It does not cater to lower-level jobs and workers, so that automatically narrows down options. All positions listed pay around $100K (some a little less, some a lot more). Each job listing has an estimated salary range provided by Ladders in the description. However, there are mixed reviews about the accuracy of their information.

You can narrow down positions in a certain state, then choose your role and specialty. When scrolling through job openings, some companies remain anonymous, but provide the city of operation. Others are more specific and give a comprehensive company background. All listings provide how many years of experience are needed to apply for the role. Some allow less than 5 years of experience, while others expect up to 15 years.

An account is needed to apply to any given position. There are options for a premium membership lasting 1 - 12 months. The cost ranges from $9.99/month to $29.99/month. Some advantages of paying for the premium membership are higher placements on recruiter lists, better job matching, and unlimited access to jobs that are not posted anywhere else. Paying for a membership and unlocking availability to all job postings signals to recruiters that candidates are serious about their job search.
