Paper Culture's mission is to inspire people through contemporary design and sustainability. They believe that our actions must work towards solving the climate crisis issue of our generation. That's why with every order, Paper Culture will plant a tree by partnering with national and international arborists to plant trees in the most needed areas around the globe. To date they've planted over 1,000,000 trees and they're a certified B Corporation.
Eco-friendly, recycled cards
There are 238 eco-friendly wedding invitations to choose from at Paper Culture. All the products here are made from materials like 100% post-consumer recycled paper where no new trees are cut down to produce things like holiday cards and wedding invitations. They've been featured by media outlets like RealSimple, Refinery29, Brides, The Wall Street Journal, The Knot, and People for their efforts.
Specify invitation features
If you have specific features you're looking for in a wedding invitation, Paper Culture's website allows you to choose the size/format you want, number of photos printed on the card, photo orientations, color, item orientation, and foil color. We wish you could filter by price too, but that's not an option. However, at the time of this review, Paper Culture was running a sale for 30% off wedding invitations and 50% off save the dates. Plus, customers qualify for free shipping when they spend over $125.
Buy more, save more
We found quite a few designs from Paper Culture that called our name. They all got cheaper in price when we purchased more. The one we liked best was just $1.22 each (on sale) if we purchased at least 300 of them, but got up to $1.99 (on sale) if we were to only buy 10. Either way, these prices fall in line with what we're seeing with competing companies. As a plus, the wedding invitations here come with envelopes and free address printing.
Text personalization only
Like some other wedding invitation sites, the customization options here are really simple. You can't make any changes to the artwork, colors, or font, but rather just input your own information where text fields already exist. You can move the text around a bit (left, right, or center) and slightly adjust the size of it, but that's where the customization ends. If you really want some colors changed to match your theme better, you can reach out to Paper Culture and they can make adjustments to the artwork for you.
Standard ground shipping
Standard shipping on all orders is $8.99 if you spend under $125. Paper Culture says orders usually ship in 1-5 business days, but the timing is not guaranteed. At checkout, you'll likely get a more accurate delivery date that you can go off of and options to upgrade for faster shipping. In order to get to this point, you will have to create an account with Paper Culture using your name and email address.
100% satisfaction guarantee
Paper Culture has a customer satisfaction guarantee that says if you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, they'll give you a refund. This doesn't apply to proofs you approved with missing information, typos, or capitalization mistakes though. If the issue is the photo you're using and the resolution, this also doesn't qualify for a refund. However, if the issue is with printing or something on Paper Culture's end, then you can submit a ticket within 7 days of receiving your invitations to have them either reprint or refund your order.
Thumbs up
Paper Culture has really positive reviews from their customers. Many people love their mission and feel like shopping here is a wise, earth-conscious thing to do. Paper Culture has many returning customers who shop here every year for birthday cards, Christmas cards, and other special events without any issues. The Better Business Bureau gives Paper Culture an "A+” rating, which is also a great sign of a trustworthy company.
A strong option
Paper Culture is a place with a great selection of beautiful wedding invitations. You won't be able to put your full creativity to work since there are minimal changes you can make to any of the templates, but we really like the designs you can choose from. The only thing we wish to see here is a bit more transparency on delivery dates for a particular invitation design. We don't like that you have to create an account before you can go to checkout and see your shipping options and total cost. Otherwise, Paper Culture has competitive prices, a strong satisfaction guarantee, and good customer feedback, so they've earned a great rating from us.
It's an exciting time of life if you're on the search for wedding invitation companies. It's the purchase that kicks off the rest of the important events you're about to experience. Wedding invitations can reach your loved ones all around the globe to invite them to celebrate your special occasion.
The design of an invitation says a lot about the personalities of the happy couple and portrays the vibe of the wedding - low-key and casual or fancy and formal? The invitation says it all. You can have any wedding invitation you dream up with how easy it is to customize them these days.
Many companies allow you to upload your own photos, choose your favorite fonts, select colors and clipart, and adjust the placement of your text to create exactly the look you're going for. You can put your creative skills to work or choose from one of the hundreds of thousands of pre-existing wedding invitation templates where you could easily add your information and have them ready for printing within minutes.
Your wedding invitation will likely include the names of you and your significant other, the date, time, and venue location for the ceremony, how you want people to dress (if applicable) and information on where you're registered (so you can get showered with money and gifts, of course!). It's important to find a company that will quickly print out your invitations so that your guests have plenty of time to get details about your wedding and give you a solid RSVP.
Aside from the wedding invitation alone, some people choose to slip in extra cards to invite certain guests to a luncheon or dinner, reception, or even a bachelor/bachelorette party beforehand. You can choose the envelope design you want to go along with your invitation and if you want the company to print addresses on them for you. You might add a fancy gold stamp to seal the invitations or have them embossed with your names. The sky's the limit when it comes to designing something beautiful that you'll be excited to send to all your friends and family.
