The Weider home gyms reaffirm that you get what you pay for. Essentially the products aim to mimic commercial grade home gyms but unfortunately fall short of serious body building needs. Still, they can be effective at firming and toning up specific muscle groups and can give you a good workout. With a limited warranty, however, you're taking more of a risk than with some other systems.
Installation takes about 2-6 hours dependant on the model you choose. We found several complaints about installation issues with the door model. We also discovered quality issues with a number of past (and discontinued) models previously sold on the market.
Overall, Weider home gyms left us wanting more. While effective for light workouts, they fall short of the commercial-grade muscle building models they try to mimic. We were disappointed with the limited warranty and shipping costs. We recommend you choose a higher ranked product for a solid work out.

Even if you're the mother of three, with a home gym, you can find time to fit in a workout without worrying about finding childcare first.
A home gym is also less expensive to operate. Aside from the initial investment in the equipment you wish to include in your home gym, there are no monthly membership fees, no initiation fees and no hidden costs. You spend some money up front, but the investment will last for years.
There also is the elimination of the extra time it takes to travel to and from a gym.
