Best Nanny Agencies Better Business Bureau Reliability Seal

Best Nanny Agencies

Finding quality childcare that you can feel confident with can be a stressful and timely process. Many people are now using nanny agencies that instantly minimize the effort and bring you piece of mind. Nanny agencies are able to offer thousands of potential care givers with various backgrounds for you to browse and inspect.

This enables you to find the experience and requirements you're specifically looking for, quickly and with much less effort than if you were screening yourself. Perhaps more importantly, these agencies can also provide the background checks necessary to make sure you are putting an honest and safe individual in your home and with your loved ones.

Care

CARETopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award

Care offers an excellent service at a wonderful price. We appreciated the free background check on all care givers and their large database. Care customizes their service around the client. If you are looking for a nanny or daycare provider, Care should be your first stop.

Sitter City

SITTER CITY

Sitter City is a strong, well priced, choice for your care giver needs. We would have liked to have seen a background check on all providers and additional search options for special needs kids. However, if you're looking for a babysitter or nanny, Sitter City is worth considering.

E Nanny Source

E NANNY SOURCE

E Nanny Source website was easy to use but had fewer available candidates than those higher ranked. Fees can accumulate at E Nanny Source if you need more than 1 background check completed. We recommend you choose a higher ranked company for a good value and a longer list of candidates to choose from.

Nannies 4 Hire

NANNIES 4 HIRE

We weren't impressed with Nannies 4 Hire for several reasons. Their fees are very expensive as compared to the competition, search capabilities were limited, and the candidates were not as plentiful. Choose a higher ranked company that provides a better value for their service.

Nanny agencies can vary greatly in their services and fees. Before deciding what agency to work with make sure you consider the following:

  • Company history.  How long has the company been in business? What is the Better Business Bureau rating for that company?
  • Background checks.  Are background checks already completed on the individuals they provide? What do they specifically check for?
  • Fees.  What does each agency charge for their service and what does that specifically include? Are background checks included in the fee or are those separate?
  • Selection.  A nanny agency with thousands of potential care givers is going to yield much better results. How large is the database of candidates?
