2026 Snoring Product Reviews

Where is the best place to find snoring solutions?  Snoring is something almost everyone experiences at some point in their lives, but for many people, it can become a nightly struggle that affects both their sleep and overall health. The sound of snoring happens when airflow through your mouth or nose is partly blocked, causing the tissues in your throat to vibrate. And it not only affects your health, but it can disturb the health and peaceful slumber of your partner as well.

On the Vital Sleep website

Vital Sleep is a snoring solution company that's known for its personalized anti-snoring mouthguards. It offers moldable mouthpieces, and that's pretty much it. So, it's best for those who are interested in the type of snoring solution that shifts your jaw to make space for air in your throat. The custom mouthpieces are adjustable through the "boil-and-bite" method that allows you to soften the gel and imprint your teeth for a perfect fit. The company Vital Sleep was founded in 2009, and the FDA cleared its devices for use in 2010. Since then, it's been one of the most popular places to get mouthguard-style snoring solutions out there today.

One item with two different sizes

Vital Sleep offers one primary product: a moldable mouthguard for helping you improve your airflow through your throat during the night. You sleep with the mouthguard in, and can adjust the fit with the moldable gel that can imprint into your teeth. By heating the gel in hot water, you can change the fit (even if you bite changes over time) any time you want. Vital Sleep offers two sizes of the mouthguard: men's and women's. The men's are slightly larger and the women's slightly smaller. Aside from that, the devices are a one-size-fits-all snoring solution.

FDA-approved mouthpieces

Vital Sleep doesn't currently offer any public details about clinical research for this snoring solution. However, the FDA has cleared the Vital Sleep devices since these are identical to other mouthguards (that did have clinical trials with proven results) that shift your jaw to open your airway. It's 100% safe to use and offers medical-grade materials in production.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing is $74.95 for the mouthguard

Vital Sleep's mouthguards are the same cost, no matter whether you want a men's snoring solution or a women's one. Both sizes are $74.95 for the mouthguard and case. Oddly, there aren't any other products to compare to at Vital Sleep: the mouthguard is its only item in stock. So if you want extras like cleaners or additional snoring solutions to use with your mouthguard, you'll need to shop elsewhere.

Risk-free returns within 60 days

Vital Sleep offers a risk-free 60-night trial for your Vital Sleep mouthguard. If you're not satisfied with your snoring solution after that timeframe, you'll have to fill out a form on Vital Sleep's website. This is the only way to process a return for a refund. There isn't any mention of a guarantee of return, but the risk-free promise seems to indicate you will get your money back if the product doesn't work for you. Vital Sleep also offers free replacements for your mouthguard in the first year of use (for any reason).

Life-changing snoring solution

Vital Sleep and its parent company, The Snore Reliever Company, hold an impressive "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. On top of that, Vital Sleep earns a 4.2-star average rating out of 5 on third-party review sites like Trustpilot. Most customers loved their experience with the Vital Sleep mouthguards. This snoring solution receives 5-star ratings for providing real results. While some customers said that the device takes some time to get used to (up to 2 weeks to feel comfortable), it is worth using, and it improves snoring right away. Multiple recent reviewers called this snoring solution "life changing!"

Best pick: easy, low cost, and no risk

Vital Sleep is the best sleeping solution we've seen so far. With top marks from reviewers across the board and prices that don't break the bank, this custom mouthpiece is a great way to get a handle on your snoring without tons of recurring costs. Vital Sleep is FDA-approved and offers free returns within 60 days, which competes with some of the industry's best return policies (especially since you get a full refund within that timeframe), so if it doesn't work for you, you can easily get your money back. This is a snoring solution with zero risk, earning it the top spot and a 5-star rating in our review.

On the Spring Sleep website

Spring Sleep is a snoring solution that focuses on treating sleep apnea, specifically. Spring Sleep's goal is to offer non-invasive options for customers who want to treat their sleep apnea without costly sleep machines or doctor prescriptions. The main product at Spring Sleep is the eXciteOSA device that helps train your body with daily sessions rather than using a nightly mouthguard or sleeping with something in permanently. Results generally show up over the course of 6 weeks.

One electro-device available

Spring Sleep has one main product, the eXciteOSA, and its starter pack. This includes the eXciteOSA device, which is a mouthpiece made of medical-grade silicon. It gives you electrical stimulation with pulses that you use in your mouth for 20 minutes per day. This is meant to stimulate the muscles in the tongue to improve your airway over time. The product includes a mouthpiece, cleaning cap, pulse generator control unit, 15 cm-long UBC-C charger, and instructions for downloading the app for guided therapy sessions.

Clinically proven to offer results

Spring Sleep's products are clinically tested with results that showed impressive numbers. 90% of tested customers said that they experienced a notable reduction in nightly snoring. 78% of all customers who used the product during the trial found they had reduced sleep apnea overall, and 89% of the partners of customers who used the products said they got better sleep while their partners were using the Spring Sleep devices.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing $1,650 to get started and $150 every 90 days

Regrettably, for a snoring solution that doesn't require you to keep it in all night long, there is a cost, and it's pretty steep. Spring Sleep's eXciteOSA costs $1,650 (though shipping is free of charge). On top of that, Spring Sleep's mouthpiece does need to be replaced (the company recommends every 90 days). The mouthpieces cost $150 per unit, so you may be looking at a heftier price over time than with other products in our review.

Full refunds within 90 days

Spring Sleep offers a 90-night trial for this snoring solution. If you aren't happy with your results from the eXciteOSA, you can return the device and all the pieces free of charge and get a full refund. Spring Sleep's replacement mouthpieces are not included in the free trial, but for the first 90 days, you shouldn't need any new mouthpieces, so you won't have to worry about missing out on your refund.

Top marks for customer service and effectiveness

Spring Sleep is owned by Spectrum Sleep Solutions Inc., which currently holds a "D-" rating from the Better Business Bureau. On the other hand, Spring Sleep itself has a pretty decent reputation. On third-party review sites like Trustpilot, Spring Sleep's eXciteOSA device has earned a 4-star average rating out of 5. Customers call the product "refreshing" when compared to other mouthguards or nose dilator products that are tedious and need to be used every night with no permanent change in sight. Spring Sleep is praised for changing how customers' tongues and throats work at night. Most of the recent reviews praise Spring Sleep for its impressive treatments that have shown better sleep and a true snoring solution. The company also offers a helpful customer service team that offers quick answers to all types of questions (replacements, app help, and more).

Best option if you want lasting results

While Spring Sleep's eXiteOSA may take a little more time to see results, this snoring solution is a top pick if you're looking for something that will help you permanently change and avoid snoring in the future. While it's costly upfront and not too cheap to maintain, either, the idea is that you won't have to use the Spring Sleep device forever. It will help strengthen your muscles to avoid sleep apnea forever. For these reasons, it's one of our top picks.

On the Good Morning Snore Solution website

Good Morning Snore Solution is a tongue stabilizing snoring solution that is designed to help you keep your tongue where it belongs and away from your airways. This is said to be more comfortable than CPAP machines and is a more affordable snoring solution than medically prescribed options. This product doesn't need any fitting, and it's promised to be easy to clean and travel with. Good Morning Snore Solution is sold in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. The company got started in 2005 and has been offering more comfortable snoring solutions since.

Two sizes of one product

Good Morning Snore Solution is just one product, but you can buy regular and small sizes, and multipacks (at discounted costs). Good Morning Snore Solution also sells cleaning solutions for your mouthpiece, carrying cases, and cleaning bags to help you get everything you need in one go. You can get multipacks with two of one size, or one of each size, in case you need to buy snoring solutions for multiple people.

Backed by clinical study results

Good Morning Snore Solution was developed by a dentist and sleep researcher (Dr. Leslie Dort), who was accredited by the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2000. Her clinical research at the University of Calgary was specifically for finding alternative snoring solutions that were more comfortable. The product has been clinically tested in a double-blind placebo-controlled study for the Sleep and Breathing journal, which showed reduced snoring with a tongue-stabilizing device.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing from $73.99 to $78.99 per mouthpiece

Good Morning Snore Solution costs $73.99 for one tongue stabilizer of any size. If you want to buy a multi-pack, the cost is $109.95 per pack. If you want a kids' or young adult size, it will be slightly more at $78.99 per snoring solution. The carry case costs just $7.95, and the cleaning solution is $13.58 per container.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Good Morning Snore Solution offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which lets you test it out. If you're not satisfied with your sleep solution, you can return your mouthpiece for a full refund. However, this refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling (if you paid for any at the time of purchase) or any return shipping fees.

Top marks, but it has a break-in period

Good Morning Snore Solution is actually owned by the parent company MPowrx Health & Wellness Products. This company currently holds an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. While we struggled to find third-party reviews for this product, there were a few on sites like Birdeye that showed a 4.2-star average rating out of 5 for Good Morning Snore Solution. Customers generally felt like it took about 2 weeks before the device was totally comfortable to wear, but after the adjustment period, it fits comfortably, and keeps patients from snoring during the night. Good Morning Snore Solution is praised for being the easiest tongue-stabilizing product that customers have tried as a snoring solution.

Top tongue stabilizer

Good Morning Snore Solution is a great choice that doesn't break the bank if you're looking for a way to reduce your snoring (especially those who might be looking into CPAP machines) without an invasive product or high costs. Good Morning Snore Solution takes a little getting used to, according to reviewers, but once you do, it's worth it. It showed results both in clinical trials and with customers who left verified reviews, so you know you're getting a real snoring solution with this product. Plus, with a competitive refund policy, you're able to try it out without worrying about anything besides shipping costs. For this reason, it earns a very high score in our review.

On the ZQuiet website

ZQuiet is a brand of snoring solutions that is known for its anti-snoring mouthpiece. This, like similar mouthpieces in our review, works by holding your lower jaw slightly forward to keep your throat open to help air flow throughout the night. The company was founded in 2008, when a couple wanted to find a snoring solution to help save their marriage. They collaborated with dental and medical experts to create their mouthguards. ZQuiet operates as a one-stop shop, too, offering nasal breathing aids and earplugs for better sleep as well.

Three different types of snoring solutions

ZQuiet has a broad inventory to look through in terms of snoring solutions. You'll find everything from earplugs to nasal breathing aids to anti-snoring mouthpieces. No matter what you're looking for, you'll find a sleep solution. The primary snoring solution offered by ZQuiet is the ZQuiet Anti-Snoring Custom Mouthpiece. There is also a non-custom version for a lower cost. You can also get Ozlo Sleepbuds, the ZQuiet Breathe Nasal Breathing Aid, and cleaning supplies for your mouthguards, all in the same place.

FDA-approved technology

ZQuiet is based on studies on mandibular advancement devices of similar design - you're looking at a company that based its product on research that showed a 52% reduction of snoring and a 4.1% increase in oxygen levels during sleep. ZQuiet has been evaluated by the FDA, and it has been listed as a medically safe snoring solution.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing from $39.95 to $89.95 per item

ZQuiet's mouthguards are the main product, and they range from $39.95 for the Single Pack of normal mouthpieces up to $89.95 for the custom version. The sleep earbuds are the most costly item in the inventory (due to the noise-cancelling technology) at $349. The nasal breathing aids are the least costly at $18.95 per package (which comes with 2 nasal aids). The cleaning products start at $9.95 for a cleaning brush.

Full refund in 60 days + free shipping

ZQuiet recommends that you use your device for enough time to adjust to using it. There are some side effects mentioned, like soreness, drooling, and popping out at the beginning of use. There is a place where you can "start your return process," but the returns page doesn't mention a guarantee. You have to look in the FAQ to find the actual return policy. ZQuiet promises a 60-night Better Sleep Guarantee, which states that if you don't like your ZQuiet snoring solution, you can return it within 60 days without any shipping fees for a full refund.

Good for snoring, bad for jaw alignment

ZQuiet holds an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. However, on third-party review sites, ZQuiet has a much lower score. Our research shows that ZQuiet holds a 2.7-star average out of 5 on Trustpilot. The main complaint across the board is that ZQuiet does not accept returns the way that the company's policies promise. Other customers were frustrated that while the ZQuiet mouthguards worked, the product completely changed the customers' bite and teeth. Some even considered oral surgery to correct the bite changes.

Better if you buy other products from the lineup

ZQuiet is a decent option with low cost, and it's comparable to other mouthguard options in our review. But with customers complaining about the less-than-straightforward refund policy and issues with jaw alignment after months of use, you might want to choose one of the higher-rated snoring solutions in our review instead. While there are still decent options sold by ZQuiet, since it's a one-stop shop with multiple snoring solutions, it earns a middle-tier rating overall. You can browse for its other sleep and snoring aids, but you might want to avoid the mouthguard.

On the Zyppah website

Zyppah is a snoring solution that takes a two-in-one approach, combining a jaw-moving device and a tongue-retaining device in one. It holds your lower jaw forward and keeps your tongue in place with a patented strap at the same time. You can also buy mouth tape if you want to try a different approach to snoring without the need for a mouthguard or to bundle your mouthguard with mouth taping at the same time.

What's in the inventory

Zyppah's inventory includes its patented mouthguards and mouth tape. All of the packs include some of both. You'll get at least one mouthguard per purchase (with some inventory items including double-packs), and six pieces of mouth tape as an included "gift". The mouthpieces come in pink and green. There's also a glow-in-the-dark "Ghost" model. All of the mouthguards offer jaw movement and a tongue strap to target both possible causes of snoring in one solution.

91% success rate

Zyppah's patented products went through clinical trials, one of which was reviewed by the FDA. According to trial results, Zyppah stopped snoring in 91% of users. It has one of the highest success rates in our review. The mouthguards are also moldable, offering the best fit for every individual.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing from $79.95 to $99.95 per mouthguard

Zyppah's mouthguards start at $79.95 for the women's version (the pink mouthguard), which is called Special Edition Beauty Sleep. The most costly single snoring solution, the Special Edition Ghost version, is the men's size that glows in the dark. This one costs $99.95. Both of these include a 30-day supply of mouth tape. The general version is $94.95 and includes a single mouthguard (men's size with no glowing this time) and a 30-day supply of mouth tape. There are also two double packs: a Beauty Sleep double pack for $149.90 and a regular men's double pack for $179.99. If you just want extra mouth tape, you can get a 90-day supply for $44.70, a 180-day supply for $113.70, or a single 30-day supply for $18.95.

90-day returns don't include shipping

Zyppah allows returns for 90 days on any purchase made directly from the company's website. You can try your snoring solution for the entire 90-day period before you make a decision. However, return shipping is up to you, so you'll have to cover the costs if you need to send your mouthguard or mouth tape back. This is a little less customer-friendly than some of our top competitors, but it still is a pretty long return period.

Good concept, but uncomfortable to use

Zyppah, regrettably, has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, though this is only due to 3 complaints that were not responded to. According to Google Reviews, Zyppah is a little below average in terms of effectiveness. Zyppah shows a 2.8-star average across 6,000+ reviews. Customers complained that the product doesn't work the way that it was promised, and it wasn't comfortable either. Most recent reviews echoed similar feedback for this snoring solution: the mouthguard doesn't stay in and it's too bulky. In general, while some customers saw a reduction in snoring, they couldn't get used to the feel of Zyppah in their mouths and changed to another product.

Best for those not worried about comfort

Zyppah has a fun design (especially with glow-in-the-dark mouthguards), but it probably should have focused more on comfort than style. While customers do agree that it reduced snoring, it wasn't something they wanted to continue using long-term. It was uncomfortable, and most customers felt that the fit wasn't right for their mouths, even with the ability to customize the mouthguards. For these reasons, Zyppah doesn't stand out as well in our review when compared to other more effective (and comfortable) snoring solutions. It is effective, so it might be worth a look, but you might struggle if comfort is your most important factor.

On the AVEOtsd website

AVEOtsd is a snoring solution company that's been around since 1999. It's one of the top-selling snoring solutions in New Zealand, and now it's available in the US too. The company developed a new way that helps you sleep by keeping your tongue forward (which stops your tongue from blocking your throat and air) during sleep. The products are made with silicone die injection moulding, which promises a perfect fit for your mouth. This is meant to be a similar approach to, but less invasive than, a CPAP machine.

One product for your snoring solution

AVEOtsd is just one product, but you can buy either a single or a twin pack if you want to have more than one (or perhaps you and your partner both want some help in the snoring department). You can choose between small, medium, and large sizing, with the medium being recommended for most adults who need a snoring solution. The product attaches to your tongue and gently pulls your tongue forward. It's like a small mouth guard made of comfortable silicone that just blocks your tongue from getting in the way of your airflow.

FDA-approved and doctor-recommended

AVEOtsd is claimed to be "clinically proven" as a non-invasive snoring solution. According to our research, this is 100% true. AVEOtsd comes highly recommended by physicians, and it is an FDA-approved solution for snoring. It was developed by a sleep specialist named Dr. Christ Roberston, and the product is registered with the TGA. This is a standout feature, since many of the sleep devices in our review did not go through their own clinical trials, but relied on similar research - but AVEOtsd did have actual trials showing its success rates.

Best Snoring Products

Costs $99 per device

AVEOtsd comes in either a single pack or a twin pack. The AVEOtsd Single is $99 for a mouthguard perfectly molded to your mouth. The AVEOtsd Twin Pack is $159 and includes the same features, but you get two different colored cases in case two different people need mouthguards for their snoring solution. This offers some significant savings if you need to buy more than one.

Returns in 60 days and a 2-year manufacturing warranty

AVEOtsd offers a Two-Year Money Back guarantee that is based on workmanship and materials. So, if something is wrong with the materials, you'll get your money back within 2 years. For standard returns (and trying out the AVEOtsd device), you'll have 60 days. If you buy a twin pack, you can only use one of the AVEOtsd devices, or you will only receive a refund for one if both are used. AVEOtsd will need to be returned to Dunedin, New Zealand, which may cost you more in shipping than with a company that's based in the US.

Not many reviews from US buyers

AVEOtsd wasn't rated by the Better Business Bureau, nor could we find it on traditional third-party review sites like Trustpilot and Sitejabber. While we did find a handful of reviews on Australian websites (we couldn't find many on US sites), AVEOtsd had around a 3-star average. Customers noticed that they liked the product in the beginning, but felt it was less effective as time went on. Further, we found a few verified reviews that complained about the lack of customer service at AVEOtsd. Customers seemed frustrated by the inability to contact customer service when something went wrong.

May be worth a look if you don't need to return it

AVEOtsd is an interesting solution if you're looking for a snoring solution that helps the same way as a CPAP without the invasiveness of the breathing machine. However, the lack of US reviews (despite the fact that AVEOtsd definitely sells to US customers) made us a little more wary about this product when compared to others in our review. While the return policy is competitive in length, the costs of return shipping to New Zealand might be a bit of a barrier for some customers.

On the Snore Less Now website

Snore Less Now is a snoring solution shop that includes multiple types of snoring assistance. You can find jaw repositioning products, nasal dilators, and anti-snore pillows to cover all of your bases. This is a competitive all-in-one site that can help you fix your snoring with one exact product that you need or multiple at once. This is helpful if you're new to your snoring solution journey and aren't sure what kind of device will help you best.

Three different solutions in one store

Snore Less Now's inventory includes plenty of snoring solutions. You'll find the Airflow Clip Nasal Dilator, Somnofit-S Anti-Snore Mouth Guard+, Posiform Anti-Snore Pillow, Slumber Patch Sleep Aid, SomnoFit-S Replacement Adjustment Straps, and even multi-packs like the Snore No More Bundle, which includes a pillow and mouthguard together. You've got everything to help keep you and your partner asleep all in one convenient retailer.

Similar products backed by trials

Snore Less Now's products are FDA-approved and include biomedical-grade equipment, so you're getting the real deal. The products themselves are not in specific clinical trials, but products with similar goals or purposes have all been put through research on snoring treatments. You can count on Snore Less Now offering products that are similar to those in actual studies.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing from $14.99 to $149.99 for individual items

Snore Less Now's pricing depends on which product you want to try. The nasal dilator is the least costly option at $14.99 to $17.99, depending on the size you choose. The most costly snoring solution at Snore Less Now is the Somnofit-S Anti-Snore Mouth Guard+, which costs $149.99 per mouthguard. The middle range is the Posiform Anti-Snore Pillow for $119.99. If you decide to go with the bundle, you'll get significant savings with a mouthguard and pillow for $197.97.

30-120 days for returns, depending on item

Snore Less Now's refund policy offers an impressive 120-night return window, though the products do differ in their return policies, depending on what you get. For example, the Somnofit-S Mouth Guard+ and Anti-Snore pillow get the 120-day return policy. However, the nasal dilator can only be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Snore Less Now also offers free shipping for orders $40+, and the company will provide you with a return shipping label for your specific snoring solution.

Mixed reviews about returns and effectiveness

Snore Less Now is not rated on the Better Business Bureau. Instead, this snoring solution company only has a handful of reviews on Trustpilot. The company currently has a 3-star average rating out of 5. Regrettably, the most recent reviews note that Snore Less Now "claims" to have a money-back guarantee, but it's not totally true. Snore Less Now tried to charge one customer for shipping, and only refunded them the sales tax, not the full amount. Other reviewers said they liked the mouthguard, specifically, but others said the nose dilator blocked their ability to breathe more than before.

Less reliable, and only one effective product

Snore Less Now is lower-cost than some of the other snoring solutions in our review, which could make it worth a look. But the mixed reviews show that it might be harder to get your money back from this company than with more reliable snoring solution retailers. Snore Less Now does offer a competitive one-stop shop, but if you change your mind, you might not get your money back. Plus, the mouthguard is the only popular product offered that has reviews claiming it's effective. For this reason, Snore Less Now gets a lower-than-average score in our review.

On the PureSleep website

PureSleep is a snoring solution that's supposedly a mouthguard. However, we have some severe reservations about the website. On several pages during our research, we found the website completely unfinished. The "About" page was filled with the placeholder "Lorem ipsum" text, and dropdown menus that were supposed to show the features' dimensions, key specs, and patents had nothing in them, and the word "dimensions" was spelled with a typo. While the company claims to be supported by PBS and Good Morning America, there are a lot of issues to sift through on the website before you get to the point of buying.

Only two items in the inventory

PureSleep's inventory has one snoring device and one box of cleaning tablets. The device itself is a mouthguard. However, we couldn't find any details about how the PureSleep device actually works. The mouthguard is meant to have some kind of support to stop snoring. It took some digging through the website to find the page that details this is a "mandibular repositioning" product. So it moves your lower jaw forward to allow more space for your tongue and airway. It's made with a "dual-polymer" that promises more comfort than similar snoring solutions.

Says FDA-cleared, but we can't find clinical trials

PureSleep claims to be FDA-cleared and trusted by "a million users worldwide", but we couldn't find much about the device in clinical research. The snoring solution promises to accommodate any bite with a "one-size fits all" approach. There aren't different sizes available through PureSleep. There are some studies about this type of mouthguard, but none that talk about PureSleep specifically.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing is $59.95 per item

PureSleep's mouth guard is $59.95 per unit, and if you want to buy cleaning tablets for it, those cost $9.95 through the website. There are no other options, products, or multi-packs like we've seen at other retailers. PureSleep is much more minimal for snoring solutions across the board. Further, the product photos available look fairly photoshopped, which was also a bit of a red flag.

60-day returns

PureSleep's return policy promises that you can try the snoring solution for 60 days and return it if you don't like how it feels (or if it doesn't work for you). You have to buy it directly from the PureSleep website to qualify for this return policy. Some of the other purchase methods (which are listed on PureSleep during checkout) may not allow you to use the 60-day return policy.

Mixed reviews, but praise for returns

Despite the range of red flags on the website, PureSleep currently shows an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. On top of that, it has a middle-tier rating from third-party review sites like Trustpilot. At the time of our review, PureSleep held a 3.3-star average out of 5. Recent reviews stopped around 6 months before the time of our research. Further, while some reviews show competitive customer service from PureSleep, many of the 5-star reviews were left because the company did give customers a refund after PureSleep's mouthguard didn't fit. Further, there were other recent reviews that noted that PureSleep never sent the customer's snoring solution. So, it's more than a possibility that you'll experience the one-size-fits-all not working or not receiving your snoring solution at all.

Use caution before you buy

PureSleep has a decent reputation with the BBB, but we're still fairly concerned based on the reviews showing missing items and the seemingly unfinished website. While this doesn't necessarily mean that PureSleep isn't trustworthy, it is a red flag, and you might want to do a bit more digging before you give PureSleep your money. If you're looking for a 100% reliable sleep solution, PureSleep might not be your first pick.

On the SnoreRX website

SnoreRX is a snoring solution brand that offers a range of adjustable and custom-fit mouthguards that are meant to move your jaw slightly to help keep your airway open. The device uses a "boil-and-bite" method to custom-fit the bite to your exact teeth, and you can re-boil and re-bite the mouthguard if you need to. The company was founded back in 2009 and is based in California.

Two mouthguards to try

SnoreRX offers two different snoring solution options, the SnoreRX (original design) and the SnoreRX Plus. Both are able to be custom-fit and offer personalized relief for your snoring. The main way it works is by shifting your jaw position, but this isn't just one-size fits all; you can also adjust the mouthguard once it's in your mouth to fine-tune how your jaw opens and the comfort of the position. The SnoreRX Plus model is supposed to have better comfort and improved airflow for you during the night.

FDA approved for snoring

SnoreRX is an FDA-cleared product that uses trademarked Thermal Matrix and Micro-Fit technology to help you get a perfect fit for your snoring solution. The design has not gone through specific clinical trials that are published, but the FDA has reviewed the design and marked it safe for public use as a snoring solution. The FDA notes that SnoreRX is "identical" to similar products that are already meeting the guidelines for medical care for snoring.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing from $59.99 to $99.99

SnoreRX's two different models have around a $40 difference in cost. The SnoreRX original is $59.99 per unit. The SnoreRX Plus model is $99.99 per unit. Both are similar and offer customizability, so if you're not sure, you might want to start with the less costly of the two. However, if you're familiar with the type of snoring solution that moves your jaw for better breathing, it might be worth it to go for the more comfortable model.

30-day refunds don't include shipping

SnoreRX promises that you can try this product for 30 nights risk-free. SnoreRX asks that you return the product within 30 days of your delivery date in order to qualify for a full refund. However, SnoreRX does not offer any reimbursement for shipping fees, so sending back your SnoreRX mouthguard may cost you in return postage, and you won't receive any refund for the shipping you paid for your snoring solution initially.

Custom doesn't mean it fits

SnoreRX currently holds an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. The main reason is that it has failed to respond to recent complaints against the business. Equally concerning, SnoreRX holds a 1.6-star average rating out of 5 on Trustpilot. Customers who have used the products say you "should not trust their website reviews." SnoreRX's device is listed as "very large" for many reviewers and is uncomfortable to use. Other customers say that despite the custom gel, they weren't able to keep this snoring solution in all night, and it didn't reduce snoring for multiple customers at all. With multiple reports of this company being a "scam," it might be safer to stay away.

Not worth the discomfort

SnoreRX seems to be decent when you're browsing its inventory and policies, but the reviews show that customers are generally extremely unhappy with their SnoreRX mouthguard. Without solid results to show that the mouthguard works, and reports that the mouthguard is too large and too uncomfortable for all-night use, it might be better for your mouth (and your wallet) to try one of our higher-rated snoring solutions instead.

On the Smart Nora website

Smart Nora is a snoring solution that promises contact-free help with your nighttime noises. Smart Nora works by detecting snoring sounds and then inflating a pad under your pillow to change your head position. Yep, this is high-tech stuff. The company is praised by the New York Times, Time, Forbes, and Men'sHealth. It's also notable for including adaptive AI technology that learns your sleep habits over time to help you stop snoring before it begins.

One smart device for sale

Smart Nora's inventory is currently just the most updated model of this snoring solution. This comes with The Pebble, which is an AI device that sits on your bedside table and detects your snoring through the night. You also get an inflatable device that goes under your pillow. The purchase comes with 1 month of Nora+ included (which is a premium subscription within the app).

Tested by third parties with positive data

Smart Nora is a snoring solution scientifically proven through independent testing to improve your sleep continuity and reduce snoring. 79% of customers found a decrease in loud snoring, and they also had 4 times fewer sleep disruptions throughout the night. Plus, the data from partners is included too, with 74% of happy partners saying they slept better next to their snoring partner.

Best Snoring Products

Pricing at $439 per device

Smart Nora currently costs $439 for a full unit. This does not include the Nora+ membership fee, which costs $5.99 per month. The membership includes priority support, discounts, firmware updates, and extended warranty options for your Smart Nora device. There are no additional items available on Smart Nora, according to our research. So, only the newest model is available (and you can't currently buy individual parts).

30-day trial period and 1-year warranty

Smart Nora allows you to try its products risk-free for 30 nights. If you don't love this snoring solution when you're done with the trial period, you can return it for a full refund. The only caveat is that you have to return the pillow device in its original condition. Smart Nora doesn't charge shipping fees, so there's no need to worry about costs for returns. Smart Nora also comes with a 1-year warranty, so if you decide to keep it, you'll be able to use it for a year without any concern.

No response, and no shipments

Smart Nora, regrettably, holds an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. On top of that, the company only has a 2.7-star average rating out of 5 on third-party review sites like Trustpilot. Many of the recent reviews say that they never received their Smart Nora device after ordering. Some customers waited over 6 months and had to dispute the Smart Nora charge on their credit cards. Several customers believe the company went out of business because they haven't been able to get in contact with the Smart Nora customer service department for months.

Not worth having to contact your bank

Smart Nora seems like a great option for a snoring solution, but there aren't enough positive reviews to back up the AI-driven sleep corrector. In fact, most recent reviews think the company is no longer in operation due to the problems customers have with getting their shipments or even talking to customer service. For these reasons, Smart Nora ends up in last place on our list. If people are disputing charges on their credit cards, it makes it too risky to spend the money in the first place, earning Smart Nora one of the lowest ratings in our review.

While it may seem harmless, snoring can lead to poor sleep, fatigue during the day, and even strain your relationships if it keeps others awake. It can also be linked to issues like nasal congestion, allergies, or sleep apnea, which makes finding an effective snoring solution more important than most people realize. Getting to the root of the cause is key to finally waking up refreshed instead of exhausted.

Modern websites that focus on snoring solutions have made it much easier to find products that match your specific needs. You can compare mouthpieces, nasal strips, pillows, and more without needing to visit multiple stores. Many of these online shops offer detailed product descriptions, sleep quizzes, and customer reviews to help guide your decision. Some even include expert advice or virtual consultations to help you understand what's most likely to work for your snoring concerns. Whether your snoring is caused by sleeping position, sinus issues, or something more complex, many sites offer a one-stop shop for better sleep solutions.

Cost is another major benefit of shopping online for snoring solutions. In the past, specialized devices or doctor-prescribed equipment could cost hundreds of dollars, especially when purchased through clinics. Today, you can find plenty of retailers that offer lower costs with high-quality items that actually solve snoring. You can find effective products at a fraction of the cost, with discounts and trial programs that make it easier to find the right fit for your body and your sleep schedule. Plus, many sites offer flexible return policies, so you can test out a few options and only keep what works best for you.

The best snoring solutions don't just make your nights quieter. They can also transform how you feel every morning. If you share a bed or room with someone, finding a fix for snoring can mean better sleep for both of you and fewer tired mornings across the board. With improved airflow and deeper rest, you may also notice more energy, focus, and mood stability throughout the day. Investing in a quality snoring solution is more than just a comfort upgrade: it's a step toward better health and better sleep for you (and your partner).

If you're ready to get your snoring under control, we totally get it. To help you narrow your options, we've put together some factors that can help you decide on the best retailer or product to target your snoring:

Everyone deserves to get restful sleep every night, and snoring solutions are an easy way to get better, deeper sleep right away. If you're ready to send your snoring packing, we've got your back. Top Consumer Reviews has researched and ranked the top snoring solutions out there today. Whether you want something affordable, adjustable, or backed by expert support, you're on your way to finally getting the restful, quiet sleep you've been missing. Sweet dreams!

Snoring Product FAQ

What is snoring?
Simply put, snoring is noisy breathing that happens while you're sleeping. It can produce a noise that's barely able to be heard, or be so loud that it disturbs people in another room!
Why do people snore?
Snoring happens when the airway is narrowed, obstructing regular airflow. This makes the soft tissue at the base of the tongue and the back of the throat vibrate, producing the sounds people associate with snoring.
Why is snoring a problem?
Snoring in itself isn't always a problem. But, it can easily disrupt your sleep (or that of the people in your household!). When snoring results from sleep apnea - when your airway closes repeatedly and you gasp awake - it's indicative of a much more serious issue.
Does snoring mean there's something wrong with me?
Not always. Sometimes you just need to change your position to sleep on your side, or maybe lose a few pounds (sorry!). However, some people who snore loudly have sleep apnea, which actually deprives the body of oxygen periodically through the night. If you're gasping yourself awake, or your partner notices you doing so, consult your physician for further advice.
Is there anything that can help me stop snoring?
Yes! There are many different approaches to help you get a quieter night's sleep. Besides weight loss and sleeping on your side or stomach instead of your back, there are mouthpieces that can keep your tongue properly placed towards the front of your mouth while you sleep, chin straps to prevent open-mouthed snoring, and even supplements you can take to reduce the swelling that can narrow airways. If it's determined that you have sleep apnea, however, you may wind up needing to use a CPAP machine prescribed by your doctor.
Is it safe to use a product to help stop snoring?
Yes. Most snoring prevention products have been successfully used for years. If you choose a supplement, it's always a good idea to read the ingredients list to ensure you don't have any sensitivities or interactions with other medications you're currently taking.
How much do snoring products cost?
Most snoring products cost less than $100. Of course, there's a big price difference between spending $100 for a mouthpiece you can reuse for months (if not years) and spending the same amount for a three-month supply of consumable products that have to be replenished over and over again. But, if you find something that works for you, it's worth the investment!
Can I get a refund if a snoring product doesn't work for me?
Most of the time, the makers of snoring products offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, giving you plenty of time to see if you get the results you're hoping for. Check the return policy before committing to a purchase.
