For the washer, you can expect a 4.5 cu. ft. capacity and 8 different wash cycles. Features include all of the options from the basic model as well as delay start and stain soak modes. For the dryer, the capacity is 8 cu. ft. and you can expect the features from the standard model as well as 8 cycle types with perfect steam and wrinkle release modes.

Similarly, on third-party review platforms like ConsumerAffairs, Electrolux has a 1.6-star average. For washers, complaints include parts breaking immediately after delivery, issues with cycles stopping, and difficulties getting Electrolux to repair the appliances. For the dryers, customers noted that units run way longer than those made by other manufacturers and fail to dry clothes properly on the first cycle. Defects like a misshapen lint trap that pops open during drying cycles show some issues with overall quality too.
