If your home is regularly unoccupied - while you are traveling for work, going on vacation, or even attending classes - you will undoubtedly benefit from the simplicity and reassurance provided by these remote systems.

Of course, besides home security systems, simple strategies can go a long way to protecting yourself, your loved ones, and your property. Close and lock all windows and doors before you leave home for the day. Do not spread the news on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter when you are going to be away for longer time periods (e.g. a festival, concert, ballgame, or on vacation).
