INK GRABBER

Ink Grabber offers genuine (original equipment manufacturer (OEM)), compatible (generic), and remanufactured (rebuilt) ink-jet cartridges. Brands include (but are not limited to) Apple, Brother, Canon, Compaq, Dell, Epson, HP, IBM, Kodak, Konica, Kyocera, Lexmark, Minolta, Okidata, Panasonic, Pitney Bowes, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, and Xerox. Ink Grabber also offers toner and fax ink, CD and DVD media, and paper products.

To find a printer ink cartridge, you click on your printer's brand and model. A list of OEM and generic cartridges will display at discounted rates. Ink Grabber offers free shipping for orders over $75, and they also have special offers for free shipping on orders of $55 or more.

The Ink Grabber website is very basic and not overly impressive, but it is easy to navigate and find products you are looking for. You can return products for refund or exchange within 90 days of your purchase. However, we did not see any information on the website guaranteeing the quality of their products. Overall, Ink Grabber does not offer the same level of service and is not as impressive as the highest-rated selections.

CLICK INKS

Click Inks is an online, discount office supply retailer. They offer a variety of office supplies for sale including, remanufactured and compatible ink and toner cartridges for printers and multi-function office machines.

Click Inks offers ink and toner cartridges for more than 15 major different printer brands. They state that their replacement printer inks are ISO 9001 certified. They only use high quality ink and regularly batch-test their ink cartridges and laser toners to ensure quality. They do this by printing over 1700 pages a day in their own corporate offices.

From their website, Click Inks offers free shipping on all orders over $30 and an overnight shipping option for an additional fee. Click Inks is a global company, with offices all over the world.

Though Click Inks claims an 85 percent savings on ink and toner cartridges, the prices for Click Inks products are higher than those of its other online discount competitors. In some cases, Click Inks' prices are higher than those of a big box retailer. You can save money with Click Inks, though. They offer a standard "buy 2 , get 1 free" option that will save you money. Also, you can save money by taking advantage of special offers, checking into what is on clearance and signing up for coupons and promo codes sent via e-mail. Click Inks also offers "loyalty points" to returning customers. That is, you earn points with every purchase and then use the points to get bigger discounts.

Click Inks states that satisfaction is guaranteed on its products. They will accept the return of unopened cartridges for six months after purchase and will accept the return of opened cartridges for 90 days after purchase. Opened cartridges must be 70 percent filled when returned.

Because the prices on single units of Click Ink's printer ink and toner cartridges are higher than their competitors and of traditional retailers and because their limited warranty policy discourages customers from returning their products, Click Ink does not earn a high rating from us.

Printer Ink

To help you find the Best Printer Ink, TopConsumerReviews.com provides you with an in-depth comparison of Ink Grabber and Click Inks.

If you're looking for printer ink cartridges at deep discounts, there are a number of online companies that can meet all of your personal and professional needs. Many of these companies offer original equipment manufacturer (OEM) printer ink cartridges, generic printer ink cartridges, remanufactured printer ink cartridges, and printer ink refill kits to meet your demands.

Often these printer ink cartridges are 30%-70% less than the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Additionally, many companies offer discounts based on the number of printer ink cartridges you buy. Therefore, if you purchase printer ink cartridges in bulk, you can realize an even deeper discount.

Because printer ink cartridges can be expensive, many individuals use compatible printer ink cartridges (ones made by a company other than the manufacturer) that often match the quality of the manufacturer's products, but are much less expensive. Additional savings can be realized by using printer ink refill kits or buying remanufactured printer ink cartridges.

Remanufactured printer ink cartridges have been used by a consumer and then refilled by a third party. These printer ink refill methods are typically very inexpensive when compared to buying new printer ink cartridges. Many services also offer remanufactured toner cartridges and other office-related items, such as fax/ribbon supplies, paper, batteries, and so on.

You want to make sure that the retailer's printer ink meets your quality standards. Some companies guarantee that their products meet ISO 9001/2000 requirements, which is important when trusting their printer ink to your printing needs. Additionally, some companies offer environmentally conscious recycling programs, which are an added benefit. These recycling programs can be used as fund raisers or just as a way of maintaining a clean environment.

When looking at different printer ink offerings, there are certain factors you need to consider. Some of these include:

  • Selection.  Does the printer ink company carry the type of ink products you are looking for?
  • Price.  Are the printer ink products offered at a competitive price, compared to other companies?
  • Quality.  Are the printer ink cartridges of a high quality? Does the company guarantee their products?
