Join the best Cheesecake Club with Amazing Clubs Today! Where can you find the best Cheesecake Club? Whether you prefer the traditional flavors like plain and strawberry or love to go for more unique combinations like carrot cake and pumpkin, cheesecake is one of the world's most decadent, sought-after desserts.

But, unless you have a great restaurant near you that carries a wide range of flavor options, you might find it hard to get a near-perfect slice of cheesecake. The selection at your local supermarket is probably disappointing at best, and so many places for eating out just don't have what it takes to make it worth it to bring a piece - or a whole dessert - home to share or to give as a gift.

Harry & David

Cost:

Starting from $169.99 for a 3-month subscription

$9.99 shipping fee per delivery

Harry & David has partnered with The Cheesecake Factory to bring their world-famous restaurant cheesecakes right to your home or office. If you've ever eaten at one of the restaurant locations, you know exactly how tasty those desserts are!

Whether you choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month Cheesecake Club, some of the flavors you can expect include:

  • White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle
  • Dulce de Leche Caramel
  • Lemon Raspberry Cream
  • Banana Cream
  • Ultimate Red Velvet
  • Pumpkin

It's worth noting that you may get duplicate flavors with the longer subscriptions. For example, the delivery list showed White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle as the flavor selection for both January and July, and Original Cheesecake on the schedule for March and August. That's great if you happen to love those two varieties, but not as fantastic if you're hoping for a brand-new experience with each delivery.

All of the cheesecakes in this club are a 7" size. While Harry & David doesn't specify how many servings are in each dessert, that size typically serves up to 12, depending on how generously you slice it.

What will you spend on your Cheesecake Club with Harry & David? This is one of the more expensive subscription plans in our review: a 3-month subscription costs $169.99, a 6-month plan is priced at $309.99, and a full year will cost $599.99. Shipping fees aren't included in those prices, so factor in a $9.99 delivery cost for each month in the plan you select.

Want to save 15%? When we browsed the Harry & David site for a while, we got an offer of a discount on everything in our cart. So, it might be worth your while to add some extra goodies to your Cheesecake Club purchase, especially during those heavy gift-giving seasons! We also spotted a promo right underneath the red "Add to Cart" button that offered savings ranging from $50 to $100 on orders from $200 to $400. That would definitely make the club more affordable!

If you're giving this Cheesecake Club as a gift, you'll find your options after you add the plan to your cart and go to checkout. You can enter a date range you'd like the delivery to happen, though the soonest delivery may be a week or more into the future. We weren't able to schedule a delivery more than a month and a half in advance, so if you're the kind of gift-giver who likes to make arrangements well ahead of time, you may not be able to with Harry & David. If you need your first dessert to arrive on an exact date, you can pay a $19.99 fee to make it happen - or if you want it to arrive on a Saturday, you'll pay an upcharge of nearly $25.

You'll also be able to include a complimentary gift message, a personalized greeting card for $3.99, or no message at all (which would make it so that your recipient doesn't know that you send it - perfect if you're playing Secret Santa!).

While there isn't much customer feedback specifically about Harry & David's Cheesecake Club, the company maintains a rock-solid reputation for customer service, especially when it comes to gift-giving. They promise that you and your gift recipients will be delighted with every dessert delivered, or else they'll issue a replacement or refund.

Compared with other Cheesecake Clubs, Harry & David has some perks - the biggest one probably being their relationship with one of the nation's most favorite makers of the dessert, The Cheesecake Factory! But, that brand recognition will cost you more than some of the providers we evaluated, and remember that on longer subscriptions there may be duplicate flavors among the deliveries.

Cost:

Starting from $122.85 for a 3-month subscription

Free shipping

If you're looking for cheesecakes carefully chosen by people who are crazy about Italian flavor and food, look no further than Flying Noodle. (And, while you're at it, check out the Legend of the Flying Noodle at the bottom of the site for a really fun read!) Although not everything they sell is from Italy, all of the items they feature must meet their exacting standards of all-natural ingredients, fresh and delicious flavors, and high-quality finished products.

You've got four options when considering Flying Noodle's Cheesecake of the Month Club: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or seasonal (every three months, four total deliveries). You'll pay anywhere from $122.85 to $467.40 - for an average monthly cost of $38.95 to $40.95 - depending on the subscription length you choose. A big plus is that your shipping costs are included in that price, making this Cheesecake Club less expensive than some of the providers we reviewed.

Each cheesecake has 8-10 servings (a little smaller than some of the Cheesecake Clubs in our rankings) and comes with an entertaining newsletter called "The Cheesecake Chronicles".

However, one of the reasons this Cheesecake Club doesn't rank as high as the competition is because you won't know in advance what flavors you're getting. According to Flying Noodle, past selections have included traditional NY style, creamy chocolate, strawberry cream and banana-caramel - but, unlike most clubs, they don't provide a detailed list of what can be expected from month to month. If you're gifting someone with a nut allergy or who has a strong aversion to a particular flavor, this may not be a good fit.

Fortunately, this company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee - and the BBB reputation to prove that they honor it. With an "A+" grade and zero registered complaints, that's a great sign that Flying Noodle does a good job of keeping customers happy. The small handful of testimonials on the site also make it sound like ordering gifts from this company leads to happy recipients.

Speaking of gifts, you can opt to have an announcement sent via email or USPS, or print one out right from your computer if you've got a last-minute gifting situation on your hands. All of those options are free. However, you won't be able to specify when your cheesecakes are delivered: all monthly gift clubs are scheduled to arrive during the last week of the month. On the other hand, if you're shopping in advance, Flying Noodle lets you choose a start month up to 10 months ahead of time (e.g. if it's the end of December, you can have your cheesecake deliveries start anywhere from January through November).

Flying Noodle is one of the more affordable Cheesecake Clubs that we've found, particularly because they include delivery costs in your monthly price. But, with so many customers wanting to know exactly what they're getting when they place an order, this company doesn't provide enough information about their monthly flavors. We hope to see those details made available in the future; along with more customer testimonials, that would definitely improve Flying Noodle's ranking among other providers of Cheesecake Clubs.

That's where Cheesecake Clubs come in! Why settle for boring, lumpy desserts when you can have the nation's best cheesecakes delivered right to your doorstep? These subscriptions range from 3-12 months and often include seasonal flavors you may not find at any restaurants or stores near you: blackberry, peppermint and more. Carefully packaged to arrive in flawless condition, these desserts are sure to impress even the pickiest recipients - or to satisfy your own sweet tooth.

Of course, pricing and options vary, so it's important to look for the Cheesecake Club that will best meet your needs. The top providers offer excellent satisfaction guarantees, ensuring that you or your lucky recipient are completely satisfied with each and every delivery - or they'll give you a replacement or refund.

As you consider all of the delicious options out there, here are several criteria to pick the best Cheesecake Club:

  • Variety. What kinds of flavors will you get in your subscription? You can find plain, strawberry and chocolate chip just about anywhere, so will you get to try flavors that may become a new favorite? Will the plan repeat any of the flavors over the course of the membership?
  • Subscription Length: most clubs offer 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Can you also get a seasonal plan that comes every 3 months?
  • Delivery Fees. Some Cheesecake Clubs include shipping costs in the fees, while others charge up to a hefty $30 extra per month. Be sure to add up those costs when determining what you'll pay for your subscription.
  • Reputation. What do other customers say about the Cheesecake Club? Is there a solid satisfaction guarantee in place? Can you expect a well-packaged delivery of a fresh-tasting cheesecake every month?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best Cheesecake Clubs available today. We hope this information helps you pick the sweetest, richest treats for your next gift-giving occasion - or for your own delight!
