Are you struggling with effectively managing your personal or professional mail? Whether you are living abroad or RV'ing across the country, or work in a company with large mail volume but little staff to handle it, mail management can be a constant battle.

The latest trend in mail services allows anyone to manage their mail through the internet. But what does that mean? First, you tell the US Post Office to deliver your mail to a service provider (using a Form 1583). Next, you notify mail senders of your new address. Finally, from a PC connected to the internet, you can read your mail online, print it if needed, shred it, recycle it, or forward the actual mail to any physical address.

TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Earth Class Mail offers the most comprehensive service available today. The flexibility and scope of their service allows anyone, from the small-volume RV'er to the growing corporate business, to use their service. The flexibility presents itself in their long list of services and the smart way they manage their business.

Getting started is simple. First, you choose where you want your mail sent from their list of locations. Earth Class Mail provides a long list of physical addresses to choose from to best meet your business or personal needs. Some of those do come with an additional charge so make sure you read carefully. Next, after completing the required US Postal form 1583 you simply notify your friends, family and business contacts of your address change. Finally, once the mail starts arriving, Earth Class Mail uniquely scans all received sealed envelopes. You then review the outside of the envelope and make the following decision via their system:

  • Request to open and scan the contents
  • Recycle it
  • Shred it
  • Ship it to your location of choice
  • Archive it for safe keeping

Earth Class Mail requires one day to scan your incoming mail and place them in your inbox for review. They also provide a check deposit service with Wells Fargo. This adds additional convenience for those receiving payments via mail.

How much mail you receive will help you determine which level of service best meets your needs. Earth Class Mail provides three levels of service for the individual and additional levels for business needs. Each level comes with a pre-determined number of scans and mail pieces. If you receive more volume than you anticipated, additional charges are applied to your credit card kept on file. For example, the Standard plan includes volume of up to 100 pieces of mail per month. Extra mail is .35 per piece.

Unlike other services, Earth Class Mail has no extra charges for recycling, as well as no additional cost for storing and archiving for 1 month.

Overall, we feel that Earth Class Mail will meet virtually all individual and business needs. This is a full service company that strives to provide the highest level of service to their customers. The responsiveness of the customer service team is outstanding and the capabilities of their website top notch. Earth Class Mail sets the standard in mail scanning services and they earn our highest rating.
