Their goal is to offer bigger discounts than their competitors - but it isn't guaranteed, especially since they always charge delivery fees. Ticket Club's website is easy to use, though some people get frustrated by the fact that you can't choose specific seats. They have mostly high reviews from customers but a low "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. There are a lot of pros and cons to buying tickets here, earning this broker a merely average rating from us.

Vivid Seats

Vivid Seats makes it easy to find information about major upcoming live events. They have a helpful blog about big shows and games that you can get information about, learn the schedule, and find different ways to watch or attend. Their platform is intuitive enough, but makes it slightly harder to find local events than some of their competitors. All purchases are backed by a guarantee here, but in recent years, Vivid Seats has taken some heat for not always standing by it. Choose a higher-ranked ticket broker to get more reliable service.

Ticketmaster is a big name in the ticket brokering game. They feature tickets to most major venues and events, but aren't as thorough with providing tickets to smaller, local performances. It's difficult to reach customer service here and they don't spell out as much in their refund policy as many competitors do. Ticketmaster has a "B-" rating from the Better Business Bureau and has been in trouble in recent years with the government. They also have disappointingly poor customer ratings, so we aren't thrilled about their service.

TicketNetwork provides a host of entertainment through connecting ticket sellers and buyers. Their platform caters to major events as well as local events and makes it easy to find something fun you're interested in attending. They work through Affirm for people who want to pay their ticket purchases off over time. This is helpful, and also may be necessary for their expensive tickets that many people complain about. TicketNetwork doesn't have high ratings from customers and is in a lot of hot water over invalid ticket sales. Because of this and their "C-" Better Business Bureau rating, we don't recommend shopping here.
