The company charges fairly expensive service fees and only has a "C-” rating from the Better Business Bureau. Their customer reviews are poor and recently many people have claimed that Ticket Liquidator does not stand by their 100% guarantee: customers lost money or weren't able to attend the events they purchased tickets for.
