They've been in the ticket brokering business since 2003, based out of South Windsor, Connecticut. Ticket Liquidator is also known under the company name Ticket Software, LLC as well as Ticket Network Direct. Their secure website features concert, sports, and theater tickets locally as well as throughout the United States.

Ticket Liquidator's website is clean, professional, and straightforward. Right away you'll be able to see a list of popular artists and entertainers like Garth Brooks, Kevin Hart, Duran Duran, Pearl Jam, and Monster Jam that you can browse tickets for throughout the country. You could also search directly for the event you want to attend or enter your zip code to see a calendar of upcoming events nearby.
Pay attention to delivery methods
For each event you're interested in attending, you can view a map of the venue and see how many seats are available and where they are. Specific seats are not listed, but you can see the section and row. You're guaranteed to get seats together if you're ordering more than one ticket. You'll either receive your tickets through instant download, etickets, FedEx delivery, or have them left at will call. The delivery type for each ticket is listed for you to view before purchase.
Hefty service fees
Like most ticket brokers, Ticket Liquidator charges service fees. To give you an idea of what to expect, we were charged $70 in non-negotiable service fees for a $227 ticket. The service fee was $24 for $76 tickets. No service fees are fun to pay, but the ones here seem especially high. If your ticket delivery is through local pick-up or will call, you'll be charged an additional $15.
Four promises, one guarantee
There are four promises that Ticket Liquidator makes customers under their 100% guarantee. The first is that all tickets are legitimate and valid for entry. The second is that all delivered tickets will be the same, equal, or better than what was originally requested. Third is that customers will get tickets before the event itself. And lastly, refunds will be issued if an event is permanently canceled. These are reassuring promises, but unfortunately many customers claim there have been times when Ticket Liquidator did not honor them completely.
Nightmare reviews
Ticket Liquidator is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, but their parent company, Ticket Software, LLC does. Unfortunately, it's a "C-'' rating, which isn't great. They have over 70 customer reviews that only result in a 1.25 out of 5-star rating. In addition, they have hundreds of other poor reviews from buyers because of awful customer service, broken links to claim tickets, not being able to transfer tickets, not getting refunds after canceled events, high fees, and other issues that cost customers money. All of these scenarios are nightmares when dealing with expensive tickets, so we do not recommend going through Ticket Liquidator.
