4 step process

There is a specific process that Right at Home follows in order to create a custom plan for their clients. This process is done in four steps. The first is an initial call and meeting. Here, they will find out the basic needs and set up an in-home visit to gather more information, get to know the client, and provide information to the family about how their services will be a benefit. From there, a custom care plan is created to cover how a caregiver will meet specific needs. They will then search for the most appropriate caregiver to implement the plan going forward.
