Cost:

$50 for the 7-day program

Nicoban is a complete natural way to quit coming in roughly 7 days. The herbal ingredients in Nicoban rid the body of nicotine and helps the body to recover and become healthy. Nicoban helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms associated with nicotine. The company claims that no matter how many smoking cessation programs you have tried, Nicobans program attacks and removes every roadblock to your success. Over 93,000 individuals have quit using the Nicoban program.

The Nicoban program consists of 4 herbal formulas in the quest to stop smoking. Formula A will start on Day 1 in the evening, take 4 capsules. Next day, take 4 capsules 3 times a day until complete. Formula B will then start, take 2 capsules before going to sleep. Next day, take 2 capsules 3 times a day until complete. Once Formula A and B are complete - start Formula C. Take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day until complete. If you are overcome with the urge to smoke at any time, use Formula D by rubbing some under your nose or on your temples. Lightly inhale for 5 minutes. Formula A, B and C should be taken with 8oz of water or milk and food. We thought the instructions were somewhat confusing, not sure how they came up with 7 days for the program. Each Formula bottle contains more capsules than they are allocating in their instructions.

Each formula contains different natural ingredients. Formula A helps to curb withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Formula B is used to flush any nicotine that is still left lingering in your body. Formula C contains a combination of both Formula A and B to make sure you stay on track and don't revert back to bad smoking habits! Formula D is an aromatherapy method used to help you overcome the physical habit of smoking. The ingredients help with sensory stimulation replacing the urge to smoke that could come up several times daily.

Nicoban claims that they have a 3-year success rate of over 90%. If you don't quit smoking, you don't pay! They offer a no risk, money back guarantee! User reviews are mixed. It worked for some and others still had the persistent cravings. If you are unsatisfied with Nicoban you have 30 days to return the product and request a refund. If you're interested in a natural product to help quit smoking, Nicoban may be a product worth trying!!

Cost:

$13 for 1 bottle of spray

The Freedom Quit Smoking Spray is an all-natural mouth spray used to eliminate or reduce your desire to smoke cigarettes. The spray temporarily reduces nicotine cravings that are linked with smoking cessation. The spray is an FDA-listed product, meaning that it is cleared, listed or registered by the FDA. However, the product has not been FDA approved.

The Freedom Quit Smoking Spray should be sprayed under the tongue 3 times or more a day. Each bottle should last approximately 2 weeks. One bottle cost $13 and contains 1 ounce of liquid. On Amazon, the more you purchase, the cheaper the product becomes.

The spray contains 7 natural ingredients, one being tabacum. Tabacum comes from the tobacco plant and is often used as an ingredient in products to help people stop smoking. This product contains no nicotine, it's non-addictive and has no negative side effects. If you are unsatisfied with the Freedom Spray you have 30 days to return the product and request a refund.

We believe the spray alone is not enough to stop smoking. The product could be useful in helping to reduce the amount smoked over time but is that why you purchased the product? If you want to quit smoking, we don't think this product will accomplish that goal. Many recent reviewers said this product did absolutely nothing for them - it was not worth buying and didn't help at all. So, we say save your money and invest in a different stop smoking aid.
