Tires Easy has been in business since 2004, selling over 7 million tires from hundreds of brands, delivered from over a thousand warehouses nationwide. They want to take the worry out of buying tires online by offering 45-day returns, free delivery, and easy installation options at local partner shops near you.
Easy-to-use website
The interface at Tires Easy is really, well, easy to use. In just a few clicks, you can shop by your car's make and model, the tire size, or tire brand (and the site will remember what you've entered before, so that you don't lose your place). Just follow the prompts and answer the questions, and you'll soon land on all of the tires in their inventory that are a good match.
Test case: zero for Cybertruck, many options for Corolla
How did Tires Easy do on tires for our two comparison vehicles, a 2021 Toyota Corolla LE and a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck (base model)? On the latter, Tires Easy flat-out came up with nothing: "We currently do not have any inventory to match your car model.” On the Corolla, unsurprisingly, Tires Easy had plenty of options: the online tire finder recommended seven choices from Hankook, Pirelli, Continental, and Bridgestone. It was easy to see which one was the best deal, the top rated, and the best price. Prices ranged from $70.72 to $225.70 per tire. It's also no problem to buy tires in the quantity you need. The site assumes you're buying four at a time (and there's lots of good reasons to do so), but you can buy anywhere from 1-10 in your purchase.
Lots of details and installation options
As you browse your options, Tires Easy puts the important details right upfront: not just the price, but the estimated delivery time, any available discounts and offers, and whether or not installation is offered on that particular tire. Once you've added your tires to the cart, you'll be able to indicate if you'd rather have them delivered to you or installed for an extra fee. For example, on those Pirelli tires for the Corolla we used as an example, we were able to choose among several Pep Boys locations and select an installation date, at a price of $27.99 per tire.
Repair and replacement coverage available
Speaking of extras, you've got the option to add tire repair and replacement coverage during checkout. It covers your tires for three years against punctures, snags, cuts, and impacts, with replacement for up to 100% of the tire cost and repairs reimbursed for up to $40/tire. It also includes roadside assistance for tire damage. On the Pirelli tires for the Toyota Corolla, this protection added $106.64 to our total.

Good reputation beyond the BBB
Tires Easy has a pretty disappointing "C-” rating from the Better Business Bureau, but that's just for not responding to three of the 12 complaints filed against them in the last three years. (Not exactly a long track record of short-changing its customers.) On the other hand, over 100 Tires Easy shoppers took the time to leave a review with the BBB, and those average a fantastic 4.25 stars out of 5. People said that their orders were delivered quickly and the tires were really affordable. On ResellerRatings, there are a whopping 20,000+ reviews and an even more impressive average of 4.43 out of 5 stars - but most of those customer comments praised the online shopping experience before their orders even arrived, so we take all of those with a grain of salt. Finally, looking at feedback on Trustpilot, it was much the same: 75% of customers give Tires Easy a five-star rating, and comments there did speak to satisfaction after the tires were installed.
Tires may be new... but old
One thing we noticed that we'd advise you to check when you receive your order: some reviews mentioned that their tires were brand new... but had been manufactured 3-4 years prior. Many experts would say that you want to get new tires on within 6 months of when they were made, so pay attention to that if you buy your tires from Tires Easy.
Better than average tire store
Overall, we give Tires Easy an above-average rating. There are quite a few things we appreciate about this tire store, like how easy it is to use the website or to get financing when needed. But, they've dropped the ball in a few areas (like having nothing for the Cybertruck or reportedly shipping used tires as new in a few cases). While we'd suggest considering Tires Easy's higher-ranked rivals first, this is still a tire store we can recommend in general.
