What's the best product for Relief from Menopause? Menopuase symptoms can range from mildly irritating to extremely uncomfortable: night sweats, anxiety, weight gain, hot flashes, and rapid mood swings are just a few. If you or someone close to you are going through this change in life, you likely have wondered what can be done to bring relief and restore balance to your body.

In the past, doctors relied on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to effectively decrease menopausal symptoms. Unfortunately, oftentimes a woman's body adapts to the progesterone and estrogen hormones used in the procedure - so, over the two to twenty years that a woman may go through menopause, she sees diminishing results from the HRT. That's one reason why many women have turned to other forms of menopause relief.

Cost:

Menopause Care is a product of Nested Naturals, a Canadian-based company that prioritizes the creation of supplements that put people and the planet first. Everything they sell is non-GMO, and most products are also vegan. Nested Naturals also believes that anything a person puts into their body for the purposes of fighting a condition, from menopause to insomnia, should be scientifically demonstrated to be effective. That's why you can easily find all of the resources they use to make their claims, down to the page numbers of the professional journals where the proof has been published.

This menopause supplement is in capsule form, taken twice daily with water. Active ingredients include the following:

  • Black Cohosh: a proven, natural alternative to HRT, this herbal extract works with the brain's neurotransmitters to reduce hot flashes, help with anxiety and depression, and reduce dryness and inflammation
  • Dong Quai: known in Chinese medicine as "female ginseng", this component also addresses depression, dryness, and hot flashes
  • Milk Thistle: offers liver support that's essential for hormone balance and the body's elimination processes
  • Chamomile: helps with anxiety and insomnia

Menopause Care comes with a lifetime guarantee: if you're not satisfied for any reason, whether that's 3 days or 300 days after trying the product, you'll get a full refund - no questions asked. Their customer service team is also extremely friendly and responsive, which is a big part of the reason that the company has earned an "A+" rating and accreditation at the Better Business Bureau.

Is Menopause Care right for you? Nested Naturals is very quick to point out that if you are using prescription blood thinners, you shouldn't use this product. They also say that some people may experience heightened sensitivity to the sun while taking the supplement. And, because Black Cohosh can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills, this might require extra precautions for women who plan on using both simultaneously.

For most women, this Nested Naturals product works very well. On average, more than 90% of users give it a rating of 4 or 5 stars. The most common comments say that Menopause Care has greatly reduced the frequency of hot flashes, night sweats, and anxiety - with some people seeing an effect within a few days of use. Most people, however, should expect to use this supplement consistently for at least a month before deciding if it's working for them.

We think Nested Naturals has knocked it out of the park with their Menopause Care supplement, and we can't wait to see even more positive customer feedback as they become more well-known in the industry.

Menopol

Cost:

1 bottle (15-day supply): $20.96

2 bottles (30-day supply): $38.46

4 bottles (60-day supply): $65.65

Sold by online retailer HelloLife, Menopol uses a proprietary blend of vitamins, minerals, and natural botanicals designed to help relieve menopausal symptoms and support healthy dietary choices.

Unfortunately, Menopol does not give detailed information about the benefits of each of the ingredients in their menopause supplement. You can click on the Supplement Facts to find out that it contains the following:

  • Vitamin E Nat. Succinate
  • Proprietary Herbal Blend of St. John's Wort extract, Sage leaf powder, Black cohosh (root and rhizome extract)
  • Hesperidin methylchalcone
  • Rice bran oil

And, in the smaller print, it says that the capsules contain other ingredients like glycerin and natural tropical punch flavor (which we thought was strange for a capsule that you swallow whole - maybe to mask any unpleasant taste if you happen to burp after taking the supplement?).

Here's where things get tricky. Menopol, like everything sold by HelloLife, comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. That's great! But, you have to use the product for at least a month to be eligible. Because you'll need to take two capsules, twice a day, you must order two bottles - in order to have enough product for that 30-day period and to qualify for the refund. You can order more than that, but any additional bottles must be unopened in order to be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.

The good news is, HelloLife has a great reputation overall, with an "A+" rating at the BBB and more than 500 positive reviews across all of the products that they sell. Also, their customer service team responds in a professional yet friendly way to any less-than-perfect comments.

That being said, the ultimate question is "Does Menopol offer relief of menopause symptoms?" Even though the product has been around for many years, there are only 20 reviews featured on the Menopol product page. It's true that they're all 5-star reviews - but that just left us thinking that the company only shows its most favorable customer comments, because no product works for every single person who tries it. When we looked for user comments in other places, we only found a handful - and they said that the supplement did not work for them.

Still, Menopol may be worth trying if you haven't gotten relief from other remedies. HelloLife's satisfaction guarantee, overall reputation, and affordable pricing ensure that it's not a big financial risk to give this supplement a chance.

HRT has also been demonstrated to increase a woman's risk of developing uterine and breast cancer, leaving patients and their physicians justifiably concerned with using hormone replacement as an option for menopause relief.

For that reason, many women choose to take a more natural approach to seek relief for menopausal symptoms. Some of these options come in capsule form, as a powder to mix in with water or other liquid, or even as a cream applied to the skin. These over-the-counter remedies have the advantage of being available without needing a prescription, and also not having the lengthy list of possible side effects of HRT.

How can you determine which menopause product is right for you? As you look at the various products currently available, there are several things to keep in mind. These include:

  • Product Form: Is it a capsule/pill, powder, cream, or something else? If you have issues with swallowing medication, you'll want to avoid anything in pill or capsule form. Similarly, if you have sensitive skin, a topical cream might be too strong.
  • Effectiveness. When can you expect to feel relief when using the menopause product? What have other users said about their experience with it? Will the benefits last long-term, or are they only temporary?
  • Cost. What will you spend for the product? Are there any money-saving perks like free shipping, discounts on larger orders, or a rewards program?
  • Satisfaction Guarantee. Can you return the product if it doesn't work for you? Will the retailer accept returns on partially-used products or only on unopened packages?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best Menopause Relief products available today. We hope that this information helps you find the right product that will bring you or your loved one some much-needed relief from menopause symptoms!
