BEAUTY TRENDS

Beauty Trends brings experience to the table when it comes to their expansive selection of wigs. This company started 25 years ago in St Louis Missouri and provides a straightforward shopping experience.

The wig brands available at Beauty Trends includes Revlon, BT Classic, Carefree Me, Beauty Trends, and Jon Renau. The search may be completed via the brand of wig. Also, by clicking on "Wigs" a decent list of categories becomes available allowing the shopper to narrow their effort by brand, hair type, head size, cap construction, length, style, face shape, and color. Customers will find approximately 250 wig options available at Beauty Trends as well as a nice selection of hair pieces. Beauty Trends seems to focus on synthetic wigs as we only saw a handful of human hair options.

From our sampling, the wig pricing at Beauty Trends was competitive with many other online retailers. Beauty Trends offers a wonderful 30 day return policy (minus close out items) if you're not satisfied with your wig purchase. Shipping is a little more expensive than we would have liked to have seen. Ground shipping (2 to 3 days) is a flat $10.95 or you may choose a more expedited option for much more.

Beauty Trends offers an easy shopping experience for those looking for a new wig. You won't find much in the way of human hair options at Beauty Trends but they do offer affordably priced synthetic wigs in a long list of hair styles. The organized website and excellent return policy really stood out at Beauty Trends.

SUNNY'S HAIR & WIGS

Started more than two decades ago by a Minneapolis father who saw first-hand how difficult it could be for his four daughters to get quality hair products, Sunny's is now run by those daughters in three brick-and-mortar locations nationwide as well as online.

Despite the name, Sunny's Hair and Wigs only has three lace-style wigs, all with Indian hair; their primary product is hair extensions, with brands like Virgin, Le Prive, Bohyme, and Lord & Cliff. While this may deter customers looking for full wigs in a variety of colors, or who do not want to visit a colorist to alter the deeply dark hair of an Indian wig, Sunny's product selection with respect to extensions is quite broad both in color and length as well as style (for example, clip-in, tape-in, wefted, and pre-tipped).

While no specific shipping policy is listed, it appears that all orders are shipped free regardless of order size. They have a strict no refund policy on all purchases, with the exception of Indian Hair Extensions; however, because Sunny's understands that customers may be skeptical of online vendors or unsure that their wave pattern or colors will blend, they do allow returns within seven days if the binding has not been removed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We like Sunny's blog, with great ideas for caring for hair extensions as well as hair in general, style trends, and even recommendations for cleaning hair tools. This provides terrific information for shoppers of all hair types.

Although Sunny's Hair and Wigs will not meet the needs of most customers who specifically need full wigs, their easy-to-use website, free shipping, and wide variety of quality extensions make them a satisfactory retailer within the category.

Wigs

To help you find the Best Wigs, TopConsumerReviews.com provides you with an in-depth comparison of Beauty Trends and Sunny's Hair & Wigs.

Wigs are becoming more and more popular each year for people of all ages and ethnicity. Not only are wigs super convenient in today's hectic times, but the latest wigs are so realistic that changing a hair style only takes a few moments.

Today, a few local wig boutiques exist, but they can be very expensive and usually offer only a limited selection. Many wig owners are finding that the largest selection of wigs and best pricing can be found when shopping for wigs online. But which wig companies provide the best shopping experience, and top quality, affordable wigs?

Not all wig retailers are the same. Before shopping for a new wig, you should consider the following factors:

  • Selection. How many wigs does the company offer? Do they sell both human hair wigs and synthetic wigs?
  • Price. Is the pricing for the wigs competitive with other wig retailers? What can you expect to pay for a quality wig?
  • Customer Service. Is the wig store geared towards the customer with a return policy, affordable shipping, and easy website navigation?

TopConsumerReviews.com has reviewed and ranked the best wig stores available today. We hope these reviews help you find your next wig that helps you look great!
