The Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Where is the Best Place to Purchase Swimming Pool Supplies?

If you own a swimming pool, you know that it's not just a place for a relaxing swim - it's also a lot of work. You have to remove debris, continually balance the chemicals, brush the walls to prevent algae and bacteria, filter the water, and more. Floating around while you soak up the sun doesn't come for free.

In addition to the supplies you need for regular pool maintenance, you may want to add pool toys and loungers for your guests of all ages to enjoy. Or even upgrade your patio furniture to provide the best, most relaxing experience. Some people choose to add waterfalls to their pool or slides to make it as fun as possible. It may come as no surprise that many people have turned to the internet to buy their swimming pool supplies.

The Pool Supplies Superstore is owned by Doheny's, another pool supplier in our review. They boast that they're the nation's leader in discount pool supply fulfillment. The Pool Supplies Superstore has 8 giant warehouses that they stock with things like pool chemicals, so they can deliver them as fast as possible, sometimes even overnight. Since the company buys in volume, they say they offer 30-50% off of pool supplies.

Home Depot Review 4.5 Star Rating

Home Depot

4.5 Star Rating
  • Price match guarantee
  • Same and next-day delivery options
  • Free shipping on orders of $45 or more
  • 90-day return policy
  • "A+" Better Business Bureau rating

Home Depot might just be the most well-known retailer when it comes to all things home improvement. You probably recognize their "How doers get more done" slogan from commercials and online ads. Their orange and white stores dot more than 2,300 locations throughout North America. Home Depot has an expansive online presence where people can find nearly anything they need for their indoor or outdoor needs. So of course, they have an entire department dedicated to pool maintenance.

Find what you need fast

The list of products you can find for pools at Home Depot includes test kits, balancers, chlorine, filters, pumps, heaters, floats, ladders, liners, and more. It's easy to narrow down your choices by features, shipping times, ratings, brand, price, and so on. If you come to Home Depot looking for something specific, it won't take you long to figure out if they have it or not. You can always search directly for something too. Home Depot has a sleek website that's frequently updated and easy to shop.

Price match guarantee

You don't have to worry too much about the cost of pool supplies at Home Depot since they have a price match guarantee. It includes the price of the item, plus the shipping cost. You can submit a request directly to Home Depot by email and they'll honor it for you. They also run periodic sales and offer $5 off your purchase if you sign up for emails. There are always little things here and there you can do to save a bit on purchases from retailers as big as Home Depot. They will ship your order for free if you spend at least $45 and some products are eligible for same or next-day delivery. (And, of course, you probably have the option to order online and pick up at your local Home Depot, if they've got what you need in stock).

Live chat or phone

If you have questions or concerns while you're shopping online, Home Depot has an online chat you can use to talk with someone right away. You can also reach them by phone if you prefer to. People usually report that they have good experiences with customer service through Home Depot and it seems like their employees genuinely like working there. We love to see that!

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

90-365 days for returns

Home Depot is pretty chill when it comes to returning merchandise. With proof of purchase, they state, "Simply return purchases for free in-store or by mail. Most items can be returned within 90 days." If you happen to have the Home Depot credit card, your return window gets extended to 365 days, so you really can't beat that.

Disgruntled customers

Home Depot has an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. However, when you read reviews online, it could scare you away from the company. We personally take this all with a grain of salt since this is often the case with huge companies that sell a wide range of products. People complain about some in-store exchange with an employee or feel betrayed when they can't keep their plant alive that they purchased. There are so many different experiences that may lead to a company's bad reviews online. However, there is hardly anything we found about customer's experiences with pool supplies at Home Depot. We suggest going off of the reviews on their individual pool products to make your decisions.

Big fans

We are big fans of Home Depot. They've been our right-hand man for accomplishing hundreds of projects over the years. It's great that they have a selection of pool supplies to fall back on if you need something here or there. Pools definitely aren't Home Depot's specialty or main focus, but they still have an impressive selection of supplies. Since they have a price match guarantee, you can't really go wrong. If you find what you need at Home Depot, don't hesitate to buy it here.

Leslie's Review 4 Star Rating

4 Star Rating
  • Broad range of pool supply types
  • Customer reviews on each product
  • Loyalty program
  • Free shipping for pool perks members
  • Price match promise
  • 30-day return policy
  • On-site installation and repairs
  • "A+" Better Business Bureau rating

Founded in 1963, Leslie's boasts that they are the largest and most trusted direct-to-consumer pool supply brand in the U.S. They have over 975 brick-and-mortar locations as well as a robust online platform. With over 5,000 associates, Leslie's positions themselves as pool and spa experts with solutions necessary to help everyone maintain and enjoy their pools.

Everything you need

Leslie's is a better-known retailer in the pool industry and they are sure to have everything you could need to keep your pool up and running. They have hundreds of accessories and a good variety of all types of equipment. Each product has unfiltered reviews from customers, so you can get a good idea of quality as you're shopping online. If you need to return anything to Leslie's, you can do so within 30 days if it is unused and unopened.

Lowest prices guaranteed

We were pleased to see that Leslie's price matches. This means that if you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a qualified retailer (from the list that is posted on their site), they will match the price, plus shipping or delivery cost. To set this up, you can chat with an agent through the website or give them a call directly with the phone number provided online. Easy!

Perks with purchases

If you're going to make Leslie's your go-to place for purchasing pool supplies, it makes sense to become a loyalty member. Their program, Pool Perks, lets you earn 1 point for every dollar spent and every 20 points equals a $1 in rewards. You get a $5 bonus for signing up, free standard shipping on all purchases, and free extended warranties on Jacuzzi equipment and pool cleaners. It's free to sign up, so you have nothing to lose.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

On-site technicians

Leslie's has over 200 spa and pool experts that have the expertise to provide on-site repair services and equipment installation. You can schedule on their website by giving your name, phone number, email address, home address, and the service you're requesting. All technicians are licensed, insured, and available 6 days a week.

Some unhappy customers

Leslie's has an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. They have mostly fantastic reviews on their individual products as well. Our surprise came when we read some customer reviews on third-party sites that were less than pleasant. Many issues were regarding pool technicians, which is disappointing, but not a main thing most people will be looking for when buying pool supplies. However, there also seemed to be some problems with delayed shipments, order mix-ups, and more. These problems are the only reason that Leslie's didn't earn our highest rating. We'd like to see some effort made on their part to rectify and change the processes that are causing these issues going forward.

Mostly fantastic (with a little room to improve)

Leslie's has the making of an awesome pool supply company. Their policies are great, they have a wide selection, they provide extra services for people needing help with their pools, and they've been around a long time. We do wish they paid more attention to detail when dealing with orders and put more effort into customer satisfaction.

Doheny's Review 3.5 Star Rating

3.5 Star Rating
  • Wide selection of swimming pool supplies
  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • Low price guarantee
  • "A+" Better Business Bureau rating

Doheny's has been family owned for over 55 years. The company began in 1967 and has a selection of everything you'd need to open, maintain, or close your pool. Whether you have an in-ground or above ground pool, Doheny's will have supplies to keep things running. The company has an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau and over the years they've garnered a huge customer base of tens of thousands of customers.

Doheny's has a well-organized website with everything from chemicals to masks, fins, and goggles. They have thousands of products for people who own their own pool as well as people running commercial pools. For every product, you can view a photo with a brief description, price, and customer reviews. It's a basic website that isn't the most appealing, but it gets the job done.

Lowest prices guaranteed

Nearly everything seemed like it was on sale at Doheny's when we were shopping here. If you want the best deals, it's not a bad idea to stock up on supplies during the winter when most people aren't using their pools as much, with 50% off of equipment like pumps, robotic vacuums, chemical feeders, and heaters. Chlorine was nearly 25% off, so you could get 25 lbs. of chlorine tabs for $135. Doheny's promises that they have the lowest prices you'll find anywhere. If you find a lower price on a pool product through a different supplier, Doheny's will refund you the difference for up to 30 days after you make a purchase.

30 days for returns

If you need to return something you've purchased from Doheny's, you'll want to do it in 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Everything needs to remain in new/unused condition in order to qualify. If you send anything back after 30 days of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

DIY pool maintenance articles

On Doheny's website, they have a series of links about how to open, clean, maintain, and winterize your pool. These are somewhat helpful, but contain very basic information that might not be enough to help you every step of the way. Rather they seem to be created to optimize their website and provide links back to their own products. However, if you need some bare bones information on pool ownership, you could give the information a look-over.

True customer reviews

We appreciate that you can read unfiltered customer reviews on all the products sold through Doheny's. However, we weren't super impressed with how most things performed. Our favorite things to look at are pool accessories and we noticed that a lot of customers complained that things easily popped or stopped working within a couple of uses. More expensive things like robotic pool cleaners fared slightly better, but there are still quite a few negative reviews, which is concerning.

Good, not great

Doheny's is definitely somewhere that knows the pool business and has thought of everything you would need for yours. However, they don't have as fantastic of customer reviews as we would hope to see. Nothing else about them really blew us out of the water (pun intended) so they've earned a just above average rating from us.

Pool Parts To Go Review 3.5 Star Rating

Pool Parts To Go

3.5 Star Rating
  • Inventory primarily consists of equipment, not chemicals or toys
  • 90-day return policy
  • 20% off with email signup
  • Free shipping
  • Pool Perks program to save
  • Positive customer reviews

Pool Parts To Go's company name had us picturing a line of cars at a warehouse drive-thru ordering pool supplies from a teenager at a window. But alas, this is an online store and you'll have to wait a few days for your products to arrive. You may save some money here though, since that was the driving force behind the company's creation over 40 years ago. They design their own products, sell to pool owners directly, and then boast that they can provide equipment and accessories at just a fraction of the cost.

Small inventory

Pool Parts To Go has a smaller range of products than what you might find elsewhere. Their categories of pool supplies include pool pumps, heaters, cover pumps, pool ladders, and maintenance. You won't find the fun stuff like pool loungers, toys, or any type of furniture. In fact, they don't sell things like chlorine or leaf cleaners, or a lot of other things you'll need to keep your pool swim-ready. Overall, Pool Parts To Go has a pretty small inventory.

Priced competitively

So, for what they do carry, is Pool Parts To Go really that much cheaper than their competitors? Not extremely, but you can score some good deals on their own branded products. Other brands they sell like Black+Decker or Blue Torrent will be comparable to what you'll find through other pool supply stores. If you're willing to hand over your email address to Pool Parts To Go, you'll get a code for 20% off your order. This could totally be worth it. On top of this, customers always get free shipping, which is awesome.

Pool Perks program

If Pool Parts To Go becomes your store of choice, you could sign up for their pool perks to save some money. For every $1 spent, you'll get 1 point. You also get bonus points for signing up (it's free), your birthday, following them on Instagram, and liking them on Facebook. If you refer friends to Pool Parts To Go, you'll get $20 and so will they. The more points you rack up, the more money you can save on your purchases.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Long return window

You can return most new, unused items from Pool Parts To Go within 90 days of delivery. This is quite generous and a better return policy than many of their competitors. You'll just need to pay for return shipping and drop the parts off at your nearest FedEx ground location in order to get your full refund.

Happy customers

It was disappointing to see that Pool Parts To Go has a "C" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This is much lower than what we've seen most of their competitors rank. However, the BBB says this rating is because of the company's failure to respond to one customer complaint. We can probably let that one slide, especially since their customer reviews are quite positive.

There for your specific needs

If you're needing something heavy duty for your pool like a new heater, ladder, or robotic cleaner, Pool Parts To Go is a good place to turn. However, if you just need small things here and there to keep your pool running and add to the fun with games and toys, Pool Parts To Go can't help you too much. Still, people are happy with their experience here, so don't rule them out when you're looking to purchase something major for your pool. Pool Parts To Go has earned a good overall rating from us.

Pool Central Review 3 Star Rating

Pool Central

3 Star Rating
  • Basic inventory of pool supplies
  • Frequently updated blog
  • 30-day return policy
  • Run by Gordon Companies
  • Free shipping on orders of $77+

Pool Central is one of a few brands run by Gordon Companies. Their sister brands include Christmas Central, Northlight, and Dave's Christmas Wonderland. So when you aren't busy soaking up the rays on your pool floatie and winter hits, Gordon Companies has all the decor for you. They aren't rated by the Better Business Bureau, but Christmas Central does have an "A+" rating, which is reassuring.

Lacking some inventory

You'll find chemicals, floaties, patio furniture, covers, equipment, and accessories for your pool and spa from Pool Central. Their website is simple enough to navigate and has everything organized into categories so you can quickly find what you need. We noticed, however, that some of their product categories are scarce and there aren't many options. For example, if you are looking for a slide or diving board, you'll only have 9 total options.

Hit and miss

There are even some categories that have no hits at all, like pool heaters or winterizing equipment. But, then you'll find hundreds of choices for outdoor rugs. Just know that when you're shopping online at Pool Central, they have a lot of product categories, but not necessarily a lot of inventory.

Basic customer policies

Pool Central doesn't offer price matching like some other companies do, so you'll pay the prices that are listed online. If you spend over $77, you'll get free shipping to the lower 48 states. They do offer refunds (minus shipping costs) within 30 days if you need to send something back. It needs to be in unused condition with all the parts and packaging still intact.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Useful blog articles

There is a useful blog on Pool Central's website that's frequently updated. They have articles about pool winterizing, how to store patio furniture during winter, myths about owning a pool, cleaning your pool's filter, managing pH levels, and so much more. We like that they have blog posts about pools, but also safety at the beach, fun pool games you could play, swim aids for kids, and other related topics. For anyone who owns a pool or is considering getting one, it may be interesting to browse through these articles for some extra advice.

Scarce company information

Pool Central hasn't been rated by the Better Business Bureau. This is just another aspect of the company that's vague since they don't even have their own "About Us" section. Since they don't allow reviews on their products, we also aren't sure of quality or reliability. There really is little background information provided by the company or feedback from customers, which is disappointing.

Middle of the road

Pool Central has some good pool supply products, but so do our highest-rated sites. Since they don't have as strong of an inventory of some of their competitors and are lacking customer reviews and transparent company information, we feel "meh" about Pool Central. We aren't worried that they are necessarily a bad company, but they just aren't one of the best. They've earned an average rating on our end.

Pools Etc Review 2 Star Rating

Pools Etc

2 Star Rating
  • Thousands of pool, sauna, and hot tub products
  • 30-day return policy
  • Free shipping

Pools Etc. has a wide range of departments for pools, spas, saunas, and outdoor furniture. It is run by a company called Recreation Discount Wholesale. They're an online retail company based out of Walpole, Massachusetts. Their ecommerce websites specialize in home recreation, outdoor living, pools, and spas. Their 15,000+ products ship through a network of over 100 vendors.

Huge selection, no product reviews

Pools Etc. has one of the biggest selections of products we've seen. For any given category like chemicals, motors, heaters, flowmeters, valves, timers, or solar panels, there are tens to hundreds of options. Every item shows a 5-star review as if customers can leave feedback on it, but there aren't actually customer reviews on anything, which was kind of disappointing.

Call for questions

All products have a brief description so you know what to expect, how long it takes for it to ship, model numbers, SKU numbers, and sometimes specifications when applicable. If you don't see enough information listed to confidently make a decision about a particular product (especially if it's a pricey one), Pools Etc. has their phone number listed right at the top of their website and that's the only way to get a hold of their customer service.

20% restocking fees

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase from Pools Etc., you have 30 days to send it back. All products need to be in the condition you received them in and in the original packaging. The downside is that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, so that's not ideal.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Poor ratings

There have been many complaints filed against Pools Etc. that haven't been resolved, leading the Better Business Bureau to give them an "F" rating. They do have some positive reviews from customers, but there are some troubling ones too. Phrases like, "seriously dishonest company" , "corrupt business practices" , and "long wait with no delivery" have us worried about shopping at Pools Etc.

Not enough favorable ratings

They have some favorable reviews too, though. It seems like it may be totally fine to purchase some pool parts here, but you can't know for sure what your experience will be until you try. It may not be worth the risk when there are higher-rated pool supply stores available at your fingertips.

Stay away from expensive purchases

Since there is such a big assortment of pool supplies available from Pools, Etc., it's tempting to want to browse what they have and buy from here. This might not be an all bad idea, especially if you're buying something less expensive. But if you're going to buy a big pool cover or motor or something pricey, we wouldn't go through with it at Pools Etc. since they have some really poor ratings. Try shopping at a higher-rated, more reliable store for those big-ticket items.

In The Swim Review 1.5 Star Rating

In The Swim

1.5 Star Rating
  • Broad inventory of pool supplies
  • Free shipping on orders of $100+
  • 30-day return policy
  • DIY pool kits available
  • Supplies for spas and hot tubs too
  • "A+" Better Business Bureau rating

In The Swim was founded by a husband and wife duo in 1982. They were first shipping chlorine out of the back of their garage and taking orders on their front porch when the company began. Over the years their customer base grew along with their product selection and they now have graduated to an online store with hundreds of products for spas, hot tubs, and pools.

Vast selection of products

On top of providing standard pool supplies like leaf catchers, filters, pumps, vacuums, and more, you can place custom orders through In The Swim for pool covers and some other accessories to fit exactly what you need. You can also buy things like diving boards, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and even the pool itself. They have a selection of pool kits with guides so you can install a pool yourself and maybe save money.

No price match guarantee

The price of pool supplies at In The Swim seems comparable to what we've seen through other retailers. At the time of this review, they were running a sale for 10% off chlorine tablets and pool shock. They also have a clearance section that might be worth browsing to see if you could score any deals. However, they don't have a price match guarantee like some higher-rated pool suppliers do, so you pay the price you see here. If you spend over $100, your order will ship for free.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

30 days for returns

In The Swim says you can return your items within 30 days for a replacement or a refund (minus shipping). Once they receive and verify the return, it will take 5-7 business days to process and be reflected on your account. There is a list of exclusions to this, so we recommend reading over it so you don't go through the hassle of trying to return something that isn't eligible for a refund.

Not trustworthy

The overwhelming majority of reviews from customers who have tried buying from In The Swim are bad. Customers have received products different than they ordered and some never received them at all. Complaints of shoddy quality or inaccurate tracking details on shipments are just a few of the issues people have dealt with. It's not uncommon to read the warning, "Do not buy from this company" from people who have written about their bad experiences. Needless to say, we don't trust In The Swim and neither should you.

Steer clear

This time an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau isn't good enough (and we're not even sure we understand how this swimming pool supply store earned that grade). In The Swim has a lot of work to do to clean up their messy processes and fix their customer service issues. We can't imagine that a company can operate this poorly for long. Even if they have something you want or need for your pool, it's not guaranteed that you'll get what you pay for, so it's best to steer clear of In The Swim.

Pool Splash Review 1 Star Rating

Pool Splash

1 Star Rating
  • Best price guarantee
  • Phone number and email form for customer service
  • Periodic sales

Pool Splash looks as if they sell about every category of product for pools, saunas, and hot tubs. The company doesn't provide much information about themselves, but they do say they have a combined 70 years of pool and hot tub knowledge. So take that for what it's worth. They are based out of Niagara Falls, New York. If you want more info on the company or to ask questions about their products, they provide a phone number and contact form you can fill out on their website.

Little company information

Pool Splash has an outdated website with bright, overly-edited graphics. It's simple enough to view the things they sell here, but there isn't much else to this company. They don't have a helpful blog, information about a return policy, rewards points, or unfiltered product reviews. We feel like the company needs to provide more information on themselves and their policies in order to gain our trust.

Small inventory

For any given product category you select, you'll only get about 5 or 6 total options. For example, we found 5 vacuum hoses, 1 pool light, 4 pool cleaners, 2 sets of steps, and 2 floating loungers. Some products aren't available at all. For instance, if you need chlorine, shock, or bromine, you're out of luck here.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Best Price Guarantee... maybe

A best price guarantee policy is advertised by Pool Splash on their website, but they don't provide information on how to put this into effect. They have also had customers complain that they weren't able to get the discount they wanted after showing proof of a lower price through a competitor.

F stands for Fail

Pool Splash has a concerning "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They've been investigated for proof of licensing, company ownership information, and updated contact information. The BBB also asked them to address the pattern of complaints that have been made against their company regarding credit cards being charged after canceled orders, refunds not being issued, and the wrong size of pool covers being sent and then denied returns. We can easily say this is not somewhere we want to gamble our money.

Try somewhere else

We aren't sure how a company with so few products and hardly any company information can stay in business for long. Their lack of customer reviews and poor BBB rating are enough for us to look elsewhere when buying pool supplies, so we recommend you do the same.

Your Pool HQ Review 1 Star Rating

Your Pool HQ

1 Star Rating
  • 30-day return policy
  • Big inventory
  • Chat online or by phone with customer service
  • Save $10 if you spend $100

Your Pool HQ is kind of a mysterious company with little to no information about their background. What you see is what you get here, since all we can find is some information on basic company policies and a website stacked with pool and sauna supplies. Every once in a while you'll find an item with a customer review, but even this is really scarce and you won't find it often.

Distracting website

Your Pool HQ has a bit of a messy website. It's easy enough to figure out how to shop their categories of products, but there are a lot of distracting product highlights on all their pages that make it feel a little overwhelming. Some of their inventory is low depending on the area. They don't have much by way of pool loungers, handrails, or certain lighting equipment, but otherwise they have enough to take care of most people's needs.

Industry standard prices

At the time of this review, Your Pool HQ was running a seasonal savings event where you could provide your email for a discount code that saves you $10 if you spend over $100. It's not much, but when it comes to maintaining a pool every bit helps. You won't find a price match guarantee here, but the cost of most supplies seems similar to what we've seen from their competitor's sites. The price of shipping will depend on your location and what you're purchasing.

Restocking fees

You'll have a 30-day window to return any merchandise to Your Pool HQ that you change your mind about. It will need to be in new, unused, and unopened condition to qualify for a refund, minus shipping charges. However, you'll also have to pay a 15% restocking fee on anything you send back.

Best Swimming Pool Supply Stores

Chat online or by phone

You can chat directly with customer service on Your Pool HQ's website or call them on the phone if you need any type of assistance. We've seen customer service respond to complaints and concerns on third-party websites, so we'd hope they'd be responsive when you reach out to them directly.

Dissatisfied buyers

Your Pool HQ is another supplier with a lousy "F" rating from The Better Business Bureau (BBB). There's a current alert for the business indicating that there has been a pattern of complaints from people who don't receive the orders they've paid for. The BBB hadn't heard back from Your Pool HQ, so that's not a good sign. Overall customers seem generally dissatisfied with their purchases because customer service is difficult to deal with when they either don't receive their items or they come damaged.

Not a top option

Besides a decent selection of pool supplies, there's nothing we are overly impressed with at Your Pool HQ. You likely won't get the best prices out there, restocking fees are a pain, and we aren't sure how reliable the company is with getting you the correct order in a reasonable amount of time. Your Pool HQ is just another bottom-of-the-barrel swimming pool supply store we'd recommend avoiding.

Continued from above...

There are many reasons why online swimming pool purchases have become so popular. First, the convenience of online shopping can't be denied. With just a few clicks, you can browse through extensive catalogs of swimming pool supplies from the comfort of your own home - or on the go. This eliminates the need to visit physical stores, saving you both time and effort. Moreover, online stores are open 24/7, which lets you shop whenever it's most convenient for you.

Shopping online also lets you make more informed purchasing decisions. With detailed product descriptions, customer reviews, and comparison tools, you can assess the quality, functionality, and suitability of swimming pool supplies before making a purchase. This goes a long way toward removing the uncertainty often associated with buying products sight unseen.

Undoubtedly, the vast assortment of swimming pool products available online is another reason driving its popularity. Unlike traditional stores limited by physical space, online retailers can offer an extensive range of swimming pool supplies, catering to diverse needs and preferences. Whether you seek basic maintenance equipment, advanced cleaning solutions, or luxurious pool accessories, you can typically find whatever you need online, and often at prices better than at local stores.

Trying to shop in-store for your pool supplies not only takes more time, but it also limits your options. There's nothing more frustrating than getting to the store only to find out that they've got the chlorine you forgot you needed, but they're out of the filter cartridges you actually came for. It's so much more efficient to quickly jump online and find a retailer that has everything you need in one place. This way you can compare prices between stores and you won't even have to leave your couch (or pool deck).

It's important to find a reliable, affordable pool supplier so that owning a pool is more fun than work at the end of the day. When deciding which company to shop from, take the following things into consideration:

  • Selection. If you need a giant watermelon lounger to complete your summer vibe, find somewhere that has what you're looking for and more. You'll always need the essentials, so it's best to have a go-to online store that will give you everything you need in one place.
  • Cost. How does the cost of pool supplies compare between retailers? Some companies run major sales you can take advantage of or have better shipping prices than others, so take these things into account when you're deciding who to buy from. Owning a pool can get expensive, so you'll want to mitigate this as much as possible.
  • Return policy. Companies who are confident in the quality of their products usually offer good return policies. In the event you buy something you don't need or aren't satisfied with your purchase, do you have a fair amount of time to send it all back for a full refund?
