$49.95 for a 1-month supply

Savings available on orders of 2+ bottles

Results take at least 4 weeks

Return Policy:

60-90 days, must buy at least 3 tubes to be eligible

Stop Grow will not leave you with silky-smooth legs, armpits, or any other part of your body - at least, not for a long time. Why? The product is a hair growth inhibitor and doesn't instantly remove hair like shaving, tweezing, or using a chemical depilatory.

Stop Grow uses three proprietary ingredients: Decelerine, Telocapil, and Pilisoft. We encourage you to take a look at the before-and-after photos, along with the clinical study results, to see how the three components work together to decrease hair regrowth over time.

According to the manufacturer, Stop Grow works to slow down the regrowth of hair, interrupting follicular cell activity and leading to a long-term lessening of unwanted hair anywhere on the body - including sensitive areas.

The question is, do you have the patience to apply the product daily for at least 4 weeks? That's how long it takes most people to see a noticeable reduction of the hair in the targeted area. We also didn't see much information on the Stop Grow website about how to use the product. Is it once per day? Twice? Before or after shaving?

We like that Stop Grow comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. The fine print states that you'll need to buy at least 3 tubes, so that you can try it for the full 90 days. Return any unused tubes, along with the 3 used ones, within 97 days from the date you received them, and the company will give you a full refund. Because the retailer of Stop Grow, Leading Edge, has an "A+" rating and accreditation from the Better Business Bureau, we're confident that they stand behind their satisfaction guarantee.

Oddly enough, the Stop Grow product for men had conflicting information about the guarantee timeframe. On the main page, it said the refund policy was 67 days (60 days to try the product and 7 days to return it), but the full guarantee still said 97.

So, while Stop Grow has a seemingly great return policy that's backed by a reputable manufacturer, there's just not enough information about the product for most people to feel excited to try it. In the future, we hope to see more details about the ingredients and usage, and more consistency when it comes to the exact terms of that satisfaction guarantee.

Continued from above

In general, there are three main approaches to hair removal.

Shaving. The advantages to shaving are that razors are inexpensive and easy to find, shaving usually takes less time than other means of removing hair, and no electricity is needed. Disadvantages are that hair grows back quickly (think "5 o'clock shadow"). Cuts can be painful and leave scars. Razor blades dull after several uses and have to be replaced.

Chemical Depilation. Advantages to chemical depilation include smoother skin than shaving, no risk of cuts, affordable, hair takes longer to grow back. Disadvantages include the chemicals used to dissolve the hair can cause an allergic reaction or irritation. Chemical depilatories often have an unpleasant smell and often need to be left on the skin for up to 10 minutes. Takes longer than ordinary shaving.

Epilation. This process removes the entire hair, including the part below the surface of the skin). Advantages of epilation include smooth skin that lasts for much longer than shaving or chemical depilation — and may even be permanent. It also may be painless, depending on the method used. Disadvantages are that it can be painful if plucking or threading. If using a device, electricity or batteries are needed. It can also be much more expensive and time-consuming than other methods.

Given that there are many products on the market that promise to deliver smooth, hair-free skin, how can you decide which one to try first? Here are some factors to consider as you choose the hair removal strategy that's right for you:

  • Effectiveness. Does it actually work? Check out what other customers have said about their experience: how much hair is removed with each use and how long it takes to grow back.
  • Cost. It's worth spending a little extra if it means you only have to take care of unwanted hair once in a while, or if using an epilatory device eliminates any skin irritation you experience with shaving or chemical hair removal methods. Be sure to determine if there are any future expenses, like battery replacement or new applicator heads.
  • Refund Policy. What happens if the product doesn't get rid of hair like you were hoping, or you have a bad reaction? Can you get your money back? has reviewed and ranked the best hair removal products available today. We hope this information helps you get rid of your unwanted hair, leaving your skin smooth and hair-free for a long time!
