Tedious

Some of the web pages on Sports Memorabilia's website look a bit outdated as far as their design. The help, shipping, size chart, order tracking, and other pages are tedious to sift through because they look outdated and text-heavy. Finding their 30-day return policy took a bit of searching and other pertinent information is scattered amongst different topics. To skip straight to getting help with a question, a 24/7 live chat feature is set up on the website. Unfortunately, we've never been able to use the online chat because it was always unavailable.

However, we recognize that many of their products are available elsewhere and it would be just as easy to purchase somewhere else for almost the same shipping and product prices. There is no major reason Steiner Sports is a better place to buy sports memorabilia than most other retailers we are reviewing. Overall, we don't feel like Sports Integrity has much more to offer than some of their competitors. They do carry the basic sports memorabilia like helmets, photos, jerseys, and balls. However, much of their inventory can be found elsewhere and they don't have many out-of-the-box products like our higher-rated retailers do. It's probably in your best interest to cut to the chase by starting at a top-rated sports memorabilia company to look for your next collector's item.

Compared to some of their competitors, Sports Collectibles has a slim product selection in some categories. Unfortunately, some of the categories like movie memorabilia, golf pin flags, or NBA memorabilia for the home come up with zero results.

Lots of clicking

The user-experience when looking for a product from Sports Collectibles is average at best. The website is clean and straightforward, but rather than hovering over categories to see sub-categories, you have to click through everything. It's frustrating to click through the categories and sub-categories, diving deep into the website only to sometimes get to a page with no results. Compared to their sports memorabilia retail competitors, the Sports Collectibles website takes a bit longer to navigate.

Site-wide sales

Site-wide sales run periodically, making products more affordable. Some customers have complained that some of the same products found at Sports Collectibles are available for cheaper prices on other third-party sites.
