Basic model: EXP 7i

The basic model at NordicTrack is the EXP 7i. This model starts at $1,199 and includes a surprising bonus: a touchscreen. Yep! Even the lowest-tier model at NordicTrack comes with a touchscreen, so you get all the modern tech at under $2,000. Some of the other features of the EXP 7i include an incline range from 0% to 12%, a 7-inch Tilt HD Touchscreen, a speed range of 0 to 10 mph, and over 17,000 available workouts. The AutoAdjust feature automatically adapts incline and speed based on guidance from your iFIT trainer, and you get access to daily challenges, which include cross-training options from yoga and strength training to stretching and recovery. The incorporation of Google Maps technology allows you to virtually exercise in any desired location. You can also add up to 5 adult profiles, meaning the whole family can have a personalized workout experience. And if you have any other equipment from NordicTrack, the data will seamlessly synchronize on all your machines. The package includes a 30-day iFIT trial, so you can access the full potential of the machine for free.

Top-tier model: Commercial X32i

The best model available at NordicTrack is the Commercial X32i. This model costs $4,499, which gives you some important upgrades over the base model:

• On top of getting all the features of the EXP 7i, you can expect an increased incline capacity of up to 40% incline and a -6% decline, with 47 levels of adjustability
• The touchscreen also gets a super upgrade. The Commercial X32i includes a 32-inch Smart HD Touchscreen
• There's also a speed increase with a top speed of 12 mph and the SmartAdjust feature which automatically adapts your speed and incline to match the terrain of your workout

But the cool thing is that you can still use your NordicTrack even if you don't want the membership, which sets it apart from other brands that offer program trials. 30-day returns with fees

The only potential downside of NordicTrack is its return policy. If you're not satisfied with what you bought, you can ask for a return within 30 days, which is pretty standard. But here's the catch: there's a $250 shipping charge that you won't get back, and they also take a 10% processing fee if you need to make a return. So, the deal isn't great, but it isn't as bad as some of the return fees we've seen from other brands in our review.

NordicTrack has built a great reputation and has earned an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau, which is pretty solid. They handle customer complaints quickly and professionally. On third-party review sites, NordicTrack scores an average of 3 stars out of 5. It's not super high, but it shows there are different opinions out there. The main complaint we saw was with the iFIT membership. Many customers didn't realize the membership was something they needed to opt out of after the trial period. So, most of the reviews that aren't 5 stars complain about unwanted charges for the iFIT membership. But overall, especially with their treadmills, NordicTrack gets a lot of praise from customers.
