Who has the best Coffee Club? Gone are the days when every household had a gallon tin of generic grinds on the shelf. How did that ever satisfy every coffee drinker? Today's coffee consumers want choices. And with coffee consumption on the rise, the market has responded with a myriad of options.

Coffee clubs are a great idea, whether you're giving a gift or shopping for yourself. Every month you have a variety of coffees delivered right to your door. You get to treat yourself to a new flavor each morning. And if you like a certain coffee taste, often you can order more of that particular blend.

Cross Country Café is unique in our review of coffee clubs because they offer K-Cup coffee clubs. There are two clubs to choose from: the Flavored K-Cup Coffee Tour and the Signature Roast K-Cup Coffee Tour. Each delivers a monthly installment of two different 24 pack cases of K-Cups. All varieties are hand selected by the Cross Country Café team.

Coffee Club Membership Overview

  • Selection: Two 24ct cases of K-Cups
  • Duration: Monthly, cancel anytime
  • Frequency: Monthly
  • Shipping: $8.00

For the K-Cup user, this may be your best bet for a coffee club, and though the price is comparable to buying them as needed from your local store, the ease of home delivery is a nice perk.

2 Coffee Clubs to choose from

The two K-cup coffee clubs offered are:

  • Flavored K-Cup Coffee Tour – includes seasonal favorites and everyday classics
  • Signature Roast K-Cup Coffee Tour – coffees from exotic coffee growing areas like Sumatra, Kenya, Hawaii, and Columbia

These K-Cups are compatible with any machine which uses K-Cups. When visiting the site, we had the option to receive a $5.00 coupon by entering an email address. We also found a free shipping option on the website for orders over $59.00. Unfortunately, though, since that is more than twice the cost of a monthly subscription, members will typically never receive free shipping.

K-Cups only

Unfortunately, Cross Country Café only caters to K-Cup users. Because of that limitation they lacked the option of those clubs rated higher. Also, they charge $8.00 for shipping, something no other company in our review does. With these drawbacks Cross Country ranks near the bottom or our review.

If you're just stepping away from the same old coffee, day after day, you may not yet know the perfect style for you. Or perhaps you already know you're into subtle fruit or chocolate notes, a medium bodied and balanced blend, or a brew with a sweet, mellow acidity. In any case, we believe the best way to feed your cravings or find your favorite coffee, while exploring the world's great coffee options, is with a coffee club.

While there may be a handful of products in your neighborhood grocery store, these brands barely scratch the surface of what the market has to offer. From Central America, South America, and Hawaii to Africa and Southeast Asia, quality coffee growing regions are spread across the world: each with unique characteristics and flavor profiles. And around the globe the best coffee roasters turn an abundance of beans into seemingly endless varieties. These choices are what the best coffee clubs offer.

With consumers wanting choices and so many great roasters to choose from, it's not surprising that coffee clubs have become more and more popular over the past few years. Equally unsurprising is the fact that coffee club features vary almost as much as the coffee itself. Do your research to select the perfect club for you. Some points to consider are:

  • Price. What is the subscription cost and will you need to pay for shipping? Does the club offer any discounts for longer memberships?
  • Frequency. How often will a shipment be sent? Do you have choices or is there only one option? Can you cancel any time?
  • Flexibility. Are there different subscription types? Can you choose your roast, bag size, or grind?
  • Selection. What comes in each shipment? Is it the same style of coffee each time or are you able to try other styles/roasts? has reviewed and ranked the best Coffee Clubs available today. We hope these reviews help you find the right Coffee Club membership to suit your needs!
