Flexible, Full-Featured Pricing Plans
You can get started with Spocket for free just to browse the directory, or start selling immediately with a 14-day trial that doesn't require a credit card and that you can cancel anytime. The Starter plan is $24.99 monthly with 25 unique products. Upgrading to Pro will cost $49.99 monthly or $288 annually with 250 unique and 25 premium products. You also get branded invoicing and supplier communication. With the Empire plan, you pay $57 per month or $684 annually for 10,000 unique products and 10,000 premium products. Finally, with the Unicorn plan, you pay $79 per month or $948 annually for 10,000 unique and 10,000 premium products, plus product requests, supplier sourcing, and bulk checkout.
What It's Like to Use the Directory
The Spocket directory has a large number of categories and products that are easily filterable and searchable across multiple criteria. For example, we were quickly able to filter using multiple criteria to find products within a specific range of inventory in stock and that would ship from the U.S. with fast, low-cost shipping.
Another neat feature is that you can search for products using an example image. In other words, if you know what it looks like but not who sells it or what it's called, you can upload the product image and Spocket will find it for you on AliExpress complete with details.
With Spocket's Chrome browser extension, AliScraper, you can scrape product images, prices, and data directly from AliExpress. You don't even have to sit and wait for large numbers of products to import into your store through the extension. Once it begins, you can keep browsing and the extension will continue importing the prior set of products.
While digging through the Spocket directory, we were able to find many high-quality, unique, custom items, some of which were artisan or hand-made. This sets Spocket apart from several other dropshipping companies which seemed to be getting their inventory from cut-rate, low-quality mass-production factories. This was refreshing to see.
Education and Tutorials
There are courses on the site that help you understand how dropshipping works and get blueprints for immediate success. Our only problem with the materials is that they are not free of charge, so that stops prospective clients from reviewing them for quality and content before signing up.

Very Positive Reviews and Ratings
Spocket has an "A” accredited rating. Even though there are many complaints, this is likely due to the apparent popularity of the platform. Positive reviews elsewhere were almost 90%. Spocket follows up to resolve issues on both the Better Business Bureau site and other places people file complaints, so that is the likeliest explanation for the "A” accreditation at the Better Business Bureau.
Positive reviewers love the selection, ease of use, customer support, and integrations.
Negative reviewers had issues with account and profile settings, trial cancellation, and issues that could have been resolved with more research into the terms and conditions, the educational materials, and how dropshipping works on platforms like Spocket. That's not the drop shipper's fault, because they've definitely gone to the effort of explaining it clearly on their website.
Best and Most Usable Service Among Wholesale Drop Shippers
We were, by far, more impressed with Spocket's directory experience than with any other service we've looked at. It was extremely helpful and simple in getting us to the exact niche we were looking for in our test search. It was exciting to see the quality, quantity, and diversity of products that seemed to be the most sellable. The numerous eCommerce platform integrations and tools, educational materials, and the high number of positive reviews helped us rank this as our most recommended drop shipping provider.
Salehoo enables three aspects of dropshipping for its customers: a pre-vetted directory of over 8,000 trustworthy dropship/wholesale suppliers offering 1.6 million products, the ability to easily add high-profit products to a Shopify store, and education on the steps to become a successful drop shipper.
Access to the Latest Market Research
To begin your Salehoo experience, you will want to first use the Market Research Labs tool to search for and select which products you can be most profitable selling. Once that's done, you'll be able to search for dropshipping suppliers to fulfill your customer orders for those products. Finally, you'll want to contact each of the suppliers to work out the costs to fit your profit margins.
With the Market Research Labs feature (priced at $127 for a lifetime subscription), you can look for high-quality branded products in hundreds of categories, find products listed by sell rate and competition to find unsaturated niches, find popular products by reviewing their month-by-month sell rates, then favorite and compare the competition, popularity, and average price.
Comprehensive Dropshipping Education
The education aspect of Salehoo includes guides for dropshipping on Spotify and Amazon's vast marketplace. You will learn how to build a successful dropshipping store, and get expert knowledge from successful Amazon and Shopify sellers through videos and case studies as well as personal email communications. There is also a community with which you can discuss suppliers, strategies, and products. Educational materials can be purchased for a one-time, lifetime subscription cost of $47.
Thousands of Vetted Suppliers
On the supplier side, the Salehoo directory offers a way to filter more than 8,000 suppliers through a search by keyword, phrases, or categories. You can also choose whether to search for suppliers who offer domestic or international shipping (or both) and whether they have low or no minimum order thresholds. You can add your favorite suppliers to your dashboard, compare their details visually, and then contact them to negotiate deals. Subscribe and Sell After You Do the Research
Once you find a supplier and products, you can subscribe to the Basic ($270 lifetime) or Premium ($970 lifetime) plans and quickly import them to Shopify, drive traffic to your store, notify the seller with one click when you make a sale, pay the dropship supplier, and then the product goes to the customer.
Costs
Refunds Can Be Tricky
Even though the website advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all its materials and services, it does not spell out how you can obtain a refund for any of its services or materials. Its terms and conditions page merely states that refunds are available only if they reject your order or if you happen to cancel before they confirm your order and within a period of up to 30 days. This begs the question of whether it can take 30 days before they confirm an order.
After taking the time to ask their chatbot for clarification on refunds, the answer that came back was if for any reason you are not satisfied with SaleHoo Directory, you can always request your money back within 60 days of purchase. SaleHoo Dropship has a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can call or send an email with your order number and email address to get a refund. It would have been better, however, for this information to be easily found on the product pages rather than having to hunt for it and contact customer service.
Excellent Reviews and Ratings
Salehoo enjoys an "A+” rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, with zero complaints at the time of this evaluation and between 86% and 91% customer satisfaction on third-party sites.
Great Offering With Tripwire Refund Process
Salehoo's positive reviews and helpful features make it easy for anyone new to dropshipping to do business with them. We didn't love the labyrinthine refund process, which is the reason why we're ranking Salehoo high, but lower than our top choice.
Printify is a drop shipping service that automates and simplifies a specific niche of products. Their focus is solely on print-on-demand products like t-shirts, coffee mugs, purses, backpacks, and other items that can have logos, images, and other visuals printed on them. You get to choose from among 500 products to customize and can order samples to ensure things look right before committing to publishing designs and selling products imprinted with them.
The Printify Publishing Process
You can begin using Printify before ever signing up. On the home page in a prominent position, you can view and choose from the bestselling products to begin stocking inventory in your store. Products range from t-shirts (most popular) to die-cut stickers, notebooks, phone cases, pillows, tote bags, and even socks.
Upon clicking an item, you can see all the details, including all the print providers, their prices for printing, shipping, and average production time. Other details like print areas, sizes, and colors are also available under a "More Details” button. When you are ready to design the item, you click "Start Designing” and upload the design. The design tool will guide you through the process, flagging images that are too low in resolution for printing before the "Save Product” button is enabled so you can proceed to order.
At this point, you're prompted to register, and then you are taken to the home page. Your design is now stored under the "My new store” tab. To fulfill your first order, you'll need to enter your profile and save your information, including financial details. But, before you do that, you can still enter more details on your unpublished designs. That way, you can have everything designed, detailed, and ready to go when your store goes live.
We found the whole process very simple and fun to do. There are lots of possibilities for expressive designs on many types of products.
Pricing to Fit Any Budget
Pricing for Printify is accessible for most startup budgets. With the free plan, you get 5 stores per account and unlimited product designs. With the Premium plan, at $24.99 per month, you get a total of 10 stores, unlimited designs, and up to 20% off all products. On the Enterprise plan, which is custom priced based on level of need, you get unlimited stores and designs, up to 20% off, and early access to new features. Plus, you get custom API integration, a dedicated account manager, and branded customer support so that your customers only see your company as a contact point.
Transfer from Other Print On Demand Platforms
Are you already on another print-on-demand platform and want to move to Printify? Printify's sales team will assist you in transferring your custom-printed products from other platforms, or even your in-house production, over to Printify. If you transfer at least USD$2,000 of your monthly Gross Merchandise Value, you'll also get free product transfer assistance, a 3-month discount on all orders, and a dedicated account manager when you pass a specific sales volume.

Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel anytime before the monthly renewal date and if you downgrade to the free plan there is no loss of app functionality or access to sales channels. You only lose out on the discounts and number of stores available.
Printify issues refunds only if you contact them first and they decide whether the refund is merited. If you dispute the charges with the credit card company, they won't issue a refund or replacement until after the dispute is resolved or canceled. There are other stipulations, so be sure to read the fine print.
Reviews and Ratings Are Mixed
The reviews for Printify we looked at were above 70%. On the Better Business Bureau website, however, the rating is "F” and the business is not accredited. This mismatch could be explained by a higher volume of merchants than for most of the other services we reviewed.
Those who like Printify say it's because of the ease of use, customer service, a large selection of products, and diversity of print providers to ease out-of-stock issues and cancellations.
Those who don't like Printify say it's because of problems with their account's payment reserve not being used first, canceled orders due to production delays, confusion over true order status, and problems with the designer app.
A Fun Service That We Want to Explore More
Despite some of the complaints Printify's users had expressed, our experience of the flow of the entire process was enjoyable and even inspired our creativity. Pricing is very reasonable and it seems that the niche profit potential for unique artists and other creatives is higher than other dropshipping platforms offering too many similar products. Too many of them are having a difficult time with lots of files to upload and processes that are inconsistent between multiple dropshipping services. It is also time-consuming to wrangle data about inventory, including shipping dimensions, quantity, variations, attributes, and so on. That's where Inventory Source comes to the rescue.
A Fully-Automated and Integrated Experience
Inventory Source's solution to managing inventory is to provide automation to shift the inventory management burdens from the store owners to computers. With Inventory Source, you can find your dropship supplier across 230+ pre-integrated suppliers, each offering exclusive brands, high-demand products, and large catalogs. Warehouses grant access to categorized and detailed data about products. Then they use software to update product and pricing data, which they send directly to large marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and dozens more.
When a customer orders a product on your website, the order gets processed automatically. Multiple products across various vendors are not a problem. Inventory Source just calculates which orders to send to individual suppliers via the direct integrations it has with each supplier. If a supplier changes the price on an item, your profit margin won't be automatically erased because Inventory Source will use your price threshold settings to change your store's prices according to how much profit margin you're looking to get per sale.
Flexible Plan Choices
You pay nothing to browse the Inventory Source's 230+ suppliers in their directory, who sell hundreds of thousands of products. When you've selected your supplier(s), you then choose whether to use the startup version of the Inventory Source dropship automation software or the FlxPoint retail operations software for high-volume sellers. Finally, after setting up the software, you begin selling by automatically uploading products, syncing inventory, and routing orders with dropship suppliers to your online store or marketplace platform.
Multiple Support Channels
You can get support by accessing numerous help documents, video tutorials, and guides. If you don't find an answer, you can submit a form with your contact information and problem which then becomes a support ticket.

Mixed But Mostly Positive Reviews
The Better Business Bureau's non-accredited rating of "C” was concerning. Reviews there were not positive for Inventory Source, but they were also low in number and resolved. Customers complained that support was only there for them when there was a sales opportunity, but not when there were technical issues to resolve. Also, there were issues with shipping goods promptly.
Then again, outside of the BBB, 60% of users think very highly of Inventory Source. People praise the service for the professionalism and responsiveness of its support team and the ease of use of the software. They like that it provides a simple way for small organizations to profitably participate in eCommerce.
A Solid Choice, But Do Your Homework
We like the simplicity of the pricing divided across only two modes of participation (startup and advanced). Not having to manipulate and upload files to synchronize inventory and products is a great way for drop shippers to deal with their store management. Because the reviews on the Better Business Bureau site were resolved, that boosts Inventory Source in our recommendation, but not quite to the level of other solutions.
As an owner of an online eCommerce store, how can you find a wholesaler who provides accurate information? There are a lot of dropshipping scams to sort through before finding safe product providers. Worldwide Brands is one of the safest and most reputable wholesale dropshipping companies.
Longevity and Reputation Build Trust
Since 1999, Worldwide Brands has focused on its role as the publisher of a certified and vetted directory of dropshipping wholesalers. Their directory consists of secure wholesalers who are at the very top of the supply chain, which means you get the earliest access to the best goods for the cheapest wholesale prices. They list over 8,000 wholesale suppliers that represent more than 16 million product types.
Free But Redacted Preview
Unlike other companies, access to the full directory at Worldwide Brands is not free. However, a free yet rather redacted (but still searchable) preview of the type of information found in the directory is available to anyone who is just beginning to search for products and suppliers. The preview also includes announcements of upcoming tradeshows, educational articles, and scam-free recommendations. We attempted to sign up for the preview, but the email with the link to access it did not arrive in time for this evaluation.
Only a Directory, Not The Whole Enchilada
It is important to note that Worldwide Brands does not manage the connection between the wholesale suppliers and the drop shippers (website store owners). They only provide the directory of vetted suppliers so that you can make your own decisions about whose products to include in your store. Even though the vetting process is thorough, Worldwide Brands cannot guarantee that suppliers will hold up their end of any bargain or relationship. That is solely the responsibility of you, the drop shipper.
Thorough and Hands-on Research
The directory is built by research staff going to all the major tradeshows as well as contacting and speaking directly with the top-tier manufacturers. Then, all the information gathered is put through a rigorous process of qualifying, rating, and ranking. So, there's never any worry that the companies listed are carrying out a scam.
Worldwide Brands doesn't just look at suppliers in the United States. They also determine which international suppliers are worthy of a listing in the directory. And if you're looking for a specific product and cannot find it, the support team at Worldwide Brands will help you track it down.
Costs
Easy To Purchase with No Extra Fees
The upside is that there are never any extra fees for setup or restocking, annual or otherwise. You simply pay a single lifetime amount to gain access to the directory. This way, you're outsourcing all the hard work of researching and certifying reputable wholesale suppliers for a small, one-time cost. The cost covers keeping the directory updated every week so that you can avoid niches that have become saturated with other drop shippers. The cost to get access to the directory is $299 but occasionally an automatic discount is applied for specials and holidays.
Decent Refund Terms and Conditions
If you require a refund, you'll have to request it within the first 60 days from the purchase date. And you'll first have to contact their support department at least once to attempt to resolve any issues. After a first refund, followed by a subsequent repurchase, no further refunds will be provided. Refunds will not be granted if you have contacted and begun working with more than 30 suppliers in the time before requesting the refund. These terms and conditions are fair in that the directory is time-consuming and costly to prepare and maintain.
Reliability and Longevity But Lack of Features
Because of its longevity in this industry, Worldwide Brands enjoys a strong reputation among drop shippers and suppliers. Given that it is very popular and well-liked among wholesale drop shippers, we would have loved to have provided our highest ranking. However, because Worldwide Brands is not full-service and doesn't enable suppliers to fulfill drop shippers' transactions, we're ranking it just below the more comprehensive offerings.
Wholesale2B advertises that it offers 1 million products for dropshipping with over 100 dropshipping companies and an automated solution for synchronizing inventory, orders, and tracking. They also offer a free dropship account with no time limit and no credit card needed. Within that account, you can buy a plan to enable dropshipping on your website, Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, eBay, ECWID, or WooCommerce. You can also take advantage of integrations with third-party eCommerce engines not supported by Wholesale2B through a data feed.
Revamped Pricing Plans
Since our last review of Wholesale2B, the pricing plans page within the free account seems to have been redesigned to be more easily comprehensible. Also, they've updated the site so you can now see the pricing of each plan before signing up for the free account. So now, instead of multiple different prices for each type of import you want to do, each type of import is the same price in each of the plan tiers:
Marketing Courses and Reports Included
Each plan also comes with a marketing course. Plus, reports on top selling items, top profit items, shipping times, and a separate watch list are all included with the free account. If none of these plans suits your needs, or you want to go with a more DIY approach, there is a plan for $199 per year that allows you to simply copy and paste product data and images manually to your website, eBay, or Amazon, and place unlimited dropship orders manually.
Inconsistent Page Content Updates
However, contrary to the pricing page changes, another major page on their website still says they're celebrating their 15th anniversary as a company even though, as of this writing and according to their founding year of 2004, this is their 18th year of operation. And their claim of "over 100 suppliers” was actually just 92 at the time of this writing. So it seems that they might not be keeping all of their website content updated.

Improved Product Directory Interface
The new, free, and fully unredacted product directory showed the same mix of brand and off-brand products. However, the overall interface is better than before, with more filtering options to narrow down 1.3 million products by shipping cost, profitability, what has recently been sold, and what has been recently added. Niche drop shippers should find these filters very user-friendly and helpful.
Improved Price Plans and Better Reviews
Wholesale2B is no longer listed on the Better Business Bureau website. However, in other places where users have left ratings and comments, they were found to have an 82-85% average rating of customer satisfaction, which is higher than when we reviewed them before. Negative reviews were met with professional and helpful answers by the representatives of the company. So, we're giving them a thumbs up for the improvements and recommending them as one to consider among the higher-ranked offerings we've evaluated.
Dropified is a dropshipping automation service that allows you to focus on marketing and growing your online store. It allows you to import products from AliExpress, eBay, Alibaba, and over 50 other 1-click sites in the U.S. or abroad. You can also easily list your products for sale on the Facebook Marketplace. When you receive orders, you can fulfill them all with a single click and in seconds vs. manually handling them one by one. There are no transaction fees or hidden costs.
Easy Start with Default Settings and Automations
Dropified starts you out with default settings that apply to every product in your store. You can edit the price markup, compare-at price, price cents value, weight units, and other factors that affect how you sell a product. There is also an automated pricing system that you can tune for buy-one-get-one-free offers (BOGOs) and specific profit margins and shipping costs, as well as get notified when costs and inventory amounts change.
Always-Available Training and Support
Dropified has detailed training available 24/7 to take you through every step of the process of starting and running your dropshipping business. From getting set up to product research, and then marketing products and fulfilling orders, you'll have access to all the information you need. There is a live chat and self-help tool on every page. If you get stuck, you can type keywords to find helpful articles, and if those don't do the trick, just chat up a Dropified representative.
Free Plan and Free Trial for Premium Offerings
There are three pricing tiers: free, $17 per month, and $47 per month. Each starts with a free trial. None have an annual or lifetime purchase offering. Be aware that to sign up for the free trial for the $17 and $47 price plans, you must enter a credit card. To some, this may be a non-starter as it is easy to forget to cancel free trials.
Curiously, while the Dropified homepage advertises only a 7-day trial, after clicking through to the signup page, the trial duration changed to 14 days. It's not clear whether this is a further enticement to sign up or someone forgetting to update the free trial duration on the site.

Some Directory Bugs to Exterminate
The free directory seems simple enough to navigate for the average user, with filter, sort, and other search controls. We tried browsing the free directory's US Products section but ran into a roadblock with a prompt that told us to reload the page to make sure we were using the latest version of the extension. Reloading the page or even trying a different browser did not resolve the issue. No explanation was given as to which extension or how to update it.
Decent Ratings and Reviews
Looking at the reviews for Dropified, which was at an "A+” but not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, we saw a high satisfaction rate (above 80%). People like the customer service and the ease of use. Those complaining about the service said there were too many discontinued products, app malfunctions, problems with using a VPN, and order processing issues. Dropified representatives did answer each of the negative reviews.
Some Fixes Needed Before Earning a Higher Rating
The user satisfaction rate notwithstanding, with the inconsistent messaging throughout the Dropified site and directory bugs, the rating was spoiled for us. Once those concerns are addressed, it will make sense to boost the rating. Have a look at other offerings in the meanwhile.
Dropship.me is a service that helps you get on the road to dropshipping success through a WordPress plugin that enables importing thousands of products and reviews to your eCommerce site. There is a free startup option with a limited number of imports as well as three other tiers of pricing for progressively more imports. And, there is a custom WordPress eCommerce store option where everything is designed and deployed for you so you can focus on marketing and sales.
Handpicked Sellers and Products
Dropship.me advertises that they have hand-picked best-selling products and go the extra mile in optimizing images, titles, and descriptions. Prices are suggested in the plugin's administration screens and you can click one button to instantly import the products.
Do-It-Yourself or Done-For-You Options
With Dropship.me there are two main options for getting started: the plugin or an eCommerce storefront built for you.
The plugin option assumes you have already created a WordPress-based eCommerce store, using the popular and free WooCommerce plugin, and are ready to begin importing products by installing and using Dropship.me's proprietary plugin. You can start for free with 50 products, or upgrade to 100 products, 500 products, or 1,000 products. Each of the paid plans also includes an additional 10, 200, and 500 free imports, respectively. The payment is a one-time cost with no recurring or hidden fees.
We do wonder, however, what happens if you want more than the apparent maximum of 1,500 products imported into your store. In this respect, Dropship.me doesn't align with most drop shippers' expectations of larger offerings as with other services.
The "built for you” option includes a personal store manager who does all the work of designing, setting up, and turning on your WordPress-based eCommerce store. You don't need any experience with dropshipping or plugin installation. The personal manager helps you find a high-demand niche and there is lifelong support. The three pricing tiers ($299, $499, and $899) increase the number of products you can sell from 50 to 100 to 200, respectively. This seems quite low in terms of offering enough diversity of products to satisfy shoppers.
However, the fact that Dropship.me takes care of domain name registration, niche research, custom design (including mobile-ready design), payment gateway setup, search engine optimization, and social pages for you is a true value add. These tasks are often quite time-consuming and difficult to do right if you don't have experience.

Helpful But Outdated Blog
The Dropship.me blog shouldn't be overlooked. There are good articles there. However, the articles are older, with the latest article date of August 2020. So, be sure to cross-check general dropshipping topics with more up-to-date information elsewhere.
Good Current Ratings and Reviews
Over 80% of users describe their experience with Dropship.me as excellent. Their reviews were posted very recently and almost all mentioned a specific support person as having been particularly helpful. The remainder of the reviewers, whose comments were posted some time ago, were disappointed in the limitations of how many products they can import and difficulties with the plugin.
Outdated Educational Content and Limited Inventory
Even with the high satisfaction ratings, it was concerning to find that theDropship.me blog, which seems to be the lion's share of educational content on the site, stopped having new material added as of 2020. A lot has happened since then in the dropshipping world. Also, the low number of products even the highest tier plan offers compared to other services is going to be a non-starter for many. Plus, there are problems with the plugin that still need to be addressed. Avoid Dropship.me for now.
Modalyst is a drop shipping service that has pricing designed for low-budget store operators. You can get started for free with 25 products and non-premium, low-cost suppliers or work your way up to all access for $90 per month with well-known brands and shorter shipping times.
Sample Ordering Isn't Working
Modalyst has a full-featured directory that's well designed and easy to use, but unfortunately for anyone wanting to purchase samples of products before listing them, the sample ordering site was broken.
Annoying To Create Product Descriptions
The descriptions imported from the suppliers were rather minimal in detail and length. So expect to spend a lot of time rewriting or writing entirely new descriptions. The titles of numerous imported products were often too long for the 80-character Modalyst limit (which is too short in itself). And, some titles had multiple misspelled words to the extent that it was apparent that the writers didn't have English as a first language.

Limited eCommerce Platform Integrations
Modalyst claims that it integrates well with popular eCommerce engines. But compared to other services we've reviewed, their integration partners are pretty limited. It was surprising that, with WooCommerce, you're only provided a CSV import process. At least one user reported that the CSV import didn't align well with the default WooCommerce data fields and he had to start from scratch.
Poor Ratings and Reviews

Some users complained that it is impossible to reach anyone in customer service at Sunrise Wholesale. They also didn't like that customer orders had to be refunded because items that the service said were in stock were, in fact, no longer available for shipping. Other users were upset that their Amazon listings were being flagged as fake products and that Sunrise Wholesale offered no help in disputing the issues with Amazon and authenticating the products.
Systemically Broken
The workflow is decidedly clunky. There is no real automation and the workload is primarily on the drop shipper for gathering product information and importing it to their store site.

Products are split up somewhat confusingly into primary "warehouse” categories named after gemstones. Within each primary category are different sets of categories each containing more subcategories and products. The categories seem to reflect going from basic to premium product quality, but it is not immediately apparent to people unfamiliar with this category hierarchy which ones contain the more premium products.
Retro Design Is Off-putting
The design of the National Dropshippers website is very basic and quite dated compared to other drop shipper services we've reviewed. It almost feels abandoned in that respect. Images are often pixelated and content boxes are out of alignment with each other. So it may give pause to even non-technical users familiar with more sophisticated website designs and make them wonder about the quality of the products offered.
