TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award From traditional to trendy, Zazzle has the best business cards that you need. With a staggering 850,000+ inventory including magnets, folded, and mini designs, their service is a fantastic way to make sure your business card stands out from the competition.

Not sure where to start? Zazzle makes it easy to start. On their main page, you can shop by style, size, or even by profession. Scroll down even further to check out your options for customization, today's hottest trends in design, or even unique uses for business cards. We particularly enjoyed the "Funny Parking Cards" category.

Once you've chosen your business card category, you can use the left-hand navigation to filter the results according to the following options:

  • Format: Flat or Folded
  • Material: Paper or Magnet
  • Size: Standard, Mini, Mighty, Square, Euro, or Oceania
  • Design Options: Customizable or Template
  • Price: Ranging from $5 to over $100, depending on the quantity, style, and paper quality
  • Designer

Zazzle's everyday pricing on business cards is very reasonable. We found magnetic cards starting at $9.95 for 25, and traditional paper cards at $14.95 for a set of 100. The discounts increase with larger orders; for example, 50 sets of 25 magnets brings the per-set price down to $7.96 on the lowest-priced magnetic business cards. To save additional cash, look at the top of the page for any discount offers; at the time of our review, there was a coupon code for 15% off all orders sitewide.

How long will it take to get your business cards delivered? Take a look at the top of the page on the design that you choose. The default is Express delivery, but you can select "Shipping Options" to see approximate delivery dates to your zip code for Standard and Premium delivery also. As an illustration, with an order placed on a Thursday, it said our business cards would be delivered in just under two weeks with Express, a little over two weeks with Premium, and up to three weeks for Standard. Thinking of becoming a regular customer? Check out the Z Black membership plan: the Standard program provides unlimited free standard shipping for $9.95 per year, and the 2-Day program offers unlimited 2-day shipping for a yearly cost of $39.95.

What really impressed us about Zazzle is their satisfaction guarantee: "If you don't love it, we'll take it back." If the colors didn't turn out as vibrant as you thought or you simply don't like the way your business cards turned out, you can return the order within 30 days of delivery and get either a replacement or refund. You will have to pay for the cost of the return shipping, and you'll need to get in touch with Zazzle's customer service department to initiate the return process.

Best of all, Zazzle makes good on those promises. As an A+-rated accredited business with the BBB, along with numerous compliments from happy customers, Zazzle shows that their commitment to quality and service is genuine. You can expect your business cards to be delivered on-time and to be well-made - and if not, you'll get a prompt, appropriate response from Zazzle's customer service department.

For all of your business card needs, Zazzle delivers. They earn our highest rating.

STAPLES

With one of the easiest-to-use websites in our review, industry leader Staples is an excellent choice for your business card needs. Starting on the main page, you'll find your options clearly laid out.

First, you can choose among three primary approaches: uploading a design you've already created, browse pre-made designs, or create your own design by customizing one of their layouts. Still not sure? You can browse by product type, such as raised print cards or ultra-thick styles. But, what might be more useful is to shop according to your business industry, looking at designs that are focused on Professional Services, Technology, or Health and Wellness, for example. You'll want to choose a way to narrow down the possibilities, as Staples has more than 1,000 available design templates in almost every imaginable business category.

Staples also makes it incredibly easy to know how much you'll spend on your business cards. Rather than having to click through every possible design choice, you can see their pricing chart on their main business card page. Prices start at $9.99 for 250 Basic, one-sided cards, and go up to $109.99 for 1000 Extra-Thick business cards. Ground shipping is free on all orders over $49.

One big advantage that Staples can offer is same-day service. Because they also have a significant brick-and-mortar presence, Staples provides several card designs that can be created and ordered online by 2pm and picked up in-store the same day. If you've got an urgent need for your business cards, Staples may be your best option if they have a retail location near you.

In one area, Staples came up short compared with the competition: pricing and satisfaction guarantees. In fact, we couldn't find anything on the Copy and Print page to indicate that they have any kind of policy regarding customer satisfaction when it comes to business cards, and on the main Staples site we found that Copy and Print services are specifically excluded from price matching.

Overall, Staples is a great option for business owners who may need same-day service and who live close enough to a retail location to pick up the order. Keep in mind, however, that you may not have a way of getting a refund if for some reason you are unhappy with your order.

Continued from above

There’s no need for them to try and remember your name and then Google you - instead, they can just pull out your card and get in touch. In other words, this “paper handshake” gives both of you a way to know instantly everything you need in order to work together.

Another big advantage to handing out a business card is making yourself familiar to your prospective customers, especially by including a photo. If you’re planning on attending large networking events, having your photo will make it more likely that you stand out and are remembered among the other business cards handed out.

Finally, business cards can be used for a variety of reasons that go beyond traditional networking. Loyalty/reward cards, gift tags, and “mommy meet-and-greet” styles are just a few of the novel ways that people are using business cards.

Best of all, there’s no need to drive all over town to find a printer for your business cards. You’ll find an amazing selection of styles all at the click of a mouse: most people buy their business cards online, taking advantage of the convenience of shopping from home, being able to upload graphics and photos, all at prices that easily rival anything that can be found at a local brick-and-mortar print shop.

When you begin the process of choosing a service for printing your business cards, you should keep several key factors in mind. These include the following:

  • Quality. Are the business cards printed on good cardstock, or are they flimsy? Does the service have a good reputation as evidenced by positive customer reviews?
  • Variety. Part of your goal in having the best business card is to stand out. Does the store carry a nice range of options, so that your card will be memorable? Options may include horizontal and vertical layouts, graphics and/or photo capabilities, and QR codes.
  • Cost. Ordering your business cards online is affordable, but some services are more expensive than others. Are there any discounts or other offers that can make your purchase even more economical?

TopConsumerReviews has reviewed and ranked the best business cards available today. We hope this information helps you choose the right business cards to help you stand out!
