This is an intermediary market between buyers and ticket sellers that prides itself in offering premium tickets to major events, even if they are sold out. Ticket Distributors boasts over 10 million tickets in their inventory and says its prices are lower than most companies in the industry.
Find local events
A wide range of sports, concerts, and theater tickets are sold through Ticket Distributors. You can search by artist, team, or venue to find exactly what you're looking for or browse events near you. Tickets are listed in order of the soonest events to the ones the furthest out. We noticed that there were usually between 5 and 25 tickets available for any given event near us, which at the time happened to be smaller venues and events like school theater productions, college orchestra performances, hockey games, or lesser-known bands. Then again, Journey was playing nearby at a bigger venue and Ticket Distributors had over 300 tickets available to that event.
Easy to find seats
Once you find the event you're interested in attending, you can view a calendar and see highlighted regions of the venue where seats are still available. When you hover over them, it will show the prices for those seats and how many are available. Some tickets have to be purchased in quantities of 2 or 4, but sometimes you can choose between 1 and 8 depending on the seller. When you're buying more than one seat, they'll be together unless otherwise noted.
Applicable service fees
There is a service fee for all tickets, but it's dependent on the cost of the overall tickets, so if you're going to a small event, you might pay as little as $3.50 per ticket. For a $200 ticket to an event, the service fee might be closer to $60. Customers have complained about high fees here and it has probably deterred some people from buying tickets.
