iPhone Repair Better Business Bureau Reliability Seal

Best iPhone Repair Companies

iPhone repair, and other mobile phone repairs, are more prevelant now than ever before. Most of us have inadvertently dropped, kicked, or smashed our mobile phone in the last few years. It doesn't seem to matter how careful we are, accidents do happen.

For those people who own the popular Apple iPhone mobile phone, this can be particularly devastating. iPhones can be delicate in nature, and buying a new iPhone can be an expensive proposition.

Repair Sharks

REPAIR SHARKS Visit Site

Cost:

From $85 - $100 (on average)

FREE diagnostics

TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Repair Sharks is a great place to fix your iPods, iPhones, and Xbox 360 devices. Upon arrival to the Repair Sharks website, you'll find the iPhone repair services section on the left hand side of the page. Once you click on the appropriate link you're presented with a page where you select your broken device. Repair Sharks allows you to either send your device in for repair, or purchase the repair parts and fix it yourself.

If you wish to purchase replacement parts, Repair Sharks provides front glass, digitizer, LCD screens, and batteries for all the recent iPhone versions. All replacement parts include necessary tools, and some include instructions that will help you perform the repairs yourself. When attempting to fix your device, you can even call Repair Sharks for assistance.

If the repair service is what you need, Repair Sharks provides an upfront list of the associated costs and an easy repair service menu. The recent model "list of repairs" is shorter than the older generations, so make sure you select the correct phone. They will also send you a prepaid envelope worth $4.95 to safely ship your iPhone to them.

If youíre not sure the cause of the malfunction, Repair Sharks provides free diagnostics. This free service applies whether you're having issues with an iPod, an iPhone, or an Xbox 360.  Turn-around time on repairs is usually 24 hours.

The customer service team at Repair Sharks is both knowledgeable and helpful. Repair Sharks also promotes the recycling of used parts, packaging, and all used batteries. If environmental concerns are important to you, this extra effort to help keep the environment clean may be appreciated.

One of the best features we liked about Repair Sharks is their customer-friendly warranties. They offer a no-hassle 60-day warranty on all repairs and a 30-day warranty on non-damaged parts. For a repair company, this is a very attractive guarantee. Before returning anything you must contact Repair Sharks for an RMA code, which allows them to track your returned items.

Overall, Repair Sharks provides an excellent iPhone repair service. Their prices are extremely fair, and their turnaround time is quick. Combined with a very good customer service staff and generous warranties, Repair Sharks earns our highest rating.

iResQ

IRESQ Visit Site

Cost:

$149.99 for repairs - no parts

iResQ is quick to diagnose your broken iPhone and provides a repair quote within 24 hours of receiving your iPhone. You can anticipate a call with the quote prior to any repairs occurring on your iPhone. In addition to Apple products, they also offer Desktop and PSP repair. We found the website to be a little messy to read and harder to navigate than the higher ranked providers.

The return policy is fairly simple and specific to the product. In order to return a product or a device that was not fully fixed, you must fill out a form to get approved for an RMA to ship it back to iResQ. Also, everything must be returned within 30 days of shipment. Shipping fees are not refunded, but there is no restocking fee. If you do choose to use this website for your service make sure to read through the policy fully for the repair your are requesting. The policies vary slightly by repair and product.

Like most iPhone repair sites, iResQ does repairs on all sorts of iPhones from the first generation to the most recent. Prices vary upon what needs to be fixed or replaced and tends to run a little higher than their competition.

iResQ is a good iPhone Repair provider but the website was not as organized as others and required more time to navigate to the answers to our questions. We recommend you choose a higher ranked company that provides a more professional experience, lower repair prices, and a delivers a better understanding of the process.

Mission Repair

MISSION REPAIR Visit Site

Cost:

$139.00 for repairs alone

Mission Repair provides iPhone repair but focuses more on selling parts for the do-it-yourself consumer. They also offer a complete accessory store for all of your electronic devices. While repair services seem to be a bit of a side business at Mission Repair we were able to learn what the consumer can anticipate.

Mission Repair provides free iPhone diagnostics and a phone call to the customer for approval prior to taking action. A nice feature of this website is that it describes the process that will be taken with the problematic iPhone. This includes a step-by-step guide of how to send in the product and the procedure the company uses to fix your broken iPhone or other electronic devices.

The return policy was less straightforward than we normally like. Policies regarding return time and process are based on the specific item. You must review the website for instructions on each device and repair to determine what to expect.

In the event your iPhone can not be repaired, Mission Repair sells refurbished devices. This service is great for those looking to potentially replace the device that is broken.

All in all, we were a little leery of the complex return policy and the effort required to determine what the terms were for each product or service. We also didn't like that the main focus of this website was sales versus repair. For those looking for the best price and service in iPhone repairs, we recommend a higher ranked provider.

Rapid Repair

RAPID REPAIR Visit Site

Cost:

$249.99 for repairs

Rapid Repairs fixes electronic devices such as iPods, iPhones, iPads, Zune, Nintendo, Playstations, and other gaming devices. The repair service information is fairly easy to navigate, but the step-by-step process is a little unclear as it is not fully outlined like some of the competing sites.

When sending in an expensive device such as an iPhone, or iPad you want to know exactly where it is going and how it will be handled. Most sites are very particular about repairing a device if the condition is not within their criteria. However, Rapid Repairs provides limited information on their policies. Rapid Repairs does offer parts for those individuals willing and able to repair the device themselves.

The returns policy varies for the type of service you purchase from Rapid Repair. Parts for individual sale are non-refundable/non-returnable. However, if you have a problem with your repaired device, upon return, you may contact the Rapid Repair to receive an RMA number and find out more information about returning it. However as an overall rule, device repairs are final.

Rapid Repairs provides service to many devices - which may benefit some people - but for those with iPhone repair needs we recommend a higher ranked company.

Continued from above

Many people aren't aware that iPhone repair services exist that can make that beloved iPhone as good as new, without the exorbitant expense of buying the latest iPhone model. If you want to save your existing iPhone, and hundreds of dollars, several online companies exist today that compete to provide your needed repairs.

However, not all iPhone repair providers are the same. Before you jump at the first repair service you come across, you should consider the following important factors:

  • Repair Costs. How do the repair costs compare to the competition?
  • Parts. If you want to fix the device yourself, will the company provide replacement parts and instructional material?
  • Dependability. Is the website professional and does it do a good job of outlining the service repair process? Does the company have a good track record of providing quality service?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best iPhone Repair services available today. We hope these reviews help you get your iPhone fixed quickly and affordably!
