There are some downsides to shopping here that are disappointing, though. We don't fully trust Pools Etc. with big purchases, so if you're planning on buying your more expensive, heavy-duty pool parts here, stop and look elsewhere.

Pool Splash doesn't provide much information about themselves and they don't even have a return policy. Unsurprisingly, after the Better Business Bureau investigated them to verify company information and try to address a pattern of customer complaints, Pool Splash wound up with an "F" rating. This is one of the last places we would shop for pool supplies.
