Get a customized plan

When you click on the "Get Started” button, Found will begin to customize a plan for your weight loss. The process is smooth, almost fun, and very inclusive: it was the first Semaglutide provider we evaluated who didn't just ask about our assigned-at-birth sex, but also how we identify ourselves. You'll provide information about any ways you've been successful with dieting in the past (like intermittent fasting or keto), your current weight and goal weight. Also in your first 4 weeks, you get one-on-one expert coaching; afterwards, you'll still be able to access Found's network of coaches, just not necessarily the same one every time. The Found membership gives you entry into the community of other users pursuing better health and weight loss, and a mobile app with all the tools you'll need to make healthy changes.

Membership covers all non-Semaglutide meds

And about the medication part... your membership cost will include medications that are not GLP-1. So, maybe your team determines that Metformin is a good option; that will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, if your physician thinks that Wegovy will give you your best shot (pun intended), Found will work with your insurance company to try and get it covered. You're on the hook for the out-of-pocket costs for it, but if that winds up being prohibitively expensive, Found will discuss alternative weight loss medications besides Semaglutide that could also work.

"A+” and accreditation from the BBB

We're glad to report that Found's headquarters earned an "A+” rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau just a few months before our evaluation. That should tell you how relatively new this company is (although the BBB pointed out that Found has been in business for 6 years). There were just under 100 complaints filed over the last 3 years, and from what we could see, most of them were from customers who didn't understand that the cost of the Semaglutide was separate from the membership fee. That's pretty standard for many Semaglutide providers on our list, and it's definitely not something that's hidden by Found.
