TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award eFaucets wants to be a one-stop shop for your bathroom or kitchen remodel. In addition to faucets, eFaucets carries sinks, toilets, bathtubs, lighting, accessories, and much more. They carry over 150 brands of items, including the brands you trust such as Kohler, Delta, Moen, Brizo, Grohe, Blanco, Danze, and Price Pfister. They offer a full-range of products for both DIY individuals and contractors alike.

eFaucets also has one of the largest selections of faucets we've seen, with thousands of faucets to choose from. However, finding your faucet is very simple. The eFaucets website is clean, professional, and very easy to use. Large, appealing pictures help guide you through the process of shopping for your faucet. Once you choose the Faucet category from the top navigation bar, you select the type of faucet you're looking for:

  • Bathroom faucets
  • Shower faucets
  • Kitchen faucets
  • Bar & Prep faucets
  • Bidet faucets
  • Bathtub faucets
  • Outdoor faucets
  • Laundry / Utility faucets

Once you choose the type of faucet you need, you're shown all the matching faucets. You're then given more to further narrow down your faucet. Some of these options include:

  • Brand
  • Color
  • Finish
  • Price Range
  • Special Offers
  • Rating
  • Length
  • Width
  • Installation/Mounting
  • Material
  • Texture
  • WaterSense
  • Where it was made

Pricing at eFaucets is very competitive. In fact, they even offer a lowest price guarantee - if you find a lower price from another retailer, including shipping, they will match it. Shipping is calculated once you have the items in your shopping cart. However, eFaucets offers free shipping on all orders over $99. They provide a 30 day return and exchange policy, where you can obtain a full refund less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15-20%.

The Help Center on their website has a good amount of helpful information. Our research into customer reviews found many people that were satisfied with getting questions answered by the eFaucets customer service team.

If you're looking for a faucet, chances are you'll find it at eFaucets. With a huge selection of faucets from all of the major brands, aggressive prices with a lowest price guarantee, and a pleasant shopping experience, eFaucets sets the standard in when shopping for faucets. They earn our highest rating.

Cost:

From $21 to $2,500

Homeclick specializes in home improvement products including faucets, fire pits, fireplaces, home decor, patio items, appliances and more. In business since 2009, Home Click is still rather new to the market but offers a substantial selection of faucets from around 50 different companies. The website is generally easy to use with various options to further define your faucet search.

Homeclick Faucet requires you click on bathroom or kitchen and then faucets to identify their selection. Within the search you can narrow down the product listings by color, mounting, brand name, price and more. Homeclick provides a few customer reviews on faucet products but you won't find a ton of feedback. Homeclick features several quality brand products including Kohler, Grohe, Tot, Rohl, Delta and more. We found their prices, when compared to other companies, to be generally lower, especially on the high priced items.

We liked that Home Click keeps their policies simple with free shipping on items over $99 and no sales tax unless you reside in NJ. However, the shipping options appear to be limited. We prefer companies that give you a choice of methods and the speed to best meet your needs. Homeclick offers only one speed, method and price for shipping which may not meet the needs of shoppers in a hurry.

Also, the return policy was not a great as we'd like. They do allow 30 days to return a product but charge an expensive $25% restocking fee. To contact customer service you may call during regular business hours or email for assistance. Homeclick does offer a nice blog, DIY section and home improvement forums for those with questions.

If you aren't needing your faucet in two days, Homeclick is worthy of your online search for the perfect bathroom or kitchen faucet. With competitive pricing and free shipping on larger orders you're sure to save the budget at Homeclick. However, be sure you want the product before ordering as the return restocking fee is expensive.

Instead, you can browse through thousands of faucet options in the exact style, finish, size and price you're looking for. And you can shop right from the comfort and convenience of your own home, at any hour of the day or night. But not all faucet stores are built the same. You should consider the following factors before making your next faucet purchase:

  • Selection. Does the faucet store offer a large selection of faucets in the brands that you're looking for?
  • Prices. What is the price of faucets, and how does that compare with the price of faucets in other stores?
  • Return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your faucet purchase, can you return it with no hassle? How helpful is the customer service team at each faucet company?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best faucet stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find the perfect faucets to meet all your needs!
