What's the best product for Relief from Menopause? Menopuase symptoms can range from mildly irritating to extremely uncomfortable: night sweats, anxiety, weight gain, hot flashes, and rapid mood swings are just a few. If you or someone close to you are going through this change in life, you likely have wondered what can be done to bring relief and restore balance to your body.

In the past, doctors relied on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to effectively decrease menopausal symptoms. Unfortunately, oftentimes a woman's body adapts to the progesterone and estrogen hormones used in the procedure - so, over the two to twenty years that a woman may go through menopause, she sees diminishing results from the HRT. That's one reason why many women have turned to other forms of menopause relief.

Cost:

$44.99 for a 30-day supply of MenoSolve powder

$35 for a 30-day supply of MenoSolve capsules

Free shipping on orders of $100+

MenoSolve's creator, Dr. Donald L. Hayes, takes a holistic approach toward a variety of health conditions through his product line, Greens First. As a practicing chiropractor and author in the field of nutritional wellness, he designed MenoPause to provide menopause relief while supporting healthy nutrition from head to toe.

MenoSolve comes in two formats: powder and capsule. The ingredient list of MenoSolve powder is lengthy, ranging from an organic vegetable blend to a probiotic blend complex. We definitely recommend that you read through the entire Supplement Facts sheet, especially if you have any food allergies or sensitivities. When it comes to relieving menopausal symptoms, these are the primary active components:

  • Red Clover Flower: can improve mood, reduce fatigue and hot flashes, and balance hormones
  • Magnesium: targets sleep and mood issues, along with night sweats; can also offer cardiovascular support
  • Sensoril: also known as Ashwaghanda, this supports mental focus, hormonal balance, and stress/sleep management
  • Moringa Leaf: high in vitamin D and calcium, for bone health, thyroid function, and improved metabolism
  • Cnidium Monnieri: can reduce frequency/intensity of hot flashes, may also increase libido
  • Royal Jelly: improves memory, boosts energy, and may also improve cholesterol levels
  • Guggul Gum Resin: can help balance hormones, relieve headaches and irritability, and reduce insomnia and hot flashes
  • Chromax Chromium Picolinate: helps with weight control, can promote cardiovascular health and enhance insulin sensitivity

MenoSolve powder is taken first thing in the morning, by measuring one scoop into at least 8 ounces of cold water and mixing thoroughly; if the ingredients list is any indication, the resulting drink tastes like orange with a hint of mint.

If you prefer to get just the active ingredients plus probiotics and/or you would rather take a capsule instead of mixing a drink, you should choose the other format: two capsules daily.

MenoSolve is part of the Greens First group of products, sold by Wellness Watchers Global. The company has an "A+" rating with the Better Business Bureau over 11 years in business and has no registered complaints.

Unfortunately, MenoSolve's return policy isn't as good as most of their competitors: you can return products within 30 days of purchase, but they have to be unopened. In other words, if you try MenoSolve and don't see improvements in your menopausal symptoms - or worse, you have a bad reaction to one of its many ingredients - you'll be out the money you spent.

And, while the Greens First site has numerous testimonials about their overall product line, we weren't able to find any customer raves or rants specifically about MenoSolve. We think most prospective customers would like to know what other people think - how does the powder drink taste? How quickly does it work? - before making a non-refundable investment in the product.

For all of these reasons, MenoSolve ranks in the middle of the pack among menopause products. We hope to see more product-specific reviews and a more competitive refund policy in the future.

Cost:

$29.95 for 1 bottle

$69.95 for 3 bottles

$139.95 for 6 bottles

MenoAid bills itself as a "Natural Remedies for Women Store". They offer several supplements for women's health issues, such as weight loss, libido, and even a "male attractant" pheromones perfume.

When it comes to menopause products, their all-natural herbal supplement (also named MenoAid) contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens designed to help balance hormones in the bloodstream.

Unfortunately, that's all the store tells you about their menopause product. Ingredient list? Directions for use, like how many capsules and how often to take them? You won't find it.

If you still feel like playing "supplement roulette" and giving MenoAid a try, you'll spend at least $29.95 for a bottle. On just that one bottle of product, shipping via FedEx was an exorbitant $19.95.

When we tried to contact the phone number listed on the Menoaid site, we were taken to a completely different business. That means that your only means of contacting the retailer is their online form. Sure, they say that they have a 100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee - whether that means a refund or replacement, they don't specify. And how would you go about getting that satisfaction guarantee if you can't reach the company?

There's no good reason to try MenoAid. We strongly suggest you consider any other menopause relief product in our review.

Continued from above

HRT has also been demonstrated to increase a woman's risk of developing uterine and breast cancer, leaving patients and their physicians justifiably concerned with using hormone replacement as an option for menopause relief.

For that reason, many women choose to take a more natural approach to seek relief for menopausal symptoms. Some of these options come in capsule form, as a powder to mix in with water or other liquid, or even as a cream applied to the skin. These over-the-counter remedies have the advantage of being available without needing a prescription, and also not having the lengthy list of possible side effects of HRT.

How can you determine which menopause product is right for you? As you look at the various products currently available, there are several things to keep in mind. These include:

  • Product Form: Is it a capsule/pill, powder, cream, or something else? If you have issues with swallowing medication, you'll want to avoid anything in pill or capsule form. Similarly, if you have sensitive skin, a topical cream might be too strong.
  • Effectiveness. When can you expect to feel relief when using the menopause product? What have other users said about their experience with it? Will the benefits last long-term, or are they only temporary?
  • Cost. What will you spend for the product? Are there any money-saving perks like free shipping, discounts on larger orders, or a rewards program?
  • Satisfaction Guarantee. Can you return the product if it doesn't work for you? Will the retailer accept returns on partially-used products or only on unopened packages?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best Menopause Relief products available today. We hope that this information helps you find the right product that will bring you or your loved one some much-needed relief from menopause symptoms!
