Cost:

From $21 to $2,500

Homeclick specializes in home improvement products including faucets, fire pits, fireplaces, home decor, patio items, appliances and more. In business since 2009, Home Click is still rather new to the market but offers a substantial selection of faucets from around 50 different companies. The website is generally easy to use with various options to further define your faucet search.

Homeclick Faucet requires you click on bathroom or kitchen and then faucets to identify their selection. Within the search you can narrow down the product listings by color, mounting, brand name, price and more. Homeclick provides a few customer reviews on faucet products but you won't find a ton of feedback. Homeclick features several quality brand products including Kohler, Grohe, Tot, Rohl, Delta and more. We found their prices, when compared to other companies, to be generally lower, especially on the high priced items.

We liked that Home Click keeps their policies simple with free shipping on items over $99 and no sales tax unless you reside in NJ. However, the shipping options appear to be limited. We prefer companies that give you a choice of methods and the speed to best meet your needs. Homeclick offers only one speed, method and price for shipping which may not meet the needs of shoppers in a hurry.

Also, the return policy was not a great as we'd like. They do allow 30 days to return a product but charge an expensive $25% restocking fee. To contact customer service you may call during regular business hours or email for assistance. Homeclick does offer a nice blog, DIY section and home improvement forums for those with questions.

If you aren't needing your faucet in two days, Homeclick is worthy of your online search for the perfect bathroom or kitchen faucet. With competitive pricing and free shipping on larger orders you're sure to save the budget at Homeclick. However, be sure you want the product before ordering as the return restocking fee is expensive.

Cost:

From $1 to $600

Light in the Box is a China based company that sells about 4,000 different categories of about 100,000 products. The product selection includes products pertaining to weddings and events, electronics, car accessories, home and garden, fashion, costumes and much more. They are a worldwide company.

Their faucet selection is vast including about 1500 faucets for either the kitchen or the bath. The website is relatively easy to navigate, the colors are simple and there are a few different ways of searching for your specific faucet need. Prices range from $1 to over $600. They have many faucets that light up, which many of the other company's do not offer. They offer many modern faucets, LED faucets, kitchen pull-out faucets, and much more. Their selection seems to be more unique faucets that are hard to find other places.

Light in the Box prices are very cheap, but the lack of quality explains that. From customer reviews on different products, many customers have been disappointed when their product arrives at their door step. Replacements or refunds are not permitted on any faucet without a defective issue. If there is a defect in the faucet (such as LED light does not work or the faucet does not function once properly installed) then you have up to 3 months for a refund. Many customers who have purchased other products form Light in the Box receive their products extremely late and have such a difficult time attempting to return their products, at times, never receiving any sort of real assistance from customer service.

Due to the poor quality of products, the extremely limited return policy and the poor customer service, we do not recommend Light in the Box for your faucet needs.

Instead, you can browse through thousands of faucet options in the exact style, finish, size and price you're looking for. And you can shop right from the comfort and convenience of your own home, at any hour of the day or night. But not all faucet stores are built the same. You should consider the following factors before making your next faucet purchase:

  • Selection. Does the faucet store offer a large selection of faucets in the brands that you're looking for?
  • Prices. What is the price of faucets, and how does that compare with the price of faucets in other stores?
  • Return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your faucet purchase, can you return it with no hassle? How helpful is the customer service team at each faucet company?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best faucet stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find the perfect faucets to meet all your needs!
