The basics of the diet are similar to South Beach but with an emphasis on Glycemic Load, which is a method of measuring the impact of certain foods or combination of foods to the blood stream. The diet includes several physical benefits including a stabilized blood sugar, increased energy and reduced food cravings. We believe this diet is nutritionally diverse but may not be as feasible as some of the others in our review.
