They also have over 21,500 reviews we found elsewhere, most of which are extremely positive. There's an overwhelming number of customers who are thrilled with Zazzle and have nothing but good things to say, so it's more than enough to make us turn a blind eye to the BBB rating they've received (which is solely based on Zazzle's failure to respond to 15 complaints).
