The cost of a salsa subscription club might vary a bit based on how often you get deliveries and how many different salsas or other products are included with your order. Does the company you're interested in offer free shipping? Or do you need to account for this too?
  • Quantity. Some companies might send one single flavor of salsa with a shipment while others give you a couple bottles and flavors each time. Are there other add-on products you can choose from to complement the salsa in each box?
  • Reputation. Is the company known for consistency with high-quality ingredients, fresh deliveries, and on-time shipments? Is their customer service reliable and helpful if you need an issue taken care of or a question answered?

The experts at Top Consumer Reviews have researched the best and tastiest salsa club subscription options. Our hope is that you'll find a company you're excited about and can sign up for delicious, convenient, and mouth-watering deliveries of salsa straight to your doorstep!

Salsa Club FAQ

Everywhere, from coast to coast! Typically crafted in small batches by boutique-style producers, the salsas included in a membership plan are fun, flavorful, and much more interesting than anything you'll find at your local grocery store.
While salsa clubs are usually a monthly subscription, some providers let you customize the delivery schedule. Maybe you want it to arrive every other month or once a quarter. No problem! You can also choose how many times you'd like to get new salsas, anywhere from two months to a full year.
They cost more than grabbing a bottle off the shelf at the supermarket, but the variety and fun factor make salsa club subscriptions well worth the money. You'll spend anywhere from $14 to $29 per delivery, which usually includes two full-size bottles of salsa.
Sometimes. Many salsa clubs charge a delivery fee in addition to the monthly subscription price, while others include the shipping costs in what you pay for the membership. That can really drive up the price, so be sure you know what you're getting.
One of the reasons salsa clubs are so popular is because of the excellent customer service they tend to provide. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, or if you get a salsa you really don't like, most membership providers will do everything they can to make it up to you: a replacement, a refund, or adding an extra month to your plan.
No, but most clubs let you see in advance which ones are included in upcoming deliveries. If there's one you know you don't want, you can sometimes skip that month altogether. A few salsa subscriptions do allow you to indicate what heat level you prefer.
How about a fun newsletter that tells you where your salsas came from, suggests pairings and recipes, and gives you fun facts about all things salsa? Those are commonly included with salsa club deliveries. There's even a subscription that sends you chips to dip with each shipment!
¡Si! What a fun way to send a special someone a gift that keeps on giving throughout the year. Depending on the club you choose, you might be able to request a handwritten gift card that's included in the first delivery or an email announcement delivered to the lucky recipient on the date you specify.
