TopConsumerReviews.com Best-In-Class Blue Ribbon Award Vogue Wigs is a California based company and offers a vast selection of wigs, extensions and hairpieces in various price ranges to meet anyone's needs. You'll find some of the most well known brands at Vogue Wigs including, Noriko, HairDo, Jon Renau, Raquel Welch, Revlon, Forever Young and more. With each wig available in an array of hair colors. Customers will also find a user friendly website and a decent return policy.

With over one thousand wigs, hair pieces and extensions available at Vogue Wigs it's important that their website be well organized and equipped to quickly guide a shopper to what they're looking for. The shopper may choose from wigs, extensions, hairpieces, accessories, costume, brands, top 10 and more. The selection may be further defined by synthetic, human hair, African American wigs, Lace Front and price. Or the shopper may select from hairstyle, hair length or texture.

When comparing the price of wigs across several websites we were surprised to see that the same product could vary so dramatically. Vogue Wigs consistently offered the lowest prices on the items we compared. Sometimes saving customers at least $100 to $200 over other online retailers - it was impressive.

If you're looking for a wig, the selection, brands and pricing at Vogue Wigs can't be beat. Free shipping on items over $50 and a decent return policy make Vogue Wigs the go-to place for your wig, hairpiece and extension needs.

Beauty Trends brings experience to the table when it comes to their expansive selection of wigs. This company started 25 years ago in St Louis Missouri and provides a straightforward shopping experience.

The wig brands available at Beauty Trends includes Revlon, BT Classic, Carefree Me, Beauty Trends, and Jon Renau. The search may be completed via the brand of wig. Also, by clicking on "Wigs" a decent list of categories becomes available allowing the shopper to narrow their effort by brand, hair type, head size, cap construction, length, style, face shape, and color. Customers will find approximately 250 wig options available at Beauty Trends as well as a nice selection of hair pieces. Beauty Trends seems to focus on synthetic wigs as we only saw a handful of human hair options.

From our sampling, the wig pricing at Beauty Trends was competitive with many other online retailers. Beauty Trends offers a wonderful 30 day return policy (minus close out items) if you're not satisfied with your wig purchase. Shipping is a little more expensive than we would have liked to have seen. Ground shipping (2 to 3 days) is a flat $10.95 or you may choose a more expedited option for much more.

Beauty Trends offers an easy shopping experience for those looking for a new wig. You won't find much in the way of human hair options at Beauty Trends but they do offer affordably priced synthetic wigs in a long list of hair styles. The organized website and excellent return policy really stood out at Beauty Trends.

Not all wig retailers are the same. Before shopping for a new wig, you should consider the following factors:

  • Selection. How many wigs does the company offer? Do they sell both human hair wigs and synthetic wigs?
  • Price. Is the pricing for the wigs competitive with other wig retailers? What can you expect to pay for a quality wig?
  • Customer Service. Is the wig store geared towards the customer with a return policy, affordable shipping, and easy website navigation?
