But, this subscription club is priced higher than a few of their competitors, and some customers have reported having trouble getting responsive customer service after receiving a few disappointing packages.

Dapper Dog doesn't just give you treats and toys to make your dog happy: in each monthly delivery, they'll also get a trendy bandana to wear out on the town or in all of your cute Insta photos. This Dog Treat Club costs more than average, and a less-than-clear satisfaction/refund policy could use some attention. PupBox knows that it's a lot of work to care for a puppy - so they created a subscription Dog Treat Club that grows right along with your newest family member. Each delivery has training tips for their stage of development, with treats to help the process and toys to keep them amused. However, many customers say that the value of the products in each delivery don't match the higher-than-average subscription price, and a less-than-impressive refund/satisfaction policy puts PupBox towards the bottom end of our reviews.

While some subscribers had nice things to say about their experience with this service, the most recent reviews describe problems with customer service, poor-quality toys, and months of incorrect charges even after cancellation.
