Best Tinnitus Products

What is the best product for Tinnitus relief? If you're one of the millions of people suffering from that annoying, persistent ringing or hissing in your ears, you're probably desperate to find relief. Have you already tried expensive prescriptions that just didn't work? You're not alone: many patients feel like the results aren't worth the cost, or worse, they experience side effects that are more irritating than the Tinnitus itself!

What actually causes Tinnitus? The symptoms can originate from many sources: damage from loud sounds like concerts or workplace noise, head injuries, sinus issues, fluid in the ears, and stress are just a few of the known causes. Regardless of how your Tinnitus started, it may be time for you to consider alternative products in the hopes that you can finally put an end to the ringing, buzzing, or hissing sounds you're experiencing.

Cost:

30-day supply - $39.95

TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award When it comes to all-natural products and supplements, Native Remedies is almost always at the top of our list. Their Tinnitus product, TinnaRex, is no different: affordable, effective and backed by an excellent satisfaction guarantee, it's easy to see why it stands out among the available options on the market today.

TinnaRex is a liquid that you take by diluting in water, and it's safe for use by anyone age 10 and older. The active ingredients include the following:

  • St. John's Wort: used in traditional Chinese medicine for many years, this leaf is proven to improve circulation and conditions commonly associated with aging, including hearing difficulties
  • Rosemary: also used to support healthy circulation and blood vessel health
  • Oatstraw: known for being a restorative tonic for nerves, as well as promoting healthy circulation
  • European Blue Vervain: relieves tension and stress

Native Remedies recommends using TinnaRex in conjunction with their Triple Complex Calm Tonic, to decrease any anxiety or stress you may be feeling due to your Tinnitus symptoms. The company also notes that the product should not be used if you're also taking Warfarin or any other blood thinning meds.

How long will your bottle of TinnaRex last? That's a great question, The bottle contains 59 mL of the supplement, and the product instructions say that it should last approximately 80 days. But, doing the math on the recommended dosage - 0.5 mL, three times per day - it works out to be more like 39 days if you follow that schedule precisely and never miss a dose. You'll pay $39.95 per bottle, however long that actually lasts you!

As with all Native Remedies products, you have opportunities to save. First, keep an eye out for a pop-up discount offer of 15% plus free shipping if you're a first-time customer and you sign up for their email offers. Also, most of the products this store offers are included in their "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion: you can stock up on TinnaRex, buy it along with the recommended Calm Tonic, or try three different products. Finally, if you get the relief you're looking for and want to keep taking TinnaRex regularly, you can opt into Native Remedies' auto delivery program and save 10% on every scheduled delivery.

One of the reasons that Native Remedies' products, including TinnaRex, so frequently earn our highest ranking is because of the company's ironclad commitment to their customers. Finding relief from medical conditions can often feel like a frustrating game of darts, trying one thing and then another in the hopes of seeing improvement in your symptoms, right? When you add expensive products with poor return policies, it only adds to your troubles. You can say goodbye to all of those aggravations when you shop with Native Remedies. Their "A+" rating from the BBB is just the icing on the cake when you look at all the ways the company has proven its dedication to customers.

No matter what products you use, you'll enjoy an unparalleled one-year guarantee. Native Remedies wants you to thoroughly test out their Tinnitus product before deciding if it works for you. That makes sense: especially when using all-natural remedies, it can take a month or longer for the ingredients to work with your body to reduce your symptoms. So, if you try TinnaRex for at least a month and decide that it's not working for you, you'll have no trouble getting a full refund.

Fortunately, for many users, there's no need to request a return of TinnaRex - because it works. One of the most impressive reviews on the Native Remedies site said that this product was the only thing that stopped the progressively worsening hearing of a former helicopter pilot, with measurable relief after just one day of use. Other customers had similar comments, saying that TinnaRex worked when nothing else had, reducing or completely eliminating the annoying ringing in their ears and even decreasing associated dizzy spells.

While there's no one product that works for everyone suffering from Tinnitus, TinnaRex does everything possible to support all of the body systems needed to promote clear hearing and balance. This concentrated tincture is affordable, has worked effectively to reduce many users' symptoms, and is offered by a company that genuinely wants you to get relief! Native Remedies' TinnaRex earns our highest rating.

Arches Tinnitus Formula

ARCHES TINNITUS FORMULA

Visit Site

Cost:

25-day supply - $39.95

Arches Natural Products has been in business for more than 20 years and was listed as an "A+" company with the BBB at the time of our most recent review. That's good information to keep in mind, because their Tinnitus products are some of the most expensive on the market - and you want to be assured that the company is solid before making the financial investment in their offerings.

Why would we call it an investment? Well, the recommended plan is 100 days, which is typically 4 bottles of product. Each bottle is $39.95, but you'll save $30 when you order 4 bottles at a time. You take 2 capsules, twice daily.

The ingredient list of Arches Tinnitus Formula is very short, compared with other relief products: just Zinc, Deodorized Garlic, and a proprietary blend of Ginkgo Biloba. So why choose this product instead of others that offer the same ingredients - or more? According to Arches, their capsules use the highest-quality, premium-grade ingredients, and "Superior Ingredients Produce Superior Results".

They also caution that any use of Ginkgo Biloba increases circulation and can work as an anticoagulant, so you should consult your doctor if you're on blood thinners or have issues with nosebleeds, hemophilia, or hemorrhaging.

If budget is no issue, you may want to look at their Tinnitus Combo Pack. Retailing for $164.95, this package includes the recommended 100-day supply of Tinnitus Formula, 1 90-day bottle of Stress Formula, and 1 90-day bottle of Vitamin B12. The makers of Arches say that controlling stress and regulating levels of Vitamin B12 have been shown to improve mood, reduce stress, and diminish your overall symptoms of Tinnitus.

Customer experience with Arches Tinnitus products is good overall. There's no one product that solves the ringing in the ears for every person, so we're always glad to hear that people have gotten relief when using a particular product. Many of the reviews describing Arches' supplements describe lasting improvement - for as long as they continued to take them. However, many people stopped using it because of the high cost, only to have their symptoms return.

Another factor to consider is that Arches Natural Products only allows refunds for returns of unopened bottles within 90 days of purchase. In other words, if you make the investment to do the full 100-day course, and your ears are still ringing, you won't be entitled to get any of your money back.

If you've tried everything else out there and nothing has helped get rid of your Tinnitus. Arches Tinnitus Formula and companion supplements deserve a look. For some customers, it's the only product that finally stopped the distracting sounds in their ears and let them concentrate, rest, and live their lives to the fullest. Just bear in mind that the product has the price tag to match, and you won't be able to get a refund on any opened bottles of capsules.

TinniFree

TINNIFREE

Cost:

15- to 30-day supply - $34.99

TinniFree supports "noise-free auditory functioning" with a formula created based on emerging clinical studies. It has been recommended by thousands of doctors, including ENTs and other specialists.

TinniFree consists of 23 ingredients, including the following:

  • Vitamin A
  • Thiamine
  • Niacin
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • Copper
  • Manganese
  • PABA
  • Garlic bulb powder
  • Co-Q-10
  • Black Pepper fruit extract
  • Carnitine
  • Pine bark
  • Selenium
  • R-Alpha Lipoic Acid

According to the makers of the supplement, 350 patients with Tinnitus and other hearing loss were given the active ingredients used in TinniFree, and 82% experienced significant improvement in their hearing.

TinniFree isn't the least expensive product on the market, especially when you look more closely at the dosage instructions. A 60-capsule bottle will last you a month, but only when you reach the maintenance dose. During the first 3 months, the manufacturer recommends that you take 2 capsules twice per day, so a single bottle will only last 15 days. That means you'll be spending $70/month for that initial 3-month period.

TinniFree is a product of Vita Sciences, a company that's been in business for over a decade and had a stellar "A+" grade from the Better Business Bureau at the time of our review. One of the reasons the company rates so well is because of their commitment to their customers. While the product itself might not work for everyone - more than 50% of users gave it only 1 or 2 stars - customers report that company reps were responsive, understanding, and quick to process refund requests. That's a sign of a product worth considering.

Will TinniFree work for you? That's hard to say. The supplement doesn't have an extraordinary track record for success, but that could be said of many Tinnitus products. Still, you can trust that Vita Sciences is committed to your well-being and that they'll honor their refund policy if you give TinniFree a try.

Ring Free

RING FREE

Cost:

30-day supply - $49.99

Ring Free offers "fast, natural and lasting Tinnitus relief" through a homeopathic blend of ingredients designed to lubricate the bones in your ears, eliminate ear pain, and get rid of buzzing sounds and ringing in your ears. The product is made in the USA.

A one-month supply of this product will cost just under $50. That's one of the more expensive products we evaluated. Ring Free is administered in capsule form, taken 1-2 times per day with food. Its active ingredients include:

  • Green Tea Leaf
  • Vitamin B6
  • Chloride
  • Potassium
  • Dandelion Leaf
  • Cranberry Fruit Powder
  • Juniper berry
  • Buchu Leaf
  • Apple Cider Vinegar extract
  • Corn Silk Powder
  • Paprika Powder
  • Watermelon Powder

How do these ingredients work? That's a great question - and one that isn't answered on the Ring Free product page. According to the information that is provided, you can try it risk-free for 30 days, but nothing is said about how to request a refund.

Ring Free is a product of Advanced Therapeutics Labs, Inc. Information about the company is hard to come by. For example, the address listed on the product label came up on a Google search as being a "permanently closed" location - which is probably just as well, given that the "headquarters" was actually a condo in Florida! The company is listed as an inactive business in the state, having only been registered for the last two years. Digging around a little more, we found that the state of Florida had removed Advanced Therapeutics Labs' ability to conduct business there for failing to file the required annual reports. That's a lot more detail than you may need, but it shows that there may be more behind the scenes of this product that could affect your ability to get customer service, a refund, and so on.

With all of these downsides to using Ring Free for Tinnitus relief, you may be wondering how this supplement still earned 3 stars. The reason is because more than 60% of the customers who used it gave it a 4- or 5-star rating. For a condition that is notoriously hard to handle, people often grasp at any possibility of relief - and so any product that has verified users that experienced improvements in their Tinnitus is worth looking at a second time.

However, we still have concerns about this company, its reputation, and its attention to customer service (or potential lack thereof). We definitely put Ring Free as a caveat emptor product for dealing with your Tinnitus problem: you may want to hold it in reserve as an option until after you've tried the higher-rated products in our evaluation.

Tinnitus 911

TINNITUS 911

Visit Site

Cost:

30-day supply - $64.95

Tinnitus 911 is designed to relieve symptoms of Tinnitus by soothing the nervous system, optimizing the mind, and improving circulation. What ingredients does Tinnitus 911 use to tackle your symptoms?

Take a look:

  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin B-6
  • Niacin
  • Folic Acid
  • Vitamin B-12
  • Garlic
  • Hibiscus Flower
  • Olive Leaf
  • Hawthorne Berry
  • Buchu Leaves
  • Uva Ursi
  • Juniper Berry
  • Green Tea extract

According to the makers of the product, these ingredients combine to give you fast-acting relief of ear noises like clicking, buzzing, ringing and hissing. However, the company says that people start to see improvements in 7 days - not exactly what we'd call "fast-acting" - and that they recommend that you use Tinnitus 911 for a full 90 days "for optimal results". At a price of $64.95 for a 1-month supply, you'll have spent almost $200 before you can determine if it works for you.

You take Tinnitus 911 in a dosage of 1 capsule, twice daily. The product is not recommended for people under the age of 18 or those anyone with cardiovascular disorders or low blood pressure.

Tinnitus 911 is offered by Phytage Labs, a company listed with the BBB as a Skin Care business. The BBB site also indicates that this retailer had a less-than-stellar "C" rating, largely due to failure to substantiate claims they've made on some of the other products they sell.

Another reason people complain about Tinnitus 911 is the lack of a clear return policy. Look through customer comments and you'll see plenty of people who felt that it didn't work for them and tried to make a return - only to get side-stepped by company reps who said that the customers hadn't met the requirements to be eligible for a refund. That's disheartening, considering that people would have to spend nearly $200 before hitting that "optimal" timeframe recommended by Phytage Labs.

That would be excusable if Tinnitus 911 were a miracle product - but, unfortunately, most of this product's users didn't get relief from their symptoms. Over more than 100 customer reviews, the supplement got the lowest possible rating from nearly 70% of those leaving comments.

The only reason Tinnitus 911 earns 2 stars instead of getting our lowest rating is because of the 14% of its users who said that the product actually helped their symptoms to decrease or disappear. Those numbers aren't very encouraging, but given that it can be hit-or-miss to find anything that works at all, we felt that the supplement deserved at least two stars for helping a small number of people to feel better.

Overall, this product is expensive, doesn't have a clear or customer-friendly return policy, and doesn't work for most customers. The only reason to try Tinnitus 911 is if you've already tried the higher-rated products in our review to no avail.

Tinnitus Control

TINNITUS CONTROL

Cost:

30-day supply - $49.95

Discounts available when buying 3- or 6-month supply

Tinnitus Control says it can deliver relief from the constant ringing in your ears, with this all-natural homeopathic formula. The system consists of a homeopathic oral spray and capsules.

If you want to try a one-month supply of Tinnitus Control, you'll pay $49.95. Alternately, you can purchase a 3-month supply for $99.90 ($33.30 per month) or the 6-month package for $149.95 ($24.99/month). No matter which one you select, you'll get free shipping.

Ingredients in Tinnitus Control include the following:

Homeopathic Spray

  • Arnica 30x
  • Chininum Sulfuricum
  • Kali Phosphoricum
  • Natrum Sulphuricum
  • Pulsatilla
  • Silicea
  • Thiosinaminum

Supplement Capsule

  • Zinc
  • Ginkgo Biloba
  • Deodorized Garlic

The spray is administered under the tongue three times a day, There was no information given on the supplement facts to say how often the capsules are taken, but with a serving size of 2 capsules, we imagine you'd take it once per day.

The wording in the descriptions of each of the ingredients was less-than-reassuring. We found many typos, like "noises emanating from the years", "hearing appers dull", and describing arnica as "producing conditions...similar to those resulting from injuries, falls, blows, contusions".

Is that the only thing that gave us pause when considering Tinnitus Control? Not by a long shot. Yes, they advertise a 90-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee, but you're probably going to have a very hard time getting your money back. Pacific Ltd. markets a wide variety of supplements across a broad spectrum of conditions, and it's almost impossible to find a happy customer review for any of them. On the other hand, complaints abound. The company is headquartered in Cyprus, making it even less likely that they have customer representatives just standing by, waiting to help you. And, every Pacific Ltd. product/website we discovered had failing grades from the Better Business Bureau: not a good sign when a company isn't making anyone happy, no matter what they are selling.

Dealing with Tinnitus is frustrating enough without spending your time chasing down a refund from a less-than-reputable company. We think you'll have a much better experience with one of the higher-ranked Tinnitus products in our review.

Continued from above

There are a variety of over-the-counter products on the market today that aim to relieve your symptoms. Most of them use a blend of all-natural ingredients designed to increase blood flow and absorption, the most common ones being Zinc and Ginkgo Biloba. These supplements are often better-tolerated than synthetic, prescription medications, and usually come with a much more affordable price tag.

However, not all Tinnitus products are alike. As you consider the various remedies on the market, how can you know which one is the most likely to bring you the relief you deserve? Here are several criteria that can help you make the best decision for dealing with your symptoms:

  • Refund Policy. You might be surprised to see this as the very first factor to consider. Because Tinnitus is such a difficult condition to handle, it's likely that you'll have to try several different products before finding the one that works for you. Some Tinnitus products come with excellent refund and return policies, letting you try it out for several months before making your decision. With others, you'll be out of luck if you spend a lot and it doesn't provide any improvement.
  • Effectiveness. What do other patients say about the Tinnitus product? How long did it take to get relief? Did the relief last?
  • Cost. How much will you spend per month? Pay attention to how the product is packaged and the dosage amount: a 1-bottle supply may last you 25 days, 30 days, or more.
  • Reputation. Hand-in-hand with a refund policy, the company's reputation for customer service is important. If you experience any complications or need help making sure there won't be any interactions with the product's ingredients and other medications you may be taking, will you be able to reach someone in the customer service department? Is the retailer of the Tinnitus product rated by the BBB?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best Tinnitus products available today. We hope this information will help you find the supplement that works quickly and effectively to put an end to the ringing in your ears!

What Is Tinnitus?

Tinnitus is most easily described as "ringing in the ears." The word is of Latin origin, meaning "to ring or tinkle like a bell." More specifically, tinnitus is the perception of sound in the ear when there is no external source present. Even though called ringing in the ears, there are many sounds someone suffering from tinnitus might hear, including whistling, buzzing, whooshing, clicking, hissing, squealing, roaring, murmuring (like someone talking in a low voice) and more. In ancient times people who had this condition were thought to be possessed by the devil or evil spirits and were often tortured in order to drive the spirits away. Even in modern times medical professionals thought it was all in the patient's head and they were losing their minds. In and of itself, tinnitus is not a disease. It is like pain — a signal that something has gone wrong somewhere.

An estimated 50 million Americans experience tinnitus. For 12 million of those 50 million, the tinnitus is persistent and very often troubling. The noise is steady and unchanging every waking minute. For most though, it is a sound that comes and goes, or a tone that changes pitch throughout the day. Some experience tinnitus that is "on" for a few days and then "off" for one. For many it can be just a brief tone heard in the quiet of night right before bed, or perhaps heard for an hour after going to a concert without earplugs.

There are two basic types of Tinnitus. Objective and Subjective. The most common type is subjective. Individuals with subjective tinnitus are the only ones that can hear the sound in their ears. With objective tinnitus the sound the individual hears can be heard by others around them and can be recorded using a sensitive microscope.

Not normally a dangerous or serious problem, tinnitus is usually a symptom of some other underlying condition and most often considered a nuisance. Often tinnitus improves when the underlying cause is dealt with. Rarely does it progress into a serious problem, but the condition is linked to fatigue, sleep problems, memory problems, stress, depression, concentration difficulty and anxiety. Though it is not considered serious, it seriously affects the quality of life of those individuals who are suffering from it. It can be very frustrating since people around them do not hear the sounds and are not empathetic towards them. Many tinnitus sufferers never get a moment of silence or peace, no matter where they go or what they do, the sounds are constant.
