The idea for Aisle Planner was borne from a group of event planners who utilized 3-ring binders, custom documents, and complicated spreadsheets only to find that these solutions had their limitations. Aisle Planner is a software solution for event professionals who need to oversee business management, planning, and project management all in one online place. It was created as a workspace to foster creativity, encourage collaboration, and boost productivity.
For professional planners
Aisle Planner is not necessarily designed for the person planning their own wedding to take advantage of, but rather for event planners who are juggling multiple events and couples. It's meant to be a complete software solution for event professionals utilizing lead management, sales tools, payment processing, event planning, and client communication. If money were no object, you could technically use parts of this software for yourself to plan your own wedding, but that's really not what it's for.
Pricing based on project numbers
The smallest pricing plan from Aisle Planner is $59.99/month for up to 15 projects. For 16-25 projects, the cost is $89.99/month, 26-50 projects are $129.99/month, and 51-100 projects cost $189.99/month. All of the plans include unlimited users and collaborative settings, lead management, automated email response, brochures, questionnaires, proposals/interactive quotes, contacts & e-signatures, invoicing and online payments, and a master calendar. These features are just the sales tools, but you'll also get a host of project and business management tools too. You can see all the features on the pricing page, so we recommend reviewing those to make sure it includes everything you need to run your wedding planning business.
Try for free
It goes without saying that you should use Aisle Planner's 30-day free trial if you're thinking about committing to this company. To do this you'll need to either sign up with Facebook or your email address. You'll get access to all the features and you can cancel before the 30 days is up or roll straight into a paid subscription. From there you can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your account at any time based on your clientele.
Browse blog posts
Without signing up and diving into Aisle Planner, there isn't too much you can learn about the nitty-gritty of how their platform works. However, they do have a blog with articles about using their templates, using the "guest manager” features, designing event layouts and seating charts with Aisle Planner, and more. This is a good way to get a sneak peek of how all the features work without actually signing up. Plus, they have articles about managing client's expectations, designing ceremony layouts, sending proposals, prepping ROI, and other useful tips.
Satisfied users
There is no Better Business Bureau rating for Aisle Planner, but we did find some ratings from professionals who use this service. It's been referred to as a must-have for wedding planners with overall very high ratings from users, so if you're looking for ways to manage your clientele, you won't go wrong here. People really like Aisle Planner's comprehensive checklist, notes, budget tool, and client management system for staying organized. No one complains that it's hard to navigate, so this is definitely not a concern.
Not for wedding DIYers
If you're trying to do a lot of your own wedding planning yourself, Aisle Planner will be overkill and you'll end up paying for tons of features you won't even touch. However, if you're a professional trying to juggle multiple events, this will be more up your alley. We like that you can jump between pricing plans easily and for all the features you're getting, it seems reasonably priced. Try out the platform for free and see if this is a wedding planning tool that helps you keep your head on straight. We are impressed and have given Aisle Planner a good rating.
Weddings are dreamy and exciting and almost seem effortless when the big day arrives, but when you get involved in planning your own wedding, you realize that it is a monumental task. There are more moving pieces than you can wrap your mind around, with different deadlines and people to work through. Whether your wedding is going to be tight-knit with just your closest friends and family or a giant gathering of nearly everyone you've ever met, a lot of work will need to go on behind the scenes to make it happen.
If you feel overwhelmed with coordinating finding a dress for you and your wedding party, suits, ties, the wedding cake, invitations, a venue, decor, vendors, a registry, and all the other things that go into creating a wedding, you're in good company. Everyone agrees it's too much for one person to do alone, so luckily there are companies that have created handy online tools to help you keep everything organized and on track.
Some people choose to hand over all the heavy lifting of wedding planning to a dedicated professional, but this is usually really expensive. It can also leave you feeling like you aren't giving as much personal attention to the process and being part of every step.
Online wedding planning tools are much more affordable and make it easy for you and whoever else is part of the process to stay on the same page and check all your boxes to accomplish the tasks that lie ahead. When you get organized and can clearly see what needs to be done, it makes the days, weeks, and months leading up to your wedding so much more exciting and stress-free.
